In a fast paced, information saturated world, it's all too easy to feel buried under a mountain of ideas and responsibilities. It's like being a kid in a candy store, but not knowing which candy to choose can be paralyzing. Overwhelm happens with too much information, too little decision, and almost no action. And here's how you help somebody you love first. Help them prioritize. Sit down with them and help them sort through all the ideas swirling in their head. What's truly important? What can wait? Help them create an action plan, Break tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces, and assign some timelines. For example, if they're working on a business idea, what's the first step they can take this week? Bring their attention to now. Remind them that they can only do one thing at a time. Encourage them to take one step at a time and celebrate small wins along the way. A great question to ask to help people make a decision on what they can do now is to ask what can you do with what you have? It brings attention to the current moment and resources they have access to. If this speaks to you. If you want to learn more models of how you can help somebody else, how you can help someone you love or someone that is around you, maybe a relationship, maybe yourself, I invite you to a webinar that we are putting together at mindvalley. In this webinar I'll show you some more tools that you can use to be able to change your life and life of people around you. Go ahead, click on the link below to join me on that webinar.
