I’m no longer the hardest-working person in my company

In this talk, Vishen Lakhiani reflects on how, as a founder, he was once overwhelmed by doing every operational task—strategy, writing, meetings, and endless emails—until he realized he was no longer leading but drowning in his business. He turned to AI and created five distinct AI agents to automate most of his daily responsibilities: a "writer brain" that critiques and improves his copy, a "chief of staff" that prunes his calendar, a "content producer" that multiplies a single idea into multiple formats, an "AI thinking partner" that challenges his decisions against a ten‑year vision, and a "numbers dude" that surfaces performance data without emotional bias. These agents free him to focus on vision, creativity, major decisions, health, and meaningful moments, illustrating his belief that AI's true promise is returning time rather than merely speeding work. He concludes by inviting viewers to learn how to build similar agents at AI Summit 2026.
