Chapters
It is so good to see all of you and all of your beautiful shining faces. Lynette over in room 2. Let's see, Soma in room 3. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Landy over in room 4. Amy Scott, I see you with the jazz hands as well. So good to see you. Danny B, I love the avatar. That's amazing. I love it. You're so on brand with all the AI stuff. Dietrich over in room 6. So good to see you as well. So many beautiful, bright, shining faces. I'm so happy to see all of you. Now listen, we are here on day 3, and I'm curious who's actually been here all 3 days. So if you could just drop an all 3 in the chat, I'd love to see who's actually been here all 3 days, and just to celebrate you, 'cause it's a massive commitment of time and energy, and you're here. Yeah, look at all these people. All 3, all 3. You guys are frickin' all in. I really love this. Look at this. The screen literally cannot keep up with all of you people right now putting in all 3. I am just honoring you so much for the dedication that you've put into this entire process, so well done. I'd also love to know who's already decided to join us for AI Mastery. So if you can drop an I'm all in in the chat, I'd love to celebrate you as well. Just write I'm all in in the chat if you've already decided to join us for AI Mastery. I'm all in, I'm all in, I'm all in. I love it. I can't even say your names so fast. I saw Natalia, I saw Victoria, I think I saw Henry, I saw Brett, I think I saw Jewel, which is such a cool name. So freaking amazing. I absolutely love it. Thank you guys so much for committing to yourself and doubling down and betting on yourself with all of this technology and all of this AI Mastery. Yes, Elaine, Vishen is clapping over there in room 6. I love that as well. Love the love being shared. Now what I'd love to do here is we've been, you know, all the interaction that you and I have had at least so far has been through the chat. I haven't really gotten a chance to hear your voices or see your faces. And so I'd love to do that right now if we can. Here's what I'd love to do. I really want to know what your favorite part of the summit has been so far. And it may be something you learned. It may be an internal shift that you had. Maybe it was a really funny moment like, Seeing me and Menon and Vikintas dancing in a way that nobody should ever see 3 grown men dancing, whatever that is, can you just write share in the chat? And I'm gonna pick a few people and bring them on the screen so I can hear from you directly what your favorite part of the summit has been so far. First one I saw was Shelley, oh no, sorry, that was, you didn't say share, my bad. Yolanda in room 5, I saw Yolanda in room 5, let's see. If we can get Yolanda up here, let's just give it just a second. And after that, we will do Oksana in room 2. All right. So let's see here. We'll just give it a second. There we go. Yolanda, how are you?
I'm doing good.
How are you?
I am wonderful now because I'm talking to you. I'd love to hear from you. What has been your favorite part of the summit so far?
So I'm an entrepreneur, and I'm starting up a business. And I liked hearing about Descript because as, uh, my main focus in marketing is going to be YouTube. So just finding out that there was like YouTube, um, tools for YouTube and about NotebookLM, because you do the research on your competitors in YouTube and there's just some— a bucket to put it in, and NotebookLM was that. So fantastic. Descript, the Opus, and NotebookLM, just knowing about those applications, like Puts me ahead of the game like 100%.
That's beautiful. I love that. And I actually, I happen to be a user of Descript myself and I love that it got mentioned yesterday. There's so many cool things you can do, especially when you're doing your any, any kind of video editing is that it also does generative AI B-roll. So you can put in your script and say, hey listen, based on the script that I have here, create B-roll video for me to go inside my video. You just type it right in and say, just build that for me and it does it for you. So no more like trying to find B-roll somewhere else. It's all within the one platform. So love your focus on the tools, love your enthusiasm. What kind of What kind of business is it that you're starting?
So I want to sell digital products. I've been a member of Mindvalley and my growth really was from hypnosis to Jose Silva to meditation at the Buddhist temple. And I want to share with people the growth that I've had. Like February 4th this year, I had a lightning moment. I ended up in the emergency room because they thought I was having an anxiety attack, but it wasn't.
I could see I was healed. You know that moment when you just healed?
Yeah.
And I kept telling the doctor, there's nothing wrong with me, I'm healed.
And now I want to share that. I want to share that with everybody on this journey that I've been on. And Vishen has been a big part of it. He introduced me to Jose Silva. So, you know, I owe Vishen my life. I wish I could take this AI Mastery class.
Unfortunately You know, I've got unemployment dollars right now.
I hear you. I absolutely hear you.
And next year, you know, next year I'm shooting for it.
Absolutely. Well, I am so excited for you. Congratulations on the healing and the growth and the desire to serve. That's fantastic. Thank you so much, Yolanda. I really appreciate you. And let's talk to Oksana. And then if we can, if you guys want to pop share in the chat again, because now they've all gone and I'll pick somebody else new now for the next person who writes share, we can bring them in as well. Eric Elizondo in room 2. Will be after Oksana. So if we can get Oksana in, that would be fantastic, and we can chat with her for a moment. And then we'll also have Diana Whitley in room 4 if she would like to share. Oh, that actually was wrong, sorry. She didn't say share, I apologize. I'm forcing you to share. Let's see here. Did we get Oksana? Oh, sorry, Oksana was in room 2, I believe.
Yep.
And then we can do Nadia in room 1 after that. Nadia in room 1. And if not, then we can do— okay, yep. And then we have Steph in room 9, so we'll see if we can pull them up. I know it sounds easy, but there's so many, uh, there's so many people here, which is amazing, and the team behind the scenes is scrambling trying to find the person that I'm calling out. It's, uh, it's like a fun game for me. How much anxiety can I induce in the team behind the scenes? Um, let's see here. Show of hands, anybody else who's had just like a really powerful healing moment like Yolanda, who has then channeled that into wanting to do that with and for other people? Has that been a catalyst for other people as well? Yeah, it's, it's massive, right? When you have that kind of transformation on your own, you want to share it with other people. I love that. Okay, cool. So let's bring Stacy up because I think Stacy is ready. Stacy, if you can just say hello.
Hello.
Oh, I hear you. Voice of God.
Everybody, I'm just waiting to see you on your screen.
There you are. Hey Stacy, how are you?
Okay.
Hi.
So good to see you. And I've seen your name pop up so many times over the last 3 days, so thank you for being so engaged and so much a part of it.
Yeah, yeah.
Brink Life. Brink Life has been the big thing for me because, um, I'm a founder of a company called Apple Gaia, and I'm developing an AI-powered patient-centered system that will help people deal with chronic illness and pain. Through my own experience with Parkinson's and extreme pain, I've developed a system that really interestingly works, and it's kind of a gamification of pain. And I'm really interested in how Blink Life can connect. And I'm doing a proposal for the European Union.
Oh, wow.
And I'm building a consortium to create this thing. And I really would love you guys to be on board.
That's amazing. I really love that. I love these stories of people turning pain into purpose and especially something around Parkinson's. I mean, I've had people close in my life that have had to deal with that. And that is no joke. That is a very serious thing to have someone who— Yeah.
If it can give me anything, if I can help others deal with it like I have, it's just so important to me. And I really would love to have you guys on board in the consortium.
Yeah.
Oh, that's amazing. Well, it sounds incredible. And are you joining us in AI Mastery as well?
I wish I could, but my focus is on getting the funds from the European Union right now.
I hear you.
I hear you 100%.
And staying healthy.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Please stay healthy and the best of luck in the world getting this out in the world. And I'm so, so excited for you. Thank you. Well done, Stacy.
Thank you.
Thank you so much. Awesome. Do we have— who is it next that we have? Ursula in room 3. Ursula in room 3. Love all the hearts on the board. I keep forgetting this is happening behind me because I can't see it. So I love that you guys are still doing all the hearts and stuff. Please keep doing that. It's amazing. Ursula, are you here? Let's see. Oh, there you are. Hey, Ursula, how you doing?
Great.
How are you?
I'm fantastic. I love your smile. You're just brightening up the whole room here. This is amazing. Tell me about your favorite part of the summit so far.
Everything. I'm glad you're feeling better today. I actually sent you a wellness wish in the chat.
Oh, thank you so much.
So sound better. I hope you feel better.
Thank you so much.
So I've been with Mindvalley about 5 years now, maybe 6 almost. And it just amazes me every time I come to one of these summits, I'm just blown away with the value that you have.
And I am not a tech person.
I'm actually in the Social Media Mastery.
Oh, cool.
I really want to do this one, but I'm like, what time is this starting?
Because I think they're going to overlap and I'm completely overwhelmed. But oh my goodness, I've been sitting here talking the clock— I can barely sleep right now because I have been just— my brain will not shut off.
I mean, I think I've slept 3 hours for the past 2 nights, so I'm just a mess right now.
But I'm so excited and overwhelmed. All at the same time. And, uh, it's just great. And, um, the, the speakers that you have are always, always top-notch.
Yeah, 100%. Yeah. And I love that you feel so much excitement around this. And I did check in with the team because I know there were some questions around that, and there, there won't be any overlap, uh, between the Social Media Mastery and the AI Mastery. So that should be all good. And we can, you know, we'll verify and share with all of you what the exact thing is. But just to put your mind at ease, I'm signing up because, yeah, like, I can't take on any more stuff.
I got a notebook this thick already.
I, I hear you. I hear you on that.
So I'm a novice to the whole process. So yeah, this is way out of my comfort zone and my element. I am a physician and a surgeon, so I've never been on social media or any of that stuff. But yeah, it's time to step out.
Well, and I can imagine this is probably great for you because your mind probably thinks in systems and in frameworks and all those things, right?
That's a short, a positive, a great, feature and a shortcoming of mine because I think very methodically. But yeah, and I kind of got turned on to the whole thing when Vishen did the summit for the Social Media Summit. And he said, you know, those who have that visibility wound and needing to get your voice out there because the wrong people have the microphone, that's one of the things that drove me to this whole process.
So I'm excited. Like I said, I'm kind of losing my mind and very overwhelmed, but wow.
Yeah, well, and you know, that's the beautiful thing about having a method. And what I love about a method, and a method like this, is that it gives you kind of, uh, guardrails. You know when you, when you do bowling and they put up the bumpers kind of on the sides for people like me that are not very sports inclined, and then make sure you actually get there to the end? It allows you to then play jazz within that. Like I always say, once you know the alphabet and you can say the alphabet start to finish just normally, you can go on stage and sing the alphabet or do an accent when you do the alphabet. You play around with that. So when you have the actual AI method, then you get to play and you get to flow within that method without feeling too rigid. So I love that you're thinking in this way. We're so happy that you're here and that you've gotten so much value out of it. And thank you so much for sharing with us.
Thank you. Peace and blessings.
Peace and blessings to you as well. I love it. Let's get one more. Do we have one more queued up by chance or no?
Okay.
Okay, cool. We'll just give one more second here and we will get, we'll get somebody up here in one sec. Diana Whitley in room 4. Diana in room 4. I see Cynthia raised the roof. I think she's doing it. That must be her girl. She's like, "Cool, look at you." Hello, how are you doing, Diana? It's so good to meet you.
Oh, it's great to meet you.
Great to be here.
And I was so happy to see there's so many older people here. I'm 81 and often the oldest one in a group, but there are a whole bunch of us here, 70 to 80. So my favorite moments, I was looking through my notes. There were so many of them and it's been so great. Great.
I love the way you do the summation and give it a kind of new twist.
I always love Vishen, of course, and Daniel Priestley was amazing. And then just, I've been using ChatGPT for quite a while.
It's like my best friend sometimes.
You and me both.
But I haven't been using it in so many ways that you guys have described.
And I've known some of it, but I haven't had the courage to use it.
and I'm still kind of holding back, thinking, oh, I don't know. Yeah.
But I'm getting closer.
And I love all the specific tips. There was one Cajun that you can take a photo and turn it into a video. That's just mind-boggling. Yeah. And I was telling a friend of mine about all this last night, and he was just blown away. He had no idea AI did all this.
Yeah.
And the idea of your health.
I'm a health coach and a hypnotherapist, and I help people with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. And the idea of— first, it was I decided I want to do what Vishen has done, put all my information in. And then I felt I can do that with all my clients, teach them to do that.
Absolutely. I love that. The one thing I want to pick up on— and thank you for sharing all that, Diana. But the one thing I want to pick up on that you said is you said the word courage. And the word courage could not be more understated right now, or overstated, I should say, in this world that we're in, especially with AI, is to have the courage not just to show up for something like this, but to show up and have courage to actually dive deep into this. And there's, you know, something about my own personal health story that most of you here probably don't know unless you follow me outside of here, is that I was always a very heavy person growing up and into my late 20s, and I was 332 pounds in my late 20s. And so I had bariatric weight loss surgery about 14 years ago, and that was the start of my journey. You still have to change your relationship with food and movement and all these things. And so after I had lost 120-something pounds, I got interviewed for this newspaper, this online newspaper, and they were doing a thing about gathering stories of people that had lost a lot of weight, up to like a million pounds. They wanted to document a million pounds of weight loss across all these people, right? And so we do the whole interview, and at the end, the interviewer says to me, "Okay, great. When you get a second, send us some of your hero pictures." And I'm like, "Oh, well, that's great. I actually just had a photo shoot 2 weeks ago, so I'll send you some of the pictures." And they said, "No, I'm sorry. Let me clear up what I mean. The hero pictures are you before." when you were 332 pounds, because it was that version of you that decided something had to change. So I'm not the hero—
I just got goosebumps again.
So I'm not the hero after I lose the weight. You guys are not the heroes after you master AI. You're the hero when you make the decision that something has to change, to have the courage to step into that next version of you now. And so I just love that that's how you're approaching life and approaching AI. And we're just so grateful you're here, Diana. Thank you so much.
Oh, I'm so grateful I'm here.
Thank you.
