Hello, I'm Paul McKenna and in the next few minutes I'm going to guide you through a hypnotic experience that could change your life. Are you ready to take control and reduce your stress? To feel calm and relaxed? Let's do a process. Now close your eyes, if it's safe to do so. And now I'd like you to take a deep breath in. Gently let it go. And as you do, relax the little muscles at the side of your eyes. And relaxing the muscles around your neck and face. Comfortably aware of your shoulders. Relaxing. Feel that relaxation spread down through into your arms, hands and fingers. Comfortably aware of your chest tummy relax. Allow that relaxation to spread down through your legs to the very tips of your toes and allow your mind to slow down as you find you feel even calmer and more peaceful each month. And my voice goes with you on this lovely journey into deep relaxation where you can feel peaceful and calm because all is well. All is well. I'd like to ask you mind because I know that stress had a function for you. Positive intent. I'd like it to fulfill its positive intent, but without you having to feel so much stress in future. So it can reduce stress, tension and yet still achieve all the positive things for you. And understand you can feel calmer, more in control in everyday life. Lovely sense of relaxed alertness when you need it. Soon there will be time to awaken from this experience. Feeling refreshed, Relaxed and alert. Calm and confident. With a renewed sense of optimism and deep inner joy. As I count back from 10 to 1. Now reinforce every positive thought you've ever had about yourself. 10, 9, 8. That's it. Coming back. 7, 6, 5. Feeling refreshed. Alert. 4, 3, 2, 1. Now. If you found this helpful, imagine what we could achieve together in a full session. Join me for my upcoming webinar where we'll dive deeper into controlling stress for good.
