Vishen Lakhiani (Mindvalley) discusses the science and practical benefits of forgiveness and invites viewers to a free live Zoom training. Claims include physiological and mental benefits: forgiveness can improve physical performance (example given: vertical jump), increase alpha brainwave amplitude and left-right brain coherence (compared to experienced Zen practitioners), accelerate healing and manifestation, and reduce guilt, shame, reactivity (described as "becoming unwithable"). The speaker will teach signs of forgiveness and a scientist-backed forgiveness protocol and guide participants through it in a 90-minute session; the Zoom link is free and the host's account holds about 3,000 people.

Good. Hi, this is Eve Stad, and this week on Mindvalley, I'm going to be teaching a class on zoom on a topic that is really important to me and to our audience. It's on the topic of forgiveness. Forgiveness is something that scientists have been studying a lot recently. After you practice forgiveness, it does something to your physiology. Your vertical jump improves. So it's kind of weird, but the ability to forgive people around us who have hurt us seem to improve our physical ability. But it gets weirder. I've been participating in biohacking experiments around the world in the US and Canada at institutions such as Dave Asprey's 40 Years of Zen or the Biocybernaut Institute. And what they found is that forgiveness seems to induce in your brain the quality of and states of mind that is often seen in Zen Roshi monks who have spent years in meditation. Specifically, for you science geeks, it means that your alpha brainwave amplitude goes up and you show greater left, right, brain coherence. And for those of you who are spiritual geeks, what this means is that you get greater peace of mind, you manifest faster, you heal faster, and. And you have greater intuition. All of this from the art of forgiveness. But forgiveness isn't just used to forgive other people. It's also something that you can use to forgive yourself and remove guilt, shame, and other negative emotions that might be holding you back. Now, in both of my books, I talk about a concept called Eve. Cover your ears just for a moment. A concept called becoming unwithable. And one of the best parts of forgiveness is that forgiveness makes you unworthy. It makes you less reactive to negativity around you, less reactive to criticism, to judgments, to people who might annoy you. And it makes you more peaceful. So if you're interested in these ideas, join me in this live zoom training. This week on Mindvalley, I'm going to be teaching you the science of forgiveness. It's completely free. It's 90 minutes long. My Zoom account is limited to about 3,000 people, so make sure you show up early to get a seat. And I want you to reflect on a moment in your life or a person that may have hurt you. Because what we're going to be doing in this call is applying forgiveness to release yourself from a past situation that may still be holding on to you. I'm going to be teaching you the signs of forgiveness, teaching you a protocol that has been proven by scientists to amplify the impacts of forgiveness. And I'm going to guide you through this protocol. Call's completely free. If you're a Mindvalley member, welcome. And if you're new to Mindvalley, welcome as well. The Zoom Link is going to be available to everyone. Thank you.