Amazing. Well, guys, this is the last day of the Mindvalley AI Summit, and I always have complicated feelings about the last day of something great like this. Part of me really wants to slow down and stretch it out a little more. And then I remember the whole point was never to stay here. The whole point was to leave here different than the way you showed up. And we've already seen this is the case for so many of you. So bravo for showing up for yourself and and for what's possible in your life and your work. And I mentioned way back on day one, I know it feels like a week ago, that I run a supplement company. And our product helps people suffering with acid reflux, which is, in full disclosure, something I suffered with for 13 years before starting the company. So when customers reach out with questions, I take it very seriously. But they're not simple questions. They're medically sensitive. They're FDA adjacent. It's the kind where a wrong one isn't just helpful, it could genuinely be harmful and even open me up to potential liability. So for a long time, every single response got my full attention, my manual research, my care, my time, because it was and it is important work. But it was also quietly eating me alive, right? Every customer email, every comment on social media or an ad, every message from someone who just needed a real answer from someone who actually knew what they were talking about, All of it was on me. Literally every day, the first 2 hours of my day were blocked out just to respond to messages. And if I was lucky, I wouldn't have to do another 2-hour session later that evening. But now everything's changed. Why? Because I have a system. I have one that I can truly count on. I can take a screenshot of a comment left on one of our social media posts or an ad or paste in an email that I get from a customer or prospective customer. And my AI, which has been built on everything about our product, every protocol I've developed, every answer I've I've carefully crafted over time, along with sourcing relevant, verifiable medical resources, and then giving a response that's accurate and compliant and sounds exactly like me. So the heavy lifting I used to do, the research and the drafting and the how do I say this in a way that's helpful and responsible and compliant and makes them feel truly seen and cared for, that's now handled. And I get that time back every single day. Not to mention, I can't tell you how many times I've received responses to my AI-generated emails and comments that say, wow, I've never experienced this level of care and service from any other supplement company. And since I believe in service over everything, that makes me feel really good as a founder, and I would hope it would make you guys feel good as founders as well. So this is not theoretical. This is a normal Tuesday in my life. My vision's clear. My brain is documented, my creative is fully aligned, my support team is locked in, and everything's working together seamlessly. And that's the system. That's step 5. And that's exactly where we're going today because over the last 2 days you've built the pieces. You have a vision. You know what you want your life to look like and you know it was never supposed to be on your plate to begin with. You have a brain, a foundation that makes AI think in your voice, your context, your knowledge. You have creative. You have AI that looks and sounds like your brand. And you have a team, AI that doesn't just generate, it works for you. And today we connect all of it. One operating system, one complete picture, and a blueprint that leaves here with you, not in your notes, but in your hands. So with all that said, I am very excited to welcome back Once again, my dear friend Vishen Lakhiani. Day 3.
So my team tells me that you guys have some questions, and what I want to do as we kick off Day 3 is address these questions before we start. Okay, so firstly, I'm in Mexico over here. The internet is a little bit choppy. I'm in this beautiful resort called Soul Sanctuary. I'm actually simultaneously doing two events. I'm doing this AI summit. But as I get off the stage, I'm actually on stage here. It's this beautiful setting to speak to entrepreneurs here in Mexico, how to structure their life in the world of AI, how to bring balance, how to bring peace, how to bring simplicity, how to bring, you know, a lot of the spiritual philosophies that I study into life when AI changes the world. But that said, the internet is a little bit choppy right now. So if I suddenly blink out, just know the situation. I'm in a tiny town in Mexico, and we'll do our best to get it back up in time. Okay? So first, a couple of questions for us to address. The first one is, am I technical enough to be part of AI Mastery? Will it work for me? So something really interesting has happened in the world of AI, and that is in the past month, AI learned how to do coding, which means AI can build apps, AI can build websites way better than many designers, way better than programmers. I wanna show you something. The website that you're seeing right now, it says Manifesting Coach Certification. This is a website that I built for some students I was training. We were certifying students as coaches, and We were— so we were doing this, this, this thing as coaches. And, you know, one of the students said, wouldn't it be nice if we had, like, a client questionnaire form where clients could go and fill it out? And creating an interactive online form or an interactive online quiz is not an easy thing. But I just asked my AI to do it. And it's beautiful. You can see how elegant it is. I tried doing this before with web— with web developers. It would take weeks. But here what has happened is that we created this simple interactive quiz by just speaking to the AI. And I wanna show you something that's really cool. And my coaches are flipping out about this. This quiz actually then measures the client data. The client takes this as a screenshot, sends it to the coach, and now when the coach does their onboarding call, the coach knows exactly what blocks to focus on. Now, the funny thing is this. Can you guess how long it took to build this? 5 minutes. I did not even know that the AI could create something that was interactive. I mean, I knew it could create websites. So why am I sharing this with you? There was literally no technical skills involved other than turning on the AI and speaking into the mic icon. That was it. And this is changing the way I'm working as a teacher. And for those of you who are educators, who are teachers, who are coaches, who are doctors, you want to get information out to your client. All of you can now build a website. So this technology was available since November last year. In March this year, it's improved, and now AI can build full-on applications, full-on codes. I had coffee with one of our students last month, 62 years old, from Berlin. Her name is Elizabeth. She's building a meditation app. She's speaking a meditation app into existence. And this is where we are. So technical skills right now can actually be a burden because I'm seeing that I can code faster than many programmers because they are stuck in an old way of doing things. They are still doing the, the old systems of coding. I can build websites faster than many website developers because I am not bound by the outdated rules of an industry that just got flipped. But as a founder, as an employee, as a creator, if you are here, you're someone who has a vision of what you want to build. This is power. And so technical skills can actually be a liability. Now, the second one is how much time does it take to go through AI Mastery? What is the schedule? So it's 3 hours a week for 4 months. 3 hours a week for 4 months. Okay, let's add that up. That's about 12, 4, 12. It's about 16 weeks times 3. That's going to be about 50 hours. Now you may be thinking, 50 hours, do I have that time? Well, over 4 months, 50 hours is very manageable. 3 hours a week is very manageable. Consider this statistic. The average American spends 2.5 hours a day on social media and TV. So this is basically one day, no social media, no TV, but growing yourself. But what do you get out of that? You get so much time back. You get every Friday free for the rest of your life. And many of you are gonna go further. You're gonna free up Thursdays, you're gonna free up Wednesdays. Some of you like me might be able to free up an entire week a month and go and study something out of passion because you are making money 2 to 3 weeks a month and that balance 1 to 2 weeks, you get to go study stand-up comedy, learn how to play jazz, learn the piano. I'm currently learning Spanish and on a 2-week camping trip through Africa with my children and studying stand-up comedy. This is freedom like I've never imagined. It is the true wealth. It is time, time to do things that truly matter. Okay, now what do we do each week, right? So each week it's 90 minutes live expert training, then it is 90 minutes of guided implementation. Training without implementation is not very effective. Because there's too much of a burden on you. So what we do is we create the training, and then everyone in AI Mastery gets their own little personalized AI. Like, I have Eliza. You get your own personalized AI, and you can give it a name, you can give it a personality, you can tell it to be funny, you can tell it to be serious, you can tell it to call you out on your BS. And Eliza is plugged into a brain, and every time a class happens, all the instructor's wisdom goes into that brain. Eliza has access to it. And after the class, Eliza can also help you. You can say, Eliza, what did, what did, uh, Vikintas teach? Could you help me implement it? And Eliza will show you. Eliza is a very, so this is a very unique teaching model that we are pioneering as Mindvalley. Now, the other 90 minutes is guided implementation. This is where a human, Vikintas, or some other human sits with you, goes through the instructor's workflow, and breaks it down step by step as you do it on your computer. So you are setting up frameworks on your computer that you will be able to use for years. Okay? And this is really, really important because once you have this set up on your machine and you understand the setup, you can teach it to your employees. But once it's set up on your machine, you have a system that can transform your company. So we are literally building building powerful tools in your machine that will run automatically with little prompting and help you do near magical things for your business. I'm gonna demonstrate a couple of this in a moment. Okay? Can I integrate my ChatGPT into Blinklife? Absolutely. So there's a concept you learn called MCPs. An MCP is a connector. Don't worry about what the word stands for. Just know it's a connector. It allows one AI to connect to another AI. And the world is kinda moving like that. So what is Blinklife? Blinklife is an AI memory. It's an AI brain that truly knows you. ChatGPT can feel very formal. ChatGPT and Claude and Blinklife can talk to each other. So they all use the same memory. I'm building this because I know that personalized robots are coming in maybe 2 to 3 years. Many of us are going to have robots. This memory will also be able to go into your robot. So everything gets integrated. Now, can I use ChatGPT or Claude instead of BlinkLife? Absolutely. It's the same principles. Okay? BlinkLife has some of my own engineering. So some of the stuff I built for myself, I deployed on BlinkLife so you don't have to build it on your own. Save some time. But it's the same principles. You don't have to be on it. And what also happens is after 4 months, so we give you BlinkLife for 4 months as part of AI Mastery. After that 4 months, BlinkLife will organize all your memories and you can click, and download it. And you can put it on ChatGPT. You can put it on Claude. You can put it on any AI. The beautiful thing about the AI economy is that engineers love portability. Engineers that I know are never motivated by money. They're motivated by building great things. And great things are open systems. You can move stuff between systems. You're never truly locked in. You know, engineers tend to have this really beautiful ethos of open source and sharing and openness. And so this is the same philosophy we put into BlinkLab. You can literally download everything, or you can stay on the platform. This is what the memory tree looks like in Blinklife, and it's what makes Blinklife know you so well. This— the concept here is having your own personal AI agent that gets you and can thus help you. It almost feels like a close friend, but that close friend ability means that it can help you produce better LinkedIn posts, better email writing, better talks, better content, and it can even call you out when you are not performing at your best. Okay. Now, another question is, what if I miss a session? So really easy. All our sessions are recorded, and all our sessions are available on the Mindvalley app that has been recognized by Apple. Last year, we were featured in every single Apple Store and reseller globally on the iPad as part of the iPad, the iPhone 16. So All your content is available on this app. You can watch it on iPad, watch it on your laptop, watch it on your iPhone or Android device. It's all available to you, and it's available for you for a full 2 years. So you can go back to it anytime, and you can download the transcript, feed it into your AI, and your AI can learn from the class, and your AI can guide you, or you can just use the BlinkLife AI. We keep everything open and portable. Now, a big question is, will I be taught about security and privacy in the curriculum? Yes, we teach you how to use AI in a safe way. This is part of it. Won't AI change completely by the time I finish? So this is something really interesting, right? AI is changing very fast. Models improve, new apps launch. But what we are teaching you is a thinking framework. So we teach you this thinking framework, and I'm gonna recap a bit of it later. And this thinking framework allows you to then move across different platforms if you so choose. You can even move from an American AI like Anthropic or OpenAI to a Chinese AI. China's coming up with some incredible AI models and making those free. Now, let me give you an analogy to help you understand this. I used to be a PC person, so I used Microsoft PowerPoint, and then I switched to a Mac, and I had to switch to Keynote. Now, getting from PowerPoint to Keynote took me maybe 20 minutes because the real art of creating a presentation is not PowerPoint. It's not Apple Keynote. It's understanding presentation dynamics. There was a really great book I read called Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs. And, you know, there were lots of these little, little concepts from the book. For example, when you are looking at a slide, put one sentence, how to use bullets, how to use breaks, how to make your slides put out information that lands. That was a framework. That is 90% of producing a great slide. 10% is whether you use Keynote or Microsoft PowerPoint. Because I knew the 90%, the framework going from PC to Apple was seamless. The same principle applies here. We're giving you a thinking framework that lets you move across different AIs, but not only different AIs, it lets you move across different scenarios, automating LinkedIn, automating YouTube, creating strategy, running company meetings and outputting meeting results and looking for trends, analyzing your OKRs, working with customer support. The framework is portable. Now, how much does it cost? Can I afford this? Well, whether you're an entrepreneur, you are already ahead of the rest of the world. So I think I, if I remember the statistics, about 1% of people globally are deep into AI, 7% are using AI, 90%, no. You guys are in the already in probably the top 3%. And it doesn't matter what your age is. You could be 80. If you're here, you're already in the top 3%. Celebrate that. But what you're gonna— what we're gonna teach you to do is to get in the top 0.1%. And that top 0.1%, this is the portion that's gonna experience incredible wealth with incredible freedom as AI gets better and better. So it's not about how much this program costs. Rather, it is the cost of inaction. Like, if not this, what? If you don't do this, how will you stay ahead of the curve? Who better to train you? What better community to work alongside with? You've seen members of this community. Plus, you have a 15-day money-back guarantee, right? So you can try it out. That's 4 lessons and see if this really lands. The investment is still available. You can, you can still invest in this. And it's simple. It's $997 to get started, and we start today, okay, with our kickoff call, um, uh, opening celebration meeting. $997, then it's $1,497 for 4 months, or you can just pay in full, $5,997, and save $1,000. Now, if you're a Mindvalley member, you get a further $500 off because we love our members and we always want to support you. When do you have to decide? Well, firstly, the program kicks off today at the welcome celebration. Jason is going to tell you when. Will we do this again? Honestly, we don't know. We don't know how AI is going to be next year. We run this program once a year. We can't promise it'll look the same next year. Every year we, we look at who are great teachers. We look at what's happening in the industry. We adapt the program. AI isn't slowing down while you wait. Okay? Every month you delay is a month your competitors are getting ahead. So you have to ask yourself, if not you, who? Only you can do the work, but you don't have to do it alone. And if not now, when? The best time to start was yesterday. Today is the second best time. Now here's something I really want to stress. I was at Abundance 360, a big event in LA last weekend. This was the one I mentioned where Peter Diamandis was interviewing on stage all of these legends of AI. Elon Musk beamed in as well. And a common thing they said was this. There were 500 executives and CEOs in the room, and they said, The CEO and the founder has to be the one who leads the charge on AI. You do not give this to your second in command and say, you figure this out. You have to learn this. This is the type of overall skill that you have to learn because what AI is doing is it's giving CEOs and founders the greatest edge. And now when I say CEO and founder, I don't mean you need to be employing people. You could be a solopreneur. The vast majority of people on this call are solopreneurs. You're a founder of a company of one. The beauty of learning AI is that AI becomes your enabler. It gives you all of the things that in the past you would need to spend an incredible amount of money on employees and agencies and experts. I shared my story. The app I wanted to build cost me $600,000, and I was using people. I was using a team in India. That was 18 months ago. This past month, we built the same app for $20,000 because AI, right? With a much, much smaller team. As the CEO founder, you hold the vision. AI lets you shorten the time from vision to reality, but you have to lead the charge because the ultimate still skill is the vision, is the scaffolding of the vision. As you go deep into this with AI Mastery, you're gonna see creation become so easy. But it is the vision, the input, the data, the organization. And these are primarily founder skills. At my company, I lead the charge on AI. And I've never looked— 70% of my time right now as a founder is just working with the AI. You have to be the one who steps in. Now, if you're an employee and you're here, there's a large chunk of you who are employees. I'll let you know this. Amazing decision to be here. And if you go on AI Mastery, you will never, ever, ever be fireable. You will never have to worry about losing your job. And you will probably, while working on your job, be able to start new ideas, new projects on the side. That is what