Number one thing that I think that keeps us in this manifesting magnet stage is gratitude. Not only do we not forget where we came from and the amazing journey that we've been on, but we're grateful every single day. And making great gratitude a habit, I think is really important. So if there's any tips that I can give you to be able to really help to build your life and started in the right direction, I'm thinking that making gratitude a habit is really important. So how do you make it a habit? Of course I recommend keeping a gratitude journal. I listen to my books on audio, and I've just been listening to Oprah's book, what I Know for Sure. And in that book, she actually tells a story about how she kind of got out of the habit of keeping her gratitude journal. And so she remembers coming across one of them in her office. She was cleaning up one day. She went back to a journal entry that she wrote on August 12th of 1999, and she was remembering, you know, she wrote in there how she was just grateful for this incredible fresh watermelon that she was eating that day and amongst other things. And she's like, when did I get to the point where I stopped appreciating the small things? And so that actually prompted me to start my gratitude journal again as well. So I recommend that you write down five things every day that you're grateful for. And it can't be the same five things. It has to be five new things every day. So step number one is keep your gratitude journal and write down five things. Number two is to make sure that if you are moving towards a goal, that at least two of those gratefuls that you write down in your journey are in relation to the goal that you're working towards. Because what happens is when we're working towards our goals, you know, and like, when we're in our struggle street and, you know, working from our bedrooms 14 hours a day, sometimes you get so caught up in the this is not happening yet. When is this ever going to happen? Is it going to happen for me that we forget to celebrate the little wins every single day, the little inches that we are taking every single day that is moving us towards our goal. So when we can use at least one or two of those gratefuls to be specific about the things that went right that day, that's moving us closer to our goal. The more we focus on what's going right, the more that that expands. And what I have the third point that I would like to Third tip. I'd like to share with you is. So what I've started doing now is that I'll add another two gratefuls to my list. And they are being grateful for the amazing things that are about to come. Now, when you can surround future events with gratitude, you're basically surrounding those events with an air of expectation, like it's already done. It may not be here in my life right now, but I know it's happening. And when you can surround that energy of the future events with that air of expectation, you actually start to manifest that at a much faster rate. So when we're talking about gratitude, make sure that you keep a journal. You write down five things every day. One to two of those things are in relation to the goal that you're working on at the time. And add an extra couple for future events so that you start to manifest them at a much faster rate.