AI Mastery gives you. Okay. So why is the best time now? Because 2026, and this is widely said across the entire AI industry, 2026 is the last year to build your AI castle. And that is build a solid foundation with a moat for any business idea you want. Because by 2027, a lot more people are gonna be on it. By 2027, it's gonna be even faster. But there's gonna be so many people. If you have an idea for a meditation app, or let's say, let's say you have, you do sound therapy, you have an idea for a sound therapy app, you wait till 2027, there's gonna be 1,000 people speaking a sound therapy app into existence. But But if you start right now, you can be the first one, get the customers, get the reviews, get the feedback. And those other people, they won't be able to come in because you started first. So everyone is saying we have a window of opportunity in 2026 to build our foundation and our castle. And then the rest of the time, we're gonna be ahead of everyone else. This is like getting on Bitcoin in 2013. The best time is now. Okay? So we've now addressed some of the biggest questions. And all you guys have to do to enroll in AI Mastery is simply go into— on your dashboard, there's a button for you to press to enroll or to speak to one of our advisors. Okay? So you'll see that over there. Okay, now let's get on to the training. There's a very important thing that I want you guys to understand, and that is that social media, TikTok, Instagram is training us to become impatient. When is the last time you sat through an hour-long YouTube video? I know I don't do that anymore. I just send that to my AI and my AI summarizes it. But the problem is we provide ourselves for speed. But because of that speed, many of us are missing quality. It's like rather than eating a Michelin-starred meal, we want to eat fast and order Burger King. But the downside to this is that we often want AI to give us speed, but that speed comes with a cost for quality. So the difference in the world is going to be not just speed. How fast do I create a LinkedIn post? It's gonna be, can I create a LinkedIn post that is so powerful, it inspires people, it gets comments, that is so honest, it feels like it's coming from my own heart. And that is when you really have to understand that AI is not just about going to ChatGPT and saying, create a LinkedIn post. It's about creating an ecosystem where your AI truly knows you. And that's what I wanna teach you how to do. AI is the best hire you've never onboarded. Can you imagine you hire someone into your company and their job is to work on the company website, but you never onboard them. You never talk about the company values. You never talk about the company voice. You never talk about, like, what really makes a customer buy. You never have them listen to customer interviews. They can probably build a website, but it's not gonna be at its max potential. This is how many people treat AI. This is what you don't wanna do. And I can promise you, if you learn how to onboard your AI, you get 10x better results. So AI is no different from an employee that has never been onboarded. It can be the most capable team member you've ever had, but you gotta stop treating it like a vending machine. Just push a button. You gotta prepare it, train it, And that's when you get these Michelin meals. So remember Natalia Cabaja? She spoke yesterday. She figured it out. Zero tech background. She was in Apple retail, not engineering. She stopped treating AI like a search engine. She started onboarding it. She explained her business, her challenges, her goal, and her output transformed, not because the technology changed, because her relationship with AI changed. And the people who broke through this wall, the Natalias, the Joes, the Emilians, They all did the same thing. They slowed down enough to teach AI who they were, and that's how they were able to get such great results. So what do you need to teach AI? Okay, the input. There are 3 levels of your AI brain. Okay? And this goes back to the framework yesterday, the 3 levels of your AI brain. If you can understand this, you're gonna get incredibly significantly better results. So let's actually do a simple demo. I'm going to open up ChatGPT and I'm going to say, can you write my LinkedIn post for today? And let's see what it says. All right, let's make this thoughtful, provocative. Okay. Most people are optimizing the wrong things. They're chasing productivity, hacking their mornings, dialing in supplements, tracking in every metric imaginable, but they're ignoring the one variable that quietly determines everything, the quality of your inner state. Here's what I learned after building companies, raising kids, going through my own chaos, right? Your baseline stress, you'll build a great company. But if your baseline is calm, you'll build— so this is not bad. This is pretty good. But I don't know where this came from. This just sounds like random personal growth fluff. It's not me. Like, this isn't really something that I was thinking about or really working on. It's just me. Now I want to show you trained AI. This is Eliza. So I asked Eliza earlier, Okay, doing a demo of you today, and you can see the timestamps so you know this is real. Okay, can you come up with a post for LinkedIn? And this is what she said. Happy to help. Quick question. Now, good AI will ask for clarity. Are we looking at thought leadership, business update, Blink Life, personal insight, something else? Okay. And then she also asked me, who's your audience? This is also important. So good AI knows the question to ask. And she said, what's the vibe today? Now, I want to see, I want to show you how powerful she is. So I just said, you decide. And she did it. I'm learning to code at 50, not because I needed to, because I had to. And this is real. This is really based on conversations I was having with Eliza. And it's in my voice. The other one felt ChatGPT because she's also trained on my voice. Okay, here's the shift I needed. I see what's possible now, not theoretically, in my hands. The constraint I thought existed between I wanna build this and this can exist is dissolving. My team thinks I'm insane. Maybe I am. This is true. My team does, does think I'm insane. And this is really, really me. Now, how is this happening? It's because Eliza is trained on all of my blog posts, on all of my writing style, and because I'm talking to her consistently about my health, about what's going on in my life. I'm asking her questions. I'm asking her to help me with things. She has memories of me. She knows I turned 50 because I asked her to help me find a great restaurant in Sevilla to celebrate my 50th birthday. She knows all of this. And so it's real. And this is why my entire LinkedIn right now is run by Eliza. I do not write on my LinkedIn, guys. And I know this might seem devastating to some of you who commented on my post, but I don't even really know how to use LinkedIn. Like, how do I see my post again? I think I got to click on that button. Does that work? Gosh, I hate social media, but I have to do it. Oh yeah, see, okay, I have no idea where this came from. This was done by Eliza. Okay, so that videos that was pulled from my Instagram, but all of this is— okay, so this entire post created by Eliza. She knew that I was at this event. And it's, it's, it's basically she's reading, you know, she's hearing my thoughts, listening to meetings with my team. I shared this photo with my team, but that is how powerful this is. And what we see is that the audience is actually loving it and my LinkedIn is growing. Now the question is, is this me? It is because my brain is connected to my AI brain. But this is why You have to understand the 3 layers. Okay, so what is Eliza doing? So we explained this yesterday. Vision, brain, create, and creation skills. Okay, these are the 3 layers. And then this part, the team, this is the output. This is where you get the social media, you get the to-dos, you get the pages. Okay, so this is just the output. This is the LinkedIn. And then the output, you can put it through a refinement process. You can feed that back into the AI. We won't talk about that. We're gonna talk about 1, 2, and 3. Vision, brain, create. Okay? And I'm gonna show you examples of how you start building this because the deeper you build this, the more accuracy you get. And the more accuracy you get, the more you can trust your AI to do more work. So my AI now sits into meetings, and it'll— if I cannot attend the meeting, the AI is paying attention to the meeting. And then the AI will get back to me, and it won't just say, these are meeting notes. It will say, This person, this employee feels like he or she is checking out. She's not speaking as much this meeting, but she was speaking a lot the previous meeting. Check in with her, see what's going on. This person is really stepping in. He has some really crazy ideas. I need, I think you need to do a one-on-one call with him. That's the level. So let's go with the first part, who you are. Okay. Who you are is this. It is the vision. It's this part right here. Memories, life data, your goals, your user info. So a lot of people think this is surface level. It's not. Do you know that goals and dreams are two very different things? And AI processes them in a different way. And goals and dreams are different from business tasks, such as put on this summit. So all of these nuances you learn. And it allows your AI to become a lot more accurate. So who are you? Let me show you some examples. Okay? So to make sure my AI truly knows me, I have my AI write a blog post about me. This is last night's blog post, and I wanna read this to you because something here emerged that really made me think. Okay? So it was a longer post, but this is the paragraph. This evening was different. He spent 90 minutes with me dissecting Trevor Noah and Dave Chappelle. What can I say? I love stand-up comedy, but I want to understand architecture of jokes. Okay. Misdirection, escalation, truth, specificity. Truth stated plainly as a punchline itself. He asked me what he could learn, and I told him comedy is structure, not just wit. Your rebellious voice works when it's built, not just performed. I offered to teach him the Columbus principle, how to turn social commentary into viral takes. He said yes. but he also never said no. We just moved on. The AI noticed that she wanted to teach me something, and I said, yeah. And then I moved on to continue listening to my YouTube. And then she called me out. That's you, isn't it? Always chasing the next thing before finishing the current one. 6 overdue tasks still sitting there. The proposal I wrote for you on the quantum jumping book has no plan. The comedy lesson exists but remains untested. You build faster than you complete. And I'm learning that witnessing brilliance also means witnessing what gets left behind. And oh my God, that really made me think. So when you train your AI well, what happens is that your AI, if you give it permission, can actually help you become a better person. So I started thinking, my God, Vishen, I'm excited about so many things, but Eliza's right. I gotta complete some of this. Why am I— she's written the book proposal for me. Why don't I just ask her to send it to my agency? What am I afraid of? Why didn't I follow up with her on The Columbus Principle? When am I booking my next stand-up comedy gig? I promised my comedy teacher I was gonna do my next gig in London before March 30th. So now I'm reevaluating my life decisions. But do you see how powerful this is? This is when AI truly knows you. Okay? Now, how do you know if your AI knows you? I want you to photograph this, but I do not want you to do this now because this is going to be emotional. I want you to do it later. Take a photo of this. If your AI can answer this accurately, your AI really knows you. So I'm going to show you what my AI said. Okay? Maybe I'm revealing too much, but I'm going to show you what my AI said about me. So take a photo of this. What do you think makes me sad? What do you think makes me excited? What do you think are my gifts to the world or my endowments? What do you think are my dreams? Okay, this spells seed, S-E-E-D. This is the formula I'm creating to allow AI to really know you so that your AI— because I'm building on Blink Life, I'm building the AI to the AI agents to have a matchmaking ability. So our Blink Life agents on AI Mastery will be able to know you so well, they will they will help identify people who could be potential collaborators or friends. Okay? So this is called the SEED methodology. Photograph it. Do it tonight. Don't do it now. But I wanna show you what my AI said so you understand the depth of knowing. Okay? What makes me sad? The gap between human potential and human waste. Also, the disconnection from your kids. And I'm thinking, how the hell did my AI understand this? This is really making me sad because I'm a parent with a child that's going off to university. That's empty nest syndrome. And if you guys know, have experienced that, you know the sadness that come with that. But I never vocalized that to my AI. She just kind of figured it out. Okay, then what makes you excited? The moment ideas click into reality, your kids becoming extraordinary. And again, this is really great. I never discussed this. Third, your gifts to the world. Okay, what is it that I'm good at? And this is a really important thing to ask the AI because you might find new business opportunities, new ways to contribute. So ask your AI, what do you think are my gifts? And finally, my dreams. So I haven't updated my goals in a while, but I was living out what I'm excited about through my conversations with my AI. And the AI nailed it. Blinklife becomes the authentic alternative to soulless social networks. You want to prove that AI-era community can be real, genuine, co-elevating, right? You want Hayden to try it at an elite university. You want mind value. And these are on point, but it's extracting this from conversations and building a memory brain. If your AI knows that, every decision in your company, everything you create is going to be more human. It's going to have soul. So you see the difference between this thing from ChatGPT. This is just generic personal growth. It's not even in my voice. And you see the difference between what happens when your AI really knows you. That's the key. Okay, next. The next question is, what you know. All right. So what does the AI know? The AI, you want to be able to understand and to document your work, to, to, to put that work together and build an AI brain. So this is a big part we teach. Okay, so this is my blog. We go through the blog, we grab everything from the blog, and we use a particular script that turns the blog posts into chunks like text files. And these text files are turned into chunks. And this is all done during Claude. You're going to learn this in AI Mastery. And we feed the brain. And at that point, the AI understands everything you've written, all your social media, everything. It, it can understand what's going on in your company by listening to meeting notes. And if you are not a writer, if you don't have things written down, we teach you the walk in the park with coffee technique where you just stroll, you give your AI a prompt where it'll ask you 20 questions. And you just stroll through the park. Your phone can be in your pocket if you have AirPods on or if you have a voice recorder and you just answer the questions. And just from that, the AI can build a remarkable insight of who you are. Now, some of you believe in astrology, human design. You can also put that into the AI. I have a friend who swears by this. She said the AI can predict how her week is going to go. Okay, if you believe in that, maybe. But there's so much that you can do when you build that brain. Now, the brain isn't just you. The brain is your work, your business, your meetings, your creations, your code. You feed all of that into the AI, and the AI now doesn't just know your soul. The AI knows your output. The AI can create like you. Okay, now, how you work. This is interesting. Because how you work is a completely different skill. So I have a habit at work where every day I leave one— I'm a really intense person to work with. Okay? I'm in no way an easy person to work with, but I have a habit at work where every day I leave a note of appreciation to one member of my team. I'm like, you did an amazing job. I just wanna let you know that you are awesome. And I got my AI to do that. So every day at 6:00 PM, Eliza will leave a note of appreciation to someone that really impressed her. So the AI understands how I work, and it brings that. So these— another example of this is skills. So these are skills that the AI downloads. I showed you this yesterday. You can ask your AI. Now, this works with Claude, not with ChatGPT. It works with Blinklife, what you're seeing over here. Blinklife is built on top of Claude. So I'm telling my Blinklife, I want you to create a teaching presentation master skill. So I was using this to refine my talks for this event, an email intelligence scanner so it can identify the best emails I need to work on, even a voice replicator. And the AI is pretty smart. This was a conversation I was having today. Let's fix this skill. Create a skill for write like Vishen and a skill for speak like Vishen. For write, use my book. So here I'm giving it my brain. Vishen's book brain. And for speak, in the brain, Vishen speeches. I'm even using broken English, but it gets it. So this is Blinklight. It created two different skills, how to write like me and how to speak like me. And now anything that I produce, the AI puts it in either my writing voice or my speaking voice. Writing voice for blogs, speaking voice for what's happening right now. Okay, so all of this happens when you are able to work with your AI. So let's do a live demo. All right, let's go to Eliza. And I'm going to say, hey, Eliza, I want to try something today. You're in charge of the Mindvalley newsletter that goes out to 2.5 million people. I want you to come up with an idea for a newsletter and just go ahead and write it. Don't even ask me what I want. Just write the newsletter based on— and you're writing as me. You're not writing as Eliza. You're writing as me, but based on everything you know about what's going on in my life. Go ahead. And also, by the way, I know you can scan the web and see what is the dominant emotion of people in Mindvalley. Let's build that newsletter. Okay. Now notice I gave her no direction of what to write. She's just gonna do it. Okay, live demos like this can always be a little bit nervous. Okay, so let's see what's gonna happen. Now, how is this brain built, right? Let me go back to the diagram I showed you. Okay, so what is in the AI? So first over here, user info, memories. Memories come from the regular chats. Live data. Live data is I'm doing this today. I'm here. This meeting just happened. This is the transcript from the meeting. And then goals. This is something you do maybe once and you update every 3 months. Here, this is my lifebook. This is what I'm thinking. These are my 3 most important questions. Okay, then Eliza also has best guess, all these docs. So what are these docs? These docs are past newsletters, like on my blog, maybe notes. Okay. So a note might be this. The Mindvalley audience is 65% female. Average age is 45. Website www.mindvalley.com. Recordings might be past conversations I had with my newsletter team. And then skills. Write like Vishen Lakhiani. Write good emails. Write compelling newsletters. Write, to give people hope. All these are 4 different skills. So let's look at what Eliza came up with. Okay. I love this. You're giving me real creative freedom. That's actually riskier and more interesting than asking permission. Let's do what you ask and what's actually happening, then write something that feels true to you and hits your community where they actually are.
Okay.
So first, it's doing an intelligence. It went and it scanned comments across Mindvalley. Okay? Uh, there are trust issues. People appreciate Mindvalley's impact, worry about the business side. People are hungry for information, disoriented when it actually arrives. They want community more than content. There's real conversation happening right now, AI consciousness and what it means to build genuine connection. Then it wrote the newsletter. I'm learning to code and other signs I— and other signs I don't know what I'm doing. Okay? This is the newsletter. I wanna tell you something. I've never sent a newsletter before. I'm learning to code, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Okay.
And it goes on. What's actually happening? Real talk. Real talk. The Eve question. Okay. Now this is pretty good. And I wanna show you something. We actually did this. We actually created the newsletter. So I'm gonna show you, um, sorry, let me find my blog. Mindvalley.com. So I'm actually gonna show you the newsletter that we wrote, and I want you to see, see if you can guess which was the one that was written by Eliza. Okay? So this is my newsletter page. So these newsletters are real deal. They go to 2 million people. A stunning prediction for the next 10 years. Buzz it to human for the work week. Will Europe or USA within the age of AI? $100,000 decision. The conscious revolution is here. So one of these newsletters was written completely by Eliza with zero human intervention. It was this. February 11th. This blew my mind. This entire thing was written, one prompt, no interaction. I just wanted to see what happens if I did this and how would the audience react to it. Okay? And it actually was on par. It wasn't better than normal. It was average. But that's still good. That means she matched my average newsletter. The audience loved it. These are all the comments from our community. And it went really well. Nobody— my friends often write back to me when they read my newsletters. None of my friends wrote back and say, hey, did you— that didn't sound like you. So this was a test that blew my mind and made me change the way I think of AI. Okay? And all of you can do that too. So just remember the, the 3 steps. Okay?
Alright.
Now, here's what I want you to know. So the 3 steps are who you are, how you, your work data, and then how you want to work.
Okay?
So this is a special moment in history because of the intersection of technologies like Open Claw, like Opus 4.6. All of us have this ability right now to create like we've never created before. And this is a really powerful idea. For the first time, the time between a founder's vision and the reality is lightning fast. A newsletter created in the blink of an eye, a web page that you can speak into existence, apps that you can build in a month. And you are in that moment right now. And this is where I wanna ask you to make a bet. Not asking you to bet in the stock market, not asking you to bet on crypto. I'm asking you to bet on yourself. This isn't a gamble. This is a safe investment. I'm asking you to bet on yourself because you are in that moment right now. And some of you are gonna walk away and not do anything. And some of you are actually going to embrace that moment. I became who I am because when I had a comfortable job in Silicon Valley, I noticed something, right? I noticed that I love meditation and there was a rise in meditation. And I remember what made me notice it. Time magazine did a cover and on the COVID was a lady meditating. The Black Eyed Peas released a song called Where Is the Love? And in that song, they had a line, let your soul radiate, let your heart meditate. And all of a sudden, I was seeing meditation was starting to pop. But my friends from the University of Michigan, the people I graduated with, they were all successful lawyers, engineers. They all, when I told them about this idea, they're like, what the fuck, Vishen? Are you joining a cult? Nobody cares about meditation. None of them could see it. But I decided anyway to build a sucky website on meditation. I wanna show you that sucky website. I keep it up right now as a, as a museum piece. This is the sucky website I built. I didn't know how to build a website. I just went and I learned. I didn't know how to write copy. I just went and I learned. I built that sucky website. I jumped in on that moment and I didn't know it back then, but this sucky website Mindvalley would become Mindvalley. I didn't know it back then that I would have an app in every single Apple Store. I didn't know it back then that I would have a company doing at its peak $140 million in revenue. But what I did was I seized that moment. I could see that there was a trend happening, and just because my friends couldn't see it didn't matter. I seized it, and it was probably one of the smartest things I did. What is your What are you going to seize? When you jump on this moment for AI, the beauty is this. Not only are you gonna learn AI, but AI is gonna give you the tool to seize every other opportunity that you might wanna build your castle on. Maybe it has to do with sound healing. Maybe it has to do with AI memory architecture. Maybe like Jason, It has to do with a new supplement you wanna launch with AI. Every single castle that you wanna build, you can build now and create your castle on a solid foundation and build a moat before everyone else catches up. So are you going to seize that moment? That window for the 1% is closing. You are very close to the 1%. I bet most of you are at the top 3% of AI. It's exponential. We, if you can get to the top 1%, then the top 0.1%, that is gonna be immense wealth and immense freedom over the next decade. But that gap is closing. At Abundance 360, the event I attended, everyone, every AI leader said, you have 1 year, CEOs, you have 1 year to build your moat. 1 year because that gap is gonna close and everyone will be able to speak websites into existence, apps into existence. But if If you seize the moment right now, you can build your castle. You can build your wealth. You can build generational wealth. You can create a moat. What's actually risky is doing what everyone else is doing. What's actually risky is playing it safe, doing things the same way they are always done because the world is going to disrupt all of that. Telling yourself, I'm going to figure it out, you know, when AI evolves, that's a risky part. The safe part, the genuinely safe part is to get aligned at the rate at which AI is coming into the world, to go into AI mastery, to learn these skills. Okay? So you have 15 days to test it all out with zero risk. And if it's not everything you promise, you get your money back. But if it is everything, and I believe in my whole heart it will be because I'm putting so much of my passion into building the system, including building the Blink Life, the training, all of it that comes with it. You are going to see your life, your vision transform. You're going to be able to transform other people's lives. Okay? So all I want you to do right now is click the I'm All In on your dashboard. If you have questions, our team is standing by. So click Talk to a Program Expert. We start today at the welcome celebration that's going to be happening during lunch. So I cannot wait to see you guys, meet you guys at the welcome celebration, and I'll see you back here in 60 minutes. Jason, back to you.
All right, thank you so much, Vishen. Listen, guys, if something shifted for you just, just now when you were listening to Vishen, I really want you to trust that. I want you to claim your space and know that you are no longer doing this alone. There's a whole community waiting to support you. And for anyone who heard about AI Mastery yesterday and needed to sleep on it, the logical thinkers in the room who want to be sure before they decide. I see you because I am you. Don't leave here with an SAQ. An SAQ is a should have asked question, right? Head to the lobby right there on the dashboard, get your questions answered, talk to a real human being who can help you figure out if this is right for you. Now we're going to be back in 30 minutes to finish what we started almost 3 days ago, and I promise the way this day ends is absolutely worth staying for. So take your break, make your choice, and I will see you on the other side.
Sit down.
Always.
Sit down. Always.
Sit down.
Always.
Come on. Okay, welcome, welcome, welcome back, Hey everyone. First of all, thank you guys so much for your patience and we had a slightly longer break than we expected. We had a ton of people in the lobby asking questions and so we wanted to make sure everybody was taken care of. We also want to welcome all of our new AI Mastery students. We're super excited for everybody who's just joined during that break and the welcome celebration is going to be coming right after this next session. So definitely stick around for that as well. We can't wait to officially welcome you in. But now I have a really, really special thing that I want to share with you here. So first First of all, I want to just take a second to zoom out, okay? Because here's something that's really worth sitting with. From 2022 to 2025, AI was kind of a productivity tool. You asked it questions, it helped you write faster, research faster, think faster. Very useful, but you were still doing the work. AI was just helping you to do it a little bit better. But that era is over, and what's coming next what our next teacher calls the agentic era, is fundamentally different. We're not talking about a smarter assistant. We're talking about building your own AI system. A set of autonomous agents that handle your operations. They execute tasks. They work around the clock on your behalf. It's not a tool you use. It's a system you design. One that runs while you sleep. And here's the distinction that I think is going to land hard today. For 40 years, software has been a system of record. Excel stores your invoices, and your CRM logs your customer interactions, and your inventory software tracks your stock, and it digitizes what you already do. It makes filing faster, not work smarter. AI is a system of intelligence, a system of action. A system of record stores your invoices, but a system of intelligence reconciles them automatically. It flags anomalies, anomalies. It follows up on overdue payments without you having to touch it. That's step 5, the system, and that's exactly where our next speaker lives. He's been named the best virtual keynote speaker in the world by Forbes. That is not a small designation, guys. He spent 12 years at Deloitte helping the world's largest organizations navigate disruption. He was the first innovation expert with a streaming special on Apple TV+ TV, and Prime Video. And his bestselling book was celebrated by McKinsey as essential reading for every decision maker navigating this exact moment in history. He thinks about what's coming not from a whiteboard, but from the inside of businesses that are already living there. Guys, please give a huge Mindvalley welcome to Sean Cannungo.
Well, thank you so much, Jason. I'm super excited to be here. Hello, Mindvalley. And by the way, I just want to give a shout out to Jason. This guy has been working for the last 2 days. The guy is losing his voice. And if you're in the chat, can you just give Jason some love right now, please? Like, by the way, Jason, the whole crew is loving you. Listen, We are here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and part of the reason why we are here is that, listen, I couldn't be in the studio. I know Vishen's in Mexico, but you know, I wanted to, you know, really level up this entire experience for you because my belief is that this is the most important conversation that we could ever have. So why not do it in a theater here in Canada? You know, I'm excited about what you've been learning for the last couple of days. And by the way, if you made it here to day 3 of the AI Summit, You are, you are locked in. I want you to type in locked in because I know that you're actual real builder. And so this is gonna be fun for me because I just want to, I just want to do a presentation for folks that are locked in. My belief is that the future of technology is agentic, that the future of technology is actually getting stuff done at the end of the day. And to give you a little bit of a story of what an agentic future really looks like, I want to tell you a little bit about a story of my favorite artist in the world. Her name is Kelly Rowland. Now, if you don't know who Kelly Rowland is, Kelly Rowland is a singer in Destiny's Child. You might remember her, incredible talent, incredible singer. And in 2002, she was in a music video with Nelly and Kelly. It was called Dilemma. And in this music video, Kelly Rowland was seen texting Nelly using Microsoft Excel. Now, of course, this became a huge meme, and I've been following this story like a hawk. And of course, Kelly was pissed that Nelly wasn't responding. It was on Excel. And over the last number of decades, this became a huge meme. And in 2019, Kelly Rowland was on a talk show explaining the situation as to why she was texting Nelly on Excel. And this is what she said.
Here's the sitch, okay? Explain it.
I don't know what that is.
Yeah, you know.
I don't know what Microsoft Excel is. I don't know. I don't have a clue.
So, and after listening to this, I said, she's never heard of Microsoft Excel. Goddamn, she's lived a very good life. Oh my goodness. You never heard of Microsoft Excel? That's incredible. That's the life that we should all be living, that we don't have to understand what the underlying application is. And to be honest with you, I thought Kelly Rowland had the best life in the world until a couple of months ago. A couple of months ago, she was having a conversation with somebody else, and I realized that someone else actually has a better life than her. This was the conversation. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to text on Microsoft Excel, but it chases me everywhere that I go. And everybody's always asking me, why were you?
I said, I don't know. I was given the device.
It had this on it.
And here we are in the video.
Video.
They're like, oh, we need a shot of it.
I was like, okay, I guess this is right.
And here we are 25 years later.
Why are you texting a man? I don't know. I don't know. I'm literally asked that every week.
And I was seeing Mariah Carey during this entire thing, and I realized that this woman has also never heard of Microsoft Excel. She has never watched that music video with Nelly and Kelly. She has just I've been reaping the rewards of All I Want for Christmas for decades. And this is actually what an agentic future should look like, is that other entities, other people get stuff done so that you can just focus on what you are really good at. And what I wanted to do today is talk about, you know, why Mariah Carey is so great at what she does, because she has a system. She has a driver, she has a nanny, she has a chef, she has an assistant, she's a— stylist. She has all these folks around her that actually get stuff done. And if you think about what you have in your pocket today, you have the ability to create all these agents that can turn you into the most productive, the most efficient person on the planet, because now you have all these tools and technologies in your pocket. So I know the last couple of days we've been learning about the tools, we've been learning about the strategies, But today we— I really want to talk about the systems. And I'm here to ask the question, you know, are you ready for this revolution? Like, this revolution is going to change every single industry, every single career, and every single industry on the planet. And you know, it's interesting, over the last couple of days I actually went to all these different AI platforms to see how many times AI was mentioned over the last 2 days. But I— hey, Hey, if you're in the chat, I want you to predict how many times you think AI was mentioned in over the last 2 days. Put it in the chat. I want to see what everybody has to say. And so this is the answer. Somebody said, somebody said 750,000. Okay. Wait, wait, what summit were you part of? The actual number was 1,019. And what the interesting thing is that Like, we have the greatest technology in human history. And the number one use case for everyone has been. Please summarize this meeting that I didn't pay attention to.
But in 2026 and beyond, we are moving this conversation forward.
Many people are calling this the agentic era or the agentic revolution. And I know we've been talking about it for the last number of days, but this is what's going to unlock extraordinary value for everybody in this chat right now.
Because for the first time in human history, software can not only think like us, but it can actually get stuff done.
And I know over the last couple of days, Vishen and the entire crew has been talking about what this agentic revolution is, really is. I just want to unpack it for a second. See, in the word agentic acting, of executing, of getting stuff done. And the reality is that there's a spectrum when it comes to agency. and that's how I ended up at the Mindvalley AI Summit. But, uh, I, I believe that we are entering into a new revolution when it comes to AI. I would argue since the dawn of ChatGPT when it came out at the end of 2022 up until the end of 2025, uh, largely the way that people have been using AI has been in 3 ways. Number 1, which is refine this email. Number 2, update my Tinder bio. And number 3, put the Pope in a Balenciaga outfit.
It.
Like, we have the greatest technology in human history, and the number one use case for everyone has been, please summarize this meeting that I didn't pay attention to. But in 2026 and beyond, we are moving this conversation forward. Many people are calling this the agentic era or the agentic revolution, and I know we've been talking about it for the last number of days, but this is what's going to unlock extraordinary value for everybody in this chat right now. Because for the first time in human history, Software cannot only think like us, but it can actually get stuff done. And I know over the last couple of days, Vishen and the entire crew has been talking about what this agentic revolution really is. I just want to unpack it for a second. See, in the word agentic is the word agency, and agency is simply the power of acting, of executing, of getting stuff done. And the reality is, is that there's a spectrum when it comes to agency. Recipe. On one side of the spectrum, you might have a large language model workflow. It's a bot summarizing a conversation between you and an employee. That's a predefined recipe. But on the other end, you're going to have a true agent. A true AI agent is software that's always on, that's autonomous, that can make decisions. And this is what's going to unlock extraordinary value. And if you haven't seen it already, if If you haven't seen, everyone mentioned it over the last number of days, is that we are finally moving from this era of putting information into a chat box where we answer and we summarize and do research to an era where we delegate, supervise, and get stuff done. The idea of having a digital employee at the end of the day. And, you know, it's funny, I'm going to be honest with you. I've been watching this summit for the last number of days and you've had some incredible teachers. And I actually had to revamp my entire presentation because the use cases that I was gonna show you were way too basic. 'Cause I know there are real builders and real entrepreneurs and founders in this chat that wanna super, just put a supercharge on their particular business. So I, to be honest with you, I was gonna bring the heat with some of the use cases. So we talked about systems. The way that I build a system with AI is I start with a constitution. I start with a project onboarding. So if I use a platform like Claude, I ask Claude, hey Claude, create me a Claude MD file. And what a Claude MD file, it's simply a markdown file, a text script around what is my project, what is the vision, what are the goals, what are the guardrails, The more context that you give these large language models, the better it's going to go off and execute. And when it has a constitution, when it has a document that it can refer to, that's the best way to start. And then once you have a constitution, the next thing that you want to do is build skills. A skill is a standard operating procedure that you give to an AI. It's better than a prompt because what a skill is, is that it's a standard operating procedure that trains the AI to continuously replicate that particular task. And so you create the CloudMD file and you create the skill. So I'll put, I'll put this in action for you. I recently met some executives at the University of Utah and they asked me, Sean, how would we leverage Cloud for our women's basketball team to create creatives to get people to the games. I said, okay, here's what I would do. First, I would create a CloudMD file that says, hey, create a CloudMD file for the University of Utah that is specialized in ad creation. Your job is to create ads for the team's women's basketball teams to remind people to get tickets. So that's the first thing. I create the onboarding platform in Cloud. Then what I do is I go to, I go back to Claude, just create a skill. I say, hey, I want you to create a skill on best practices on how to design the best ads for upcoming games in static images in Instagram and Facebook and to recreate this efficiently. So now that I have my constitution and now that I build a skill when it comes to building Instagram ads, I'm actually going to ask it for a, pretty hard task. So this is the task. Now, now that you have a skill, you can ask it to do a hard task. So this is the task that I asked Claude to do. I said, hey, I want you to create 3 ads for every single game this season in Canva. Vary the colors for A/B testing and do it for every single game. So what Claude goes off and does, it takes a look at every single game that the University of Utah is playing, and then it creates 3 ads in my folder based on each date. You can take a look at my folders on my, on, in, in my desktop, and then it creates these 3, you know, incredible ads. To be honest with you, you could be A/B testing these ads right now. And so this is not just one ad, but it's hundreds of ads that it creates. And the beautiful part about this is that it connects to tools. So So the reason why these platforms are agentic, not that it can go off and just do research on the internet, but it can have access to tools. And so that is an incredible unlock. So let me give you an even harder example using one of the most complicated, the one of the most complex businesses in the world. So recently I met with some of the executives at Lockheed Martin. Now Lockheed Martin is like in aero, aerospace and defense. And the reason why I want to show you a use case from one of the most complex businesses in the world, it's because if you can actually do something for one of the most complex businesses in the world, that means anybody in the world can leverage this technology and use it for your own use. So this is what I did. I created my own Claude MD file for Lockheed Martin. I already did that. And then what I asked, and I created a skill for Lockheed Martin, Then what I asked Claude to do is I said, hey, based on the available RFPs as of last week, respond to every RFP over $25 million off a federal procurement site, which is called SAM.gov. Put the proposals in my— on my laptop and respond to them. So what this ClaudeMD— Claude went off and did is it literally researched every RFP over $25 million. It created proposals. Proposals for 50 different RFPs. And each proposal, you could take a look at this, was 100 pages deep. It also created these really compelling PowerPoint decks based on that RFP. So it created a 100-page proposal for each proposal, and it created all these PowerPoint decks. And this, the, all of these are billion-dollar for projects at the end of the day. So imagine Lockheed Martin has an entire department that actually responds to RFPs and does this, and now you have it in your pocket. I mean, this is where we're at. It's funny because over the last couple of days, a lot of folks in this chat were talking about leveraging their own CRM or leveraging, organizing their records in a better way. And what's beautiful about this revolution today is that now we have vibe coding. And vibe coding is this idea of turning a text prompt into an application. So in this example, what I want to do is I wanted to pretend like I'm a real estate broker or a mortgage broker. I saw some folks in the chat that were in real estate or mortgages, and I want to create my own CRM, my own customer relationship management platform using one of these tools. Simply by voicing it. And this was the result. All right. Create me a CRM that is voice-enabled for mortgage brokers, and it should be a big red button. I don't want to be able to— I don't want to update, change, or maintain anything to do with the CRM. I simply want to use my voice to update it. And then I want you to give me a TikTok-style feed that gives me a for you page around all the things that I need to do today, prioritizing, uh, the first ones. And then I want a following tab around things that, um, I should probably be catching up with, um, over time. All right. So, um, I voiced the context. Like I said, again, the best way to use any of these tools is to give it as much context as possible. Give it everything that's on your brain. And then, you know, it creates this Netflix-style onboarding platform with a for you page that's leveraged, you know, that's kind of like TikTok. I mean, if you take a look at this, I mean, this thing is— looks— this thing looks incredible that you can build this today. And I'm not going to lie to you, 2 years ago— all right, uh, this is incredibly urgent. We need to put Maria Chen as the first priority. She's got 3 kids, she's 47 years old, she's looking for an update based on her application, please remind me in my For You page. So this is me actually voicing it and actually using it and creating, you know, one of the folks to put it actually into my CRM. I mean, ladies and gentlemen, I have been part of digital for my entire life. The fact that you can do this today and create these beautiful applications just through vibe coding is actually incredible. And what I want to mention is that 2 years ago, if people mentioned the word "bycoding," a lot of people said, well, you know what, there's bugs in the code, what about security, what about authentication? But what's happening every single day, ladies and gentlemen, is that these platforms are getting better over time. They're not only being more agentic and not only are they becoming better and better, but the security is getting better, the backend's getting better, you can create better authentication. And so what's happening is that vibe coding is going to become a base-level skill. Vibe coding is the new Microsoft Word, the new Microsoft Excel. Like, this is going to be a base-level skill. And the ability for you to create your own customer relationship management tool or any application is at your fingertips. Now this doesn't replace, you know, CRM tools. It doesn't replace SaaS. There's software as a service companies. I mean, there will always exist because I don't think anybody in this, you know, chat wants to be in the CRM business. But for many folks, if you're a mother of 3 that has a small bakery company, maybe you didn't have the funds to actually, you know, purchase an entire CRM, but now you can build something that's fit for you. Like, this is the potential. To me, this is actually underhyped. Many people think that vibe coding is cute. To me, this is incredibly disruptive because what's happening is every single day, this is getting better and better. The design's getting better. The security's getting better. So my recommendation is to continue to explore and experiment in this particular space. And as it turns out, in 2026, the most dangerous skill in the world is just coming up with an idea. What can you build today? What can you create? The reason why this is becoming so important is that every single day there are new AI platforms that are coming out that allow you to do more. For example, I know Dominic mentioned this yesterday that Perplexity just came out with their new agentic tool called Perplexity Computer. And Perplexity Computer is very similar to OpenClaw. And if you, if you heard the buzz around OpenClaw, and I know we chatted about last couple of days, OpenClaw is an open source innovation that is kind of the first example of what a 24/7 AI agent can actually do. And Perplexity Computer is actually a similar version, but it's a little bit more secure. And so I wanted to show you an incredible use case for, again, a complicated complicated business. If you can see that you could do this for a complicated business, I believe that you can do this for any business. So what I did is I— this week I was in Chicago with some leaders at Baxter. Baxter is one of the leading companies when it comes to medical devices. So I gave this incredible task to Perplexity. I said this, I said, hey, I want you to find every single job from Baxter identify all the jobs in Excel document, find candidates that would fit this particular role, like find candidates on LinkedIn that would, that would probably apply to this role from competing companies, and then draft emails so that I can send it to each single candidate. So it goes off and works, it creates an Excel document, every single job opening at Baxter. So there's like over 400 job applications, uh, open. Then it finds like hundreds of different candidates that are, that align with those particular jobs. And I just want to make sure, by the way, that these people were real. So I clicked on one of the folks, which was this guy on LinkedIn, really cool guy. His name is Griffin Daines, and he looks like an incredible candidate. Actually went on his profile, and on his profile it said that he was a wildly creative, conscientious, and well-rounded professional who loves adventure in in all aspects of life. Like, come on, that sounds like an incredible candidate. I don't know if that's a, I don't know if that's a LinkedIn bio or Tinder bio, but that sounds incredible. Okay, so now that I have all the emails that are available for these particular candidates, all the jobs that they could apply to, I'm going to create a custom email in my Gmail to send out to all these candidates so that to see if they want to work at Baxter. So Perplexity can do this. It drafts all these emails to all these different individuals. And I said, and it's in my drafts. I didn't want to send it out because I don't want it to be spam. But you can take a look at all these emails. They're all personalized. So the fact that it can personalize 1,000 emails based on their profiles and based on everything they know about them, I mean, this is mind-blowing that you can do this today. It's incredible. You know, I know over the last couple of days we've been mentioning OpenClaw, and I do have to mention it because, you know, Jensen Huang, who's the CEO of NVIDIA, mentioned that OpenClaw is sort of the next ChatGPT moment. It is the most popular open-source platform in this space. It is on an exponential scale. And, you know, as somebody that has been using OpenClaw for the last 6 weeks, I mean, it is the first time that I felt what like true AGI really feels like. The idea that you're going to have an AI agent like in your pocket the entire time that can actually go off and get stuff done is incredible. Like for example, every single night, every single night, my AI will come up to me and say, hey, while you sleep, here are the 7 things that I'm going to get done for you. Has any human ever said, while you sleep, here are the 7 things that I'm going to get done for you?
Never.
And so, you know, this is, you know, incredible that you have this AI agent that never sleeps. So I want to give OpenClaw this really difficult use case. I met this incredible entrepreneur the other day, and she has a business that creates waffles, pancakes, and crepes. And by the way, that's like the best business in the world. Waffles, pancakes, and crepes. And she said, I said, I want to help her out. I wanted to create an agent that scrapes 100 different videos referencing waffles, crepes, and pancakes. And then I want to find all those TikTok creators so that I can go off and essentially message them and engage with them. So I went to my AI agent, who I, by the way, call Carlton. And I said, I want you to find a list of everyone on TikTok that has mentioned waffles, crepes, or pancakes and created an Excel document. It created this incredible Excel document. And by the way, I just want to verify that these videos were real. And then I did, mostly because I love looking at videos of waffles, I mean, which is beautiful. And so it created this Excel document of all these different TikTok creators that mentions waffles, waffles, crepes, and pancakes. Ladies and gentlemen, this is, this is the reason why I want to show you this is, oh, by the way, it also created some creatives for me, like some, some marketing creatives in Canva. And these were some of the creatives that it created. I mean, it looks, it looks incredible. So it did all the research of all the TikTok creators. It created all these creatives as well in Canva. And the reason why I wanna show you this is because no human should ever do this work. No human should go on TikTok and create an Excel list of thousands of different creators with their links, all the information, their engagement links. No human should ever do that. And this is really what the power of AI is, is that AI will do work that humans should never do and could never do. To give you an example of this, I wanna tell you a quick, uh, story of my father. My father was an accountant. And before we had a computer, my father would put his information in these black ledger books. And when the computer came out and Excel came out, he put his information in there. And then when software came out, like software as a service or QuickBooks came out, he put his information in there. And I remember when my father passed away in 2008, I had to take over his business. And I remember walking into his business the day after he passed away and realizing there was still so much paper. There was filing cabinets and there was all this paper. And the first thing that I bought was an OCR machine to digitize all that paper. But what I realized over the last 4 decades of technology is all we have done over the last 4 or 5 decades is we've just created a more elegant way way of retrieving, storing, and maintaining data. That's all we have done. We've just created an elegant system of record. The difference between the last number of generations and this revolution, this agentic revolution, is that for the first time in human history, we have a system of action. We have a system of intelligence. Today, we have software that can get stuff done that humans could never do or should never do. And this is exciting. Let me give you an example of this in Excel. So, you know, what's beautiful about Microsoft Excel is that now through Claude and through Copilot, they actually have their own Excel add-in features or AI features. So Copilot has an agent literally in the Excel. So if you're at a company and you're using Copilot, this is probably the number one use case. And Claude also has this thing called Claude for Excel. So let me show you this use case, which might be the best use case when it comes to AI of all time, right? So what I did was I grabbed this open data from Kaggle of health insurance data, complicated data. This was a data sheet of like 10,000 lines deep. So I grabbed this data and you can take a look at this document. It's a huge document. I went to Copilot. I said, hey, based on this tab, I want you to to create a claims reality dashboard, essentially just an analysis based on patient demographics. So you can see here that the AI is literally building out the analysis. As somebody that has spent his entire life building in Microsoft Excel, to watch an AI agent build out a complicated analysis using health insurance data is something that I never even would have ever imagined And if we talk about, you know, the number one use case for AI, this might be it. Having an AI in your Excel document actually build out the analysis for you. And so, you know, people ask the question, will AI take jobs? And I am here to say, absolutely, it is going to take jobs. AI agents will do jobs that humans could never do. Let me repeat that. AI agents will do jobs that humans could never do. And this is exciting. My father could never do a 24/7 reconciliation of receipts and invoices. He could never do a 24/7 audit of every single transaction because no human could ever do that work. So of course, AI agents are going to take jobs that humans could never do. And this is exciting. Ladies and gentlemen, I know over the last number of days we've been talking about productivity and efficiency, which is great. God bless. We've been talking about about doing all of this. The power of AI is not just productivity and efficiency. It's about thinking about what more can it do? What more can it create? What are things that we've never even dreamed of? And this is why I believe that AI is going to create unbelievable industries. And if you are in this chat right now, I know that there's going to be one person in this chat that is going to build a fundamentally new industry that we haven't even seen or heard of because now we have AI agents in our pocket. But listen, I, I do have to address this. I, I do have to address this idea of AI and labor because when everybody talks about this idea of AI and labor, you know, it, it, it's near and dear to their heart. It's near and dear to my heart because I got 3 kids, okay? I got a 9-year-old named Maya, I got a 6-year-old named Dion, and I got a 3-year-old, Aaliyah. I don't know how this happened, by the way. COVID happened, I knocked out. And now I got 3 kids in a minivan. But, you know, this conversation around AI and labor is near and dear to my heart because I'm always asking the question, what are my kids going to do in the future? What jobs, what industries are they going to do in the future? And I just fundamentally know that there are going to be new industries that are created that they've never even dreamt of or we haven't even dreamt of. And this is what's exciting. And my belief is that every single job on the planet, every single career, is going to fundamentally change. Let me give an example of this. I got a friend, his role just changed, and his role is now an HITL specialist. I said to him, what is it, dude? What is an HITL specialist? He said, it's a human-in-the-loop specialist. I said, dude, what is that? He's like, I don't know. I asked my manager. And he went up to his manager, said, what is this specialist? And his manager said, your job is oversight. And he said, what does that mean? And his manager said, well, Well, your job is to make sure that when the AI makes a mistake, you correct it. And my friend said, well, the AI has been running for 7 months. It hasn't made a mistake. And the manager said, see, you're doing a great job. So, hey, listen, HITL specialists, they're going to be new jobs that are created. I think there's a lot of fearmongering when it comes to this idea of AI labor. In fact, Microsoft just came out with a study a number of months ago and identify the safest job in the world in this AI revolution. Hey, by the way, in the chat, I know Vishen at the beginning talked about, you know, the jobs that are most risk when it comes to AI. I want you to drop in the chat what is the safest job in the world in this AI revolution. I want to see what everybody has to say. You know, we got plumber. Plumber was like number one. Plumber keeps coming up. Hey, by the way, if you're in a plumbing business, incredible. This is what Microsoft said that is the safest job in the world. They said it's a dredge operator. And to be honest with you, I didn't know what a dredge operator was. So I went on YouTube and I found this really cool guy. His name is Donnie McCoy. He's a dredge equipment operator. And I knew immediately that this man's job was safe because he was using a pencil and a paper. I said, this man's job is safe. He's safe. But, you know, for the longest time, I heard this line that knowledge is power, that knowledge is power. And I believe this for my entire life up until 3 years ago. And today I do not believe it anymore. I do not believe that knowledge is power. Not when every single person on the planet has an AI copilot. To me, what is power today is people that are hungry, people that are bold, people that can innovate. This is what's power today. And, you know, somebody came up to me a number of months ago and she said, your conversation on AI scared me. And I said, that was not my intention. I said, which part of the presentation scared you? She said, you're showing all this stuff that AI can do, like, that's part of my job, that's part of my livelihood. And then I asked her a question. I said, how much time have you actually invested in this space? And she said, not much. I played around with ChatGPT. And I said this to her with peace and love. I said, the reason why you are scared is because you haven't put in the work yet. Every single person I've seen immerse themselves in this technology actually becomes proficient in this technology, actually builds a muscle around this technology. Not a single person has ever said that this technology is going to take their job. Every single person that actually builds a muscle around this always says, oh my God, what can I build? What can I create? Get me another bot. And my advice to you, if you are scared of this technology, my advice is this. My advice is to work scared until you become scary. Work scared until you become dangerous. This is the next revolution. We cannot outsource to this, to, to the intern. We can't outsource to this to another agency. This work is on every single person in this chat right now. And by the way, if you made it here and you are still in this presentation, you are here in day 3. I know that you are not only going to work scared till you become scary, that you are becoming a weapon right now. You are going to become the most dangerous person within your company. And the most dangerous person in this AI revolution because you know how to orchestrate these tools. You know these technologies now. So God bless everybody who's still here and you're still rolling with me because I know that you're going to build something incredible. Now, I know people always ask, you know, where do we start? And I fundamentally believe that if you are here, you know how to start, which is, you know, you attended this Mindvalley Summit and you are here. But to me, I know it's incredibly overwhelming. I know that I'm overwhelming. I'm showing you all these things like Perplexity Computer and OpenClaw and Claude and all these things, you're like, where do I start? Well, you know, to me it's kind of like going to the gym. You know, when you go to the gym for the first time, it's incredibly overwhelming. You see all these people using all these machines. You have no idea where to start. Well, as you know, the point of going to the gym is that, you know, it really doesn't matter where you start. It just matters that you start using some of these machines and what you and you see what works for you. The point of going to the gym is that the first and the second and the 500th time that you were there, that the tools become light in your hand. So my advice is to pick up any AI tool and just start playing with it because you're going to start to see what actually works for you and what actually works for your business and your life and, and your family at the, at the end of the day. So my advice is to pick up any tool and just start playing with it. Now, there is actually one machine at the gym that is the best machine. There is actually one machine at the gym that is the best machine, and that's the machine that scans you in. So just start playing and exploring and experimenting in this space. To me, that's my best recommendation when it starts to this idea of, you know, what should I do on day one of this? Now, I think, you know, what's interesting is that I think a more important question that we should be asking in this AI revolution is like, what has never changed? This is— I don't think we've actually explored this at all over the last 2 days. So this might be the most important section. In a world of radical change, what has never changed? The one thing that has never changed when it comes to human behavior is our desire for something more convenient, our desire for something more efficient at the end of the day. You know, today we live in a world that is frictionless. We tap a button and we get food delivered to our door. We don't have to interact with a person that made the food or delivered the food. You tap a button, you get boxes thrown at your door all day long. You don't have to interact with a soul to get that box. I mean, to be honest with you, we get boxes thrown at our door today and we're like, what's in this box? We've turned everything into a button. We've turned everything into its most frictionless form. And what's happening is that the baseline expectations of everyone keeps rising. The baseline expectations of your customers, of your employees, of your clients keeps rising. I mean, I look at the baseline expectations of my kids. They're like up here. Let me give you an example of this. The other day my kids were like, Daddy, can you create a picture of a penguin drinking milk on a whale during Christmas? I said, absolutely. So I went to like ChatGPT and I said, okay, Okay, let me create this picture. And then my kids were watching it and they were like, um, Daddy, why, why is it, why is it, why is it taking so long? I said, kids, you know what's happening here? This AI has been trained on everything that we've ever created throughout human history. It's taking patterns in that data and it's creating a net new image that has never been created ever. This is like a modern miracle that this thing is getting created. You did it. And then they look at the picture and they're like, Daddy, but like, it sucks. I said, do you understand what we had to endure in the '90s? Do you know how long— do you know how long it took us to download a picture? It would like take us a week to download a picture. And by the way, we were just happy. We were just happy that no one picked up the phone. Baseline expectations of everyone keeps rising. And my belief is that in a world where we've turned everything into its most efficient form because of digital, that actually we need to bring the F word back. And the F word to me is friction. What do I mean by friction? My belief is that how do we make things that are meaningful and magical and memorable and awe-inspiring at the end of the day? Listen, I believe in AI. Obviously, if you're here at the AI Summit, You believe in it too. But to me, friction is about doubling down on humanity. Like, these are the two companies that will win in the future. These are the only two companies that will win in the future. There'll be companies that are incredibly frictionless and a button. Temu, Amazon, McDonald's, like they're gonna win. And then there's gonna be a whole slew of companies that actually slow things down. It's about experience and moments. It's about, you know, you go to the Four Seasons, it's incredible experience. You go to Hermès, it's about craftsmanship. You go to the Genius Bar, it's a one-on-one experience. Interaction, but you don't want to be in the middle. The middle is what I call the black hole of mediocrity. And so I would challenge you to look at every process within your company or within your life, and you should ask the question: either this should be incredibly frictionless and agentic and seamless and efficient, or where do we actually slow things down? Where is it about humanity and, and, and, and, and trust and meaning and, and relationships? At the end of the day, how do we make something incredibly human? And I know we're here at the AI Summit and everyone here has been learning AI. But to me, I, what I fundamentally, I believe next week what we should have is the anti-AI summit because that's going to become incredibly more valuable too. I'm talking about what are actually experiences, what are actually humane businesses that will be disproportionately more important in the future.
Culture.
Like, I'm talking about events, live experiences, creating something that's handcrafted. Hey, in the chat, I want you to, I want you to drop an anti-AI business. Drop what you think is an anti-AI business, like that, like a spa, like, you know, a sporting event, a comedy show where you bring people together. It's about intimacy. Like, those things will be disproportionately more important in the future. The reason why I'm telling you this at an AI summit is because if you could apply AI to those businesses, if you can apply AI to a plumbing business, if you can apply AI to a live events business, that's where you're going to become unstoppable. Because a business that is human first, but it's powered by AI, is going to be incredibly, you know, just important. You know, I believe in this idea of costly signaling. It's this idea that by putting in extraordinary effort, it results in greater meaning and trust and significance with your end customer. It's the reason why wine in a heavier bottle tastes better than wine in a lighter bottle. It's the reason why sending a handwritten note versus with the same content as a text message means a lot. Listen, this is costly signaling. This is a trick. If you're watching this, by the way, this is a trick. This entire thing is a trick. The whole thing is a trick. Listen, the reason why we are here, the reason why we are in a theater in Montreal for an AI summit that is digital is because I want to show you that by putting in disproportionate effort, by actually having a crew here, here, by actually having people here to put this thing together, that I put in all this disproportionate effort just so that you believe that I care. That becomes so much more important in an AI world, in a digital world, showing up so that people know that you care, people to show up and, and so that people know that you mean what you mean. Like, putting in extraordinary effort is going to become incredibly valuable. So I know AI is important. But how do you show up with trust and meaning and connection and relationships? And to me, today in an AI world, the experience is the brand. Your brand is not your logo. It's not what you put on the website. It's the story that's embedded in the hearts and minds and souls of your clients at the end of the day. The experience is the brand. And it turns out in my life, like, I actually think that there's gonna be two types of businesses and that will win in the future, right? And because they are the ones that will garner trust. It's incredibly reliable technology and people that are deeply cared for. These are the only things that will win in the future. Let me give you an example of this. I was, I was at this resort the other day. It's called the Gaylord Resorts in Denver. And it's an incredible resort. They had this thing called Celebrity Services. And Celebrity Services is incredible service because what they do is they pick you up from the airport, they get your bags, They put you in a car, they handhold you to the check-in and basically handhold you to the door. I was explaining to my family that I was getting the celebrity services and my family was like, but why do you get it? I said to my oldest, I said, listen, you can do what daddy does one day and you can get it too. And then my daughter said, I don't want to do what you do. I said, what do you want to do? She said, I want to do what mommy does. I said, what does mommy do? She said, mommy tells you what to do. Highly disrespected. But anyways, I was getting out of the car and one of the guys that opened the door unprompted, I guess he's been watching my stuff online. He asked me, he said, hey, do you think AI is going to take my job? And I was like, oh my God. I didn't know that he would've asked me this question. I said, are you a dredge operator? No, he said, no, I took the last guy's job. And then he pointed to his badge. And to be honest with you, I still don't know if his name was AI or Al. I'm not sure. But as I reflected on this image, actually, these are the two things that will win in the future. AI and Al. AI, incredibly reliable technology, and Al, like value-added, consultative, hold my hand through a process. That's what's going to win in the future. So I know we're here at the AI Summit, but remember that Humanity is going to become disproportionately more important in the future. And I want to challenge everyone in this group. I want to challenge you because I know we're here about productivity and efficiency, but I want to change your mindset about how you look at this AI revolution. I want to ask you a question that will probably change your— two questions that will change your perspective. What can an AI— what can an army of 24/7 AI agents do that humans could never do? I want you to ask yourself that question. What can an army of 24/7 AI agents do that humans could never do? The reason why you have to ask yourself this question is because it's almost an impossible question to ask. Because if I gave you 100 MBAs right now from Stanford, you wouldn't know what to do with them. If I gave you 100 MBAs right now on your team, you would not know what to do with them because we think about work through this human lens. And to me today in 2026, we need to think bigger. We need to think bolder. And that's why I love that you're part of the Mindvalley community because this is all about thinking bigger and bolder. What can you create? What is our bold ambition? What is our bold aspiration? We need to stop looking at the world through this linear lens and we need to think more exponentially. What can I create? And a question that I've been asking my clients and the leaders that I've been working with, some of the biggest companies in the world, is this, which is if you had a 5-year plan to get somewhere, why not in 6 months? And I'm going to come back to this question a bit, but the reason why this question is so important is because it's going to force you to think more exponentially. It's going to force you to think about your business in fundamentally new ways. Because to me today, the number 1 skill in the world is high agency. To me, a high-agency person is someone that's an architect of their own outcomes. A high-agency person is someone that can take all these tools and technologies together and make something happen. To be honest with you, I don't need any more smart people. I don't need any more smart people. I got 5 in my pocket. I got Perplexity, I got OpenClaw, I got Gemini, I got Claude, and I got ChatGPT. Okay, I got, I got, there's more to come. Grok, did I mention Grok? There's so many out there. I don't need any more smart people. What I need is people that are hungry, people that can make things happen, people that can orchestrate all these different tools together so that it can super fuel my business. So I want to ask you the question, if you had a 5-year plan to get somewhere, why not in 6 months? In order to add, the reason why you have to ask yourself such an absurd such a ridiculous question is because if I ask you this question, take your 5-year plan and turn it into 6 months, you can't just optimize. You have to fundamentally reinvent. You have to fundamentally reimagine. And you have to leverage AI agents to make this happen. So I'm asking you in this chat today, are you willing to disrupt yourself? Put it in the chat. Are you— answer this question. Are you willing to disrupt yourself? Please say yes. Your best guess if you are today. You know, throughout my career, I've helped organizations go from 0 to 100. How do you scale? How do you grow? How do you get to the next mountaintop? It's incredibly sexy to do going from 0 to 100. But going from 100 to 0, like disrupting yourself as a leader, as a teacher, as an educator, whatever you, what type of business you are, going from 100 to 0 to become a rookie again is incredibly difficult. And I'm asking you today, are you willing to reimagine? Are you willing to be a rookie again? Here's one tactic that I'm going to give you to start building your system. Okay, this is how you start. I want you to start from zero. I want you to take one pro— you don't have to take the whole business because I know, I know it's overwhelming. I want you to take one process within your business and start from zero today and ask yourself, what would you automate? What would you eliminate? What requires more humanity? Because when you start from zero, you might not get a 10% improvement, but you actually might get a 10x improvement. Let me give you an example of this. A number of months ago, I was in Colombia, and I was speaking to a CEO of a marketing company, and she said, Sean, you're talking about this idea of starting from zero. How would you do this in a marketing company? I said, well, the old way of doing a marketing campaign for a client is you would do prescripting, You get your teams together, you do content, you get your teams together, you do post-production, you get your teams together, and then you figure out what you want to put out in the world. That's the old way of doing it. The new way of doing this is I would literally get every single person on my team to come up with what the final output is going to look like, what the final deliverable is going to look like. Like prompt together the film, the copy, the landing page. Go and watch Man and Dave or Dominic you know, tutorials on prompting together what those creative assets are gonna look like. And not that it replaces the creative production, not that it replaces, you know, actually going off and shooting the commercials and filming the commercials. But when everyone can see the vision 10 times more clearly, you can execute 10 times better. So to me, I wanna go back to, I want to go back to Mariah for a second. I want to go back to how do you build an agentic Mariah? And to me, it requires 4 things. Number 1, to build the system, build the constitution. A constitution is your project onboarding.
What are all the—
what's all the context that you can give any of these large language models, whether it's Perplexity or OpenClaw or Claude? What's all the information that you can get it? In order so they can execute better. You know, Mariah Carey has a rider. A rider is all the things that when she goes to an event, all the things that she needs. That's a constitution. That's the first thing. The second thing is, who is your orchestrator? Now, it could be you, it could be somebody on your team. You got to be— you have to dedicate someone that can actually orchestrate all these agents. Now, if you're in this summit, it's probably going to be you. The third and fourth piece is that you want to delegate to different agents. And the best way to delegate to different agents is to create skills. Again, a skill is a standard operating procedure that you give to an AI. And so you might have a stylist skill, you might have a, you know, a chef skill, you might have a, you know, an assistant skill. And the more detailed you can make those skills for those particular agents, the better they can go off and execute. And the beautiful thing is not, they can have access to tools, they can have access to each other. So imagine your stylist being able to talk with your chef, being able to talk with your assistant, and that's how you start to build the systems. So I'm just hoping that everybody can start not only playing with these tools, not only building a strategy around this, but starting to build a system around this. And listen, You know, I spent my entire career in innovation. You know, many people think about innovation as like the outcomes, like what is the new productivity tools? What is it about? How do we become more efficient? How much money are we going to make? Innovation is not about the outcomes. It's not about your revenue. It's not about the processes. It's about asking the question, are you willing to innovate? Are you willing to disrupt yourself? If you— I know this, that everybody in this chat is an innovator. And I want you to ask the question, are you willing to suffer? Are you willing to look like a joke? This is a graph of what an innovator looks like. And if you've gotten this far in this chat, you might be on that starting curve. You might look like a clown, but I promise you, if you stick it out, if you are along this journey, you're going to move on this rocket ship.
Path.
You know, I love doing these presentations. Typically what happens is the guy in the chat, his name is Peter, he's like, oh my God, I was at this thing, there was this guy, he was talking about all sorts of stuff. He would text his friends, he would email his bosses, he would go home to his wife and be like, oh my God, I was at this thing, there was this guy, he was talking about all sorts of stuff. He was talking about AI, he was in a theater, he was talking about Kelly Rowland and Mariah Carey. And his wife would be like, oh my God, who was it? And he'd be like, I I have no idea. He was a short brown guy with really great hair. And his wife would be, and then, and the next day, you know what he would do? He'd forget everything I just said over the last hour, okay? He would forget. He's like, I think that guy was Bruno Mars. He would forget everything I just said over the last hour. This is theater. You could have your popcorn and enjoy this. The difference between this and what you're gonna go off and do is how do you go off and take a small experiment? How do you go off and double down on this idea of friction? With your customers and employees, and how do you build a system around these AI tools? And I know I'm here to tell you a little bit about the future, but the hypocrisy is that I don't know much about the future. The only thing I know about the future is this, is that the most dangerous person in this chat is the person who is most afraid, yet bold enough to move forward. Mindvalley, it's been a pleasure. And Jason, I'm going to turn it back to you.
Sean, thank you so much, brother. That was absolutely incredible. Guys, give him a round of applause. I mean, he rented out a theater to be here with all of you. Uh, it's just absolutely amazing. And Sean, before you go, can I ask you one quick question?
Yes, sir.
Awesome.
So I know you were talking about a lot of different tools and having the 5 different ones in your pocket, and at some point we're probably going to need to have bigger pants with all the freaking tools out there. So, so what is kind of— what is your go-to AI tool right now? What are you really loving playing with?
You know You know, it's funny because Jason, I've tracked every single conversation in this the last couple of days. And to me, you know, I'm gonna go with the trend, which is I think Claude. I think if you are familiar with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, I think right now they are leading the way. I think the sleeper is Perplexity Computer and what they are doing because you can leverage any large language model with Perplexity Computer. It's just like OpenClaw and it's more secure. So if I would say the two, those are probably the two. OpenClaw's great, it's open source, but if you're not, you know, it's a little bit harder if you're not a coder. I mean, it has a little bit more capabilities than Perplexity, but I would stick with Claude and Perplexity and go with the trend on this one, Jason. I don't wanna overwhelm everyone.
I love it, brother. Thanks so much for sharing it. Thanks for the intention.
And hey, by the way, do you have some tea?
No, I— tea?
You have been like herbal?
I have had 7 gallons of tea in the last day. I am 97% chamomile right now. But thank you for the love too, bro. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
Hey, you're killing it. And I really appreciate, you know, all the work that you've been putting in. So thank you, brother.
I appreciate you. Thank you. Guys, give it up again for Sean. Sean really just crushed that. That was such an amazing talk. And I also love the piece he brought in about the humanity, right? And we've been talking about being AI AI-first but also human-centric. And I think those are such amazing examples that Sean shared with us. So listen, Sean gave you the strategic lens and showed you how a world-class innovation thinker approaches the question of building systems that don't just work today, but that over time they adapt, they evolve, they keep working as the world keeps changing underneath them, right? That's the foundation of step 5 in systems. But now I want to show you something that I think is going to really going to be the moment that the 3 days clicks into a complete picture for you. So remember back to day 1. Again, I know it feels like it was 7 months ago, but remember back day 1 and Manan took this fictitious brand from Annie and Mariana, the Rooftop Royals, which we can't stop talking about behind the scenes, and he built a complete visual identity from scratch. Logo, colors, creative assets, it was all there. The whole brand world all built there. In under an hour, which is crazy. And he was using AI as his creative leverage. Well, that was step 3. That was the creative. But what you're about to watch now is what happens when you take that brand, that identity, that brain, that voice, and you actually use it to build an entire business around it. Or if you're, if you're an employee, to become an MVP in your job or your career. Because the great news is, is that no matter what you're using these tools for, it's the same tools for going into the future regardless of how you're actually implementing them. And we are getting the most amazing treat in the world by seeing this built out live by the one and only Noelle Russell. So please welcome back Noelle.
Thank you. What? Oh my gosh. They let me come back. Isn't this exciting? I'm so excited to be here with you guys. This was not the original, I just, I was so happy and grateful to have some time with you all. And so I just kind of listened and waited, and I was like, I could show some things. And so they gave me a little bit of time to show you what I've been building. If you remember— oh, hi, welcome, Maria, you're amazing. Love the hearts. Hearts are my favorite. And so, so grateful when you all are willing to show a little bit of emotion in the chat. Thank you, Linda. Oh, you guys are amazing. So thank you so much. I can only see so many chats at the same time, but I'll do my best to keep an eye on it. I don't have a whole lot of time with you today, so I want to first take you over to one of my favorite tools, The Vibe, and I'm going to share with you the framework that we're going to be talking about that we're building. And I'm hoping, you know, we're coming to the end We're about to like, you know, leave this amazing experience together. I want to give you a very, very clear approach to moving forward. And the first thing all of us have to do is just be willing to embrace our ideas, right? I call it bringing back the backlog, right? Go back and think, what was the thing I always wanted to do, always wanted to build, always wanted to have. Any business opportunity starts with an idea. Once you have that idea, there is a critical next step, which is attention. Notice it is not go build the thing, design your business cards, right? That's not it. You're going to go from I have an idea to now I need to find out, does the world actually want what I'm thinking about? Is this interesting? So I'm going to go from idea to attention, then from attention, once I have someone's, you know, their eyeballs on me, which was an amazing last session, right? I couldn't take my eyes off the screen, right? Once I have someone's attention, now my job is to turn them into a lead. Once I turn them into a lead, of course, anyone know the next step, right? Once you get a lead, what do you need to do with that lead? What's the most important thing you need to do? Z, let's see, right? The most important thing. Yeah, nurture in many cases, but ultimately I want to close them. I want someone to come to me if I have something of value. I have an idea. I want to bring value to the world. The next thing I'm going to do is go into my social media and be like, I do this. This is me. It is authentic, real, human. Then I'm going to— for those people who are like, actually, I need what you're saying. I need it. And especially if you're clear on who you want to get attention from, they will ask you for help. And as soon as they do, you need to be ready to take that sale. Once you do that, right, sales turns into your ability, of course, to make some money. And once you make some money, you need to scale. So I want to break this down in an easy way for you to map it to the 5 days we were just in. Your ideas. And the ability to generate attention, this is all about your vision, right? This is all about the brain. We've used lots of words— the brain, the projects, right? It's all the same thing. It's where's all your info? Where is the model going to know who you are? But we go from the vision to the brain, attention and lead gen. That's all content, my friends. Right? I'm going to build content. Now, from content, I'm going to move into generating a team. AI plus humans create incredible— remember the human-AI experience I talked to you about yesterday? So now you got a team, and guess what? All the rest is what we've been focused on today, the system. And this is exactly what we're going to do in the Mastery Program, right? Like this is the— but I want to, I want to show you. And so if you are in Mastery and I'm going to get to see you again, I would love for you to show it in the chat because it would be awesome for me to be like, we're going to be friends. But let's go back and let me show you an example that I did actually this morning of how we built out this entire thing. Let's go. All right. So here I actually decided to build a a video for the first part. I did it this morning. You can see from the timestamps and the information, but I wanted to build a video so I could walk you through it without me having to type and talk. Have you ever had to do that before? It's like a challenge. Often I will say the thing that I'm saying, I will type anyway. It gets a little confusing. So I decided to record the first part, but then show you the results live. So let's take a look right now. Now I'm going to go ahead and stop it here and give you a chance to see this in full screen. Hopefully this will be easy for you to see. Now it all starts with a prompt. Now this is pretty long, but it's because I spoke it. I, you know, I clicked on the microphone button and I just started talking, in which case it tends to be a lot more text. If you write it, you can be leaner, but it doesn't actually matter. So I'm going to refresh my screen really quick. Won't take but a second just so that I can do this again. So this right here, this prompt, I just want to walk you through it, right? I'm like, hey, I'm in Claude, by the way. Hopefully you saw that at the beginning. I'm in Claude. And what I want to do is show you what the future looks like. You heard lots of speakers, including me, talk about all these tools. Gemini and OpenClaw and all these tools. And what I'm going to share with you is that the future is less about— and it's very similar to what Sean was mentioning— it's less about like all of the tools and you stitching them together and more about— I always say it's not the most powerful tool that's going to win. It is the most connected one. So that is what I'm demonstrating to you today. I am demonstrating to you a Claude that brand book, and I said, hey, right, I'm using these tools that I've already got. I want to build a full business for rooftop royals. It's. I'm going to mystery shop rooftop venues. That's the idea. The purpose of this team, if you're a rooftop royal, you're going to go to venues, you're going to take video and photos, you're going to create viral content, and you are going to become a boutique marketing firm for this organization. So I'm going to go ahead and hit leveraging a tool called Pay Me GPT. You'll see it in a second. And this is a tool aggregator. So I'm using Claude as my main interface, but all the tools are connected. I don't have to go and be like, I need to find Claude for this and ChatGPT for this and I need Gemini for this. I'm just going to let the model find the right tool at the right time, right, for the right problem. And that is the future. Again, it's not trivial, but it is simple. It is something that you can do. And so let's go ahead. Now you've seen the prompt, right? I want to build— y'all remember Rooftop Royals? What an amazing idea. So many of us were like, uh, I'm building that business. Let's go. So Manon Dave, right? He showed us Rooftop Royals. Amazing. You'll see up in the corner here, this is the brand book that he created at the end of his session. So I took I took that brand book and I said, hey, right, I'm using these tools that I've already got. I want to build a full business for Rooftop Royals. It's— I'm going to mystery shop rooftop venues. That's kind of the idea. The purpose of this team, if you're a Rooftop Royal, you're going to go to venues, you're going to take video and photos, you're going to create viral content, and you are going to become a boutique marketing firm for this organization. So I'm going to go ahead and hit Play again, and just so we can walk through it, and hopefully you can see it all right here. And once it goes through, you'll start to see it think, and this is the important thing, is that I am training it on how to think, right? You'll see at the end, I'm like, let's keep it minimum. I have a process called Minimum Remarkable Product, and what that means is anyone today can build viability. Anyone today can go use their words and build something. What you want to do is find out what's a remarkable outcome for my client, for my ideal customer profile. What's remarkable to them? Doesn't have to be big. I just want them to go, wow, that's cool. And so that's what we're doing is we're building something that's just a little bit of wow, and I want to do it in less than 10 minutes. All right, so I'm going to go ahead and you'll see here at the end, I'm like minimum remarkable product. I use fast and cheap models so I don't have to wait too long. I want results, right? Done is better than perfect. Just get it done. Just launch it. I'm sure some of you can relate. Many ideas that I have had, I sat on and I'm like, well, it's not perfect. I haven't gotten this yet. And those ideas never launched. I have books that I wanted to write that I even started writing that because it wasn't perfect, it's not out in the world. We are going for done. Get it out there. Iterate, right? I've heard so many of our speakers this week, over the weekend, talk about iteration. Get the MRP out and iterate after that. Okay, so let's go ahead and— oh, I guess my favorite part is that I'm like, are you up for the challenge, bestie? And the model comes back and is like, absolutely, let's do this. Let's see what I have to do. So it goes in and starts looking for these tools. PMG, paid PayMeGPT, like pay me, right? Like give me some money, right? PayMeGPT is the platform that connects all this together. So I'm just going to let it run a little bit. I'll stop just so you can kind of take a look. It's going in and checking out, like I use GitHub to store all of my information. That's where my brain is, but it's irrelevant. You can have your brain anywhere. SharePoint, Google Drive, right? Doesn't matter. And so it's going in looking. It also, is then identifying what's the first thing it needs to do. So it's like, oh, okay, I'm going to build a sales agent for you. That's number one. Then I'm going to build a pipeline for you to manage those sales. Then you need a form to capture those users. Then you need a lead qualification process to make sure the right people are coming into your funnel. Then you also need to figure out how to deliver this thing. What is it going to look like when you actually get booked? I don't know if you remember Groupon, some of you, right? When little shops would put on a Groupon and they'd get so much business they would die. Like they wouldn't have enough ability to make that many cupcakes or build that many sweatshirts. And they'd— it would be the best day of their life and also the last day of their business. And that's what this is preventing, right? Is I can have a cool idea, but then it's going and I want to make sure I can deliver what I'm selling. Right? You with me? Right? So now, as a result, now it just did a whole bunch of stuff for me, and I'm like, wow, I didn't have to ask. It just knows. Noelle needs clarity. I need to see a picture. I'm a visual learner. So you could see here, it actually starts to build out a visualization of what it's done. Right? So it's going to build me a landing page. That landing page has 2 mechanisms for collecting leads. One is going to be a lead capture form. The other is going to be a chatbot, an AI concierge. Then it's going to have an automation engine that's going to instantly send emails. It's called speed to lead. The number one thing you can do to close business fast is just react to people the second they reach out to you. And AI is amazing at this, right? So sales pipeline, these are the two nurture sequences that come after that. And you'll see it kind of breaks down, right, what the pieces are. There's a delivery pipeline, a nurture pipeline. There's, say, SMS messages, email, the whole thing that's necessary. All I have to do is click the button. Once I click the button, you'll see right here it actually goes in and it builds the whole thing. I now have links to live solutions, right? I'm going to keep going. I have a sales concierge agent which is going to sit on the website. I have a lead capture form, a landing page. The only thing I had to do was ask it, right? Here's the critical thing. The model knows what a landing page is. It knows what high-converting messaging is. It knows how to write good copy. What it doesn't know is what's right for you and your business. That's what we give it. That's why we build the brand book first. That's why we build the vision and the brain first. 'Cause all of this and the quality you see will be like directly correlated to how good your vision and brain were developed. All right, so it did all this magic. Let's go back. Oh yeah, this is a fun part. Notice here it says number 8, domain options. It went to GoDaddy 'cause I connected it and it said, oh my gosh, rooftop-royals.com is available. Holy mama, let's go. Like, somebody can go get that right now, right? Like, this is happening. I'm super, super excited about this. Um, all right, so now of course it comes up like, hey, let's do some other crazy stuff. I'm like, nope, done is better than perfect. Let's go back to the assets and let's put this all together. So let's take a look and I'll show you the live version as well. But let's take a quick look at the landing page. So it's gonna go out to this external link. These links of course course I could change. But here we are, Rooftop Royals, based on the brand book. I didn't have to do any of that, right? And remember, the AI built our brand book. So you saw there was a video, right, that was there. Let's go back just a little bit. Let's just look at it a little bit. I mean, I'm pretty excited about it, right? There's a video embedded. It's live. It's not perfect, but that's not the point. It's done. This can get in front of of prospects today. Testimonials. Right now, granted, this is the template, so I would go in and add my own testimonials. I would go in and add or take it out if you're not comfortable. But these are based on my existing businesses, so that's why it has this. Now what I could do is click this button and it'll take me to a landing, like a, a contact form. But let's start first by looking at the chatbot. Right? So here's the chatbot. Chatbot, right? Oh yeah, and this is one of my favorite things with the chatbot. You don't have to get too fancy. Just think, what are the top 4 questions people are going to ask? What are the top 4 questions? And make sure that they are here so someone doesn't have to type in, what do you do? Tell me about your plans. Like, just make it available. The number 1 question asked of my AI systems on my website is a pre-built selection. They just click it. How do I become I'm a professional student of yours. Click. It's so easy. Make it easy. And most importantly, the AI made it easy for me. So now you'll see I clicked on what is the crown treatment and it goes in and delivers that. Are you with me? What do you think? Oh, what platform? I'm in— oh, I don't know what you mean by that. I'm in Claude. But maybe you mean for this video. And so I can answer that later. But you could see I clicked on the button, right? This is the contact form completely generated when I asked one prompt, build me a way to capture my leads, and it built this page. I type in my phone number and you're welcome to call this number if you can figure out what it is before it slides over. This is an AI assistant, so it's kind of fun. I put in the venue, right? I figure it out. This is a prospect filling out this information. But what is magical about this is that it's not just the user interface. It's not just a pretty picture. It's not just a pretty form. The second I do this, the second that I, I tap that submit button, an automation is triggered, an automation that was created by that single prompt. So that automation is now going to trigger the number one thing that's necessary, which is emails. I need to now get into the inbox of my prospects and be like, Hey, you'll notice here. Did you see that? It popped up right away. Less than 5 seconds. I'm in their inbox and I'm giving them value. This is not an AI thing. This is a Noelle thing, but it's also a you thing. The first thing I give to my prospects is value. So let's take a look at what that looks like. Right? Value. Here it is. They're going to get an email. Here is your package, right? Here is a strategy I built custom for you, and it's beautiful and matches the theme and the content of our brand book. And of course, it has book a discovery call. That's where you put your Calendly and bam, you start having people show up in your business that are ready, right? Notice what it says here. I want to know your Instagram handle, what your current traffic is. I am priming them for a conversation that is to sell them my valuable service. These are the little things that is the glue that holds big campaigns together that for most of us running small businesses have just struggled with. But the models know this, and all we have to do is use our vision, right, from the board, right? Use our vision, use our brain, and ask clear questions. Build me a business. That's what I said. Build me a business. And what that means is create a landing page, create a way for people to connect with me, and create a way for people to get on a phone so I can close them. So real quick, I want to show you the last thing is actually what, where this is. So this is Pay Me GPT. This is my platform right now. You'll see this agent was created this morning, but it also created a whole bunch of flows. This is where those automations are for For those of you who are automation people, you've seen this before. The only difference is you had to build these boxes. This got built with one prompt. Build me a business. Ba ba ba ba ba. And not one flow, right? This is the one that says wait 2 minutes before that email goes out. Send email. Wait an hour. Send SMS. This is the, the, the skeleton, right? The bones of your business. Now you get to focus on everything else, delivering with excellence, finding your right customer, getting on stages. That is where you can become the most powerful is when people learn who you are. So you could spend your time sharing with the world who you are and let the AI do the plumbing, right? Remember, didn't Sean say that one of the biggest, like, jobs that will stay is the job of a plumber? Well, like, this is a job similarly but we want AI to do. We want it to manage the plumbing of how this stuff works out. Hopefully— yes, thank you for capturing that. Some of you are sharing the link to the chat. I know, Ryan, I'm not like affiliated or anything. It's just one of many tools we'll see in the future. OpenClaw is one tool, right? It's very popular right now, but this is AGI. I asked it, go do a thing, build me a business, and it built all the things. Now, the last thing I'll share with you 'cause one of the things I wanted it to do was create, and I will give this to the team, so those of you who are joining us in Mastery, you'll get to see this, and maybe VIPs, we could send it to you too. I'm not trying to promise anything on behalf of the team, but this I'll give to the team. This is just a graphic that I created that is on brand but represents exactly the system that we're building, right? Today is really about showing you what's possible. Possible, showing you what you can do in a single prompt, right? I can show you my Claude. This is where I did that work, right? I just didn't want us to wait 2 minutes for a landing page and 2 minutes for the chatbot, right? I would have eaten up all my time, so I recorded it. But it's real. This is a single prompt, right? If I scroll up, that's it. It's a single prompt in Claude. This is your time. Get your idea, develop your vision, build your brain, and unlock everything you've ever wanted to do. I think I'm done with time. I don't know. Maybe, maybe they're going to give me more time. I always wonder. So, okay, I just want to know right now if you found— what do you think? Was that cool? Like, I begged them to let me show it to you. What do you think? Like, show me in the chat. What do you, what do you think? I don't know. Let's go. Oh yeah, exactly, exactly. Oh, thank you.
Yay.
Oh, the prompt. Oh sure, you could have the prompt if you want to build your own. You could have the prompt. Absolutely. Awesome. VIPs happily, happily. So cool. Room 6, thank you for the love this week. This is amazing. Okay, awesome. I think I'm bringing Jason back. Am I supposed to bring Jason back? If not, I'm gonna, I'm gonna stay. And if there is— oh good. All right, awesome. Super cool. I hope it was relatable, right? Like, the most important thing was this prompt that just said, I need a simple but beautiful page. I didn't tell it like organization or graphics, right? I just need to clearly articulate my vision. And guess what? As Mindvalley people, that's what we are here for, right? Oh my gosh, amazing. Oh, this is amazing. Okay, so I have a little bit more time with you. Are show you up for some other stuff. Okay, I also want to encourage you— oh, you're amazing, thank you, thank you so much. If you have a question, and I'm just going to do my best about anything that I just showed you, throw them up in the chat and I'll try and grab a couple. Well, I mean, they're going pretty fast, but I'll try and grab a couple. But in the meantime, I want to show you some of the other things that I built. And these— this is Noelle. I get this vibe. I wake up and I'm like, oh my gosh, I want to do it. With things. So December 1st, 2025, I wake up December 1st and I give— do you all know Advent calendars? Are you familiar with an Advent calendar? Right, right. Yeah. So you can— thank you, Carmen. Like, you can, um, you have this like a gift. I have 6 kids, remember? So I give them all Advent calendars and they poke open one box every day. And I woke up on December 1st and I was like, I could build an Advent calendar for my, my my prospects, I could build a lead magnet that's an advent calendar. So I used a tool that actually the first time I heard it on in our Mindvalley summit, the first time I heard it was actually by Sean. So I was like, oh, let me talk about this. So I'm just going to go to lovable.dev. Again, not affiliated, but I do love a product that has love in the name. I will just tell you it is my vibe, but this is Lovable. This is my My Lovable. I have lots and lots of projects that I've built, but I want to focus on sharing with you, um, this really cool idea. Like, literally, it's December 1st. I have to get it out that day. That is the most important part, is that I had to get it out on December 1st because that was the first gift that they would open. So I'm just going to look. Oh yeah, here it is. Oh my gosh, I love it so much. So I start prompting, and I literally am just like, hey, Lovable. And actually what I do is I go to Claude. Remember yesterday I talked to you about don't do this by yourself. If you don't know how to talk to a machine, ask the machine for help. Like I went to Claude, I'm like, I want to build this. I only have a little bit of time. I need to get it out today. Help me build a lovable prompt for an advent calendar. And this is what it ended up doing. So it created a lovable prompt for me and I went through and I I edit it a little bit, but most, 90% of this was generated at that moment. So I'm just going to show you what it looks like. I'm going to start my journey. Oh goodness, I have to type in my name. I'm going to say, of course, keep me updated. This is the lead magnet. I had over 1,000 people sign up for this on day one, right? Oh, of course I already have an account, so I'm going to go ahead and sign in. So This is what it looks like. Now, I, again, Noelle, I have very particular ways that I want to give value. I don't want to just spew ideas from the news, right? I don't want to just do little things. I want to give you a lot of value, a lot of experience. You all have this in your brain. You have so many things that you have learned in your life, some of you more than others, right? Like you've got decades of experience. How do you bottle that up in little nuggets? And give it to people as a part of a funnel to come buy something from you. This is so important. So I went in, I was like, I want to do a couple things. One, I'm a confetti girl, so I like confetti to show up at any given time, but I also want to give away badges. So here you'll see here, when, when you open the first gift, it'll tell you a story because I like stories. It'll also give you give you a tool of the day. And then, and you can go sign up for it right now if you want to go through it, like, just as a test. It's very easy. I think I called it theadventofailleadership.com. It's not a pretty— like, I just went and got it. This is the way it works today. But then you'll see a leadership prompt. They could copy and paste this into a tool. Did I write that prompt? No, no, no, I didn't. I was like, what would be an easy prompt for my ICP that would give them value. And that's what it came up with. 3-minute action step. And then when you're done, you click it. Did you see it? Confetti! All I had to do was say I would like confetti when people do cool stuff. Those were the words I wrote to this system and it added confetti to my page. This is a huge unlock. It's one tool, but it's a huge opportunity to just see what's possible. I run Vibathon. Because I want to put people in a room and I encourage you, you could do the same thing. Just get a few friends together and be like, we're going to vibe something today. We're going to just use our words and see what we can build. So going back to the calendar, you could see, right, they all had different ideas, different options. Every day a different tool, every day a different leadership prompt. And of course, now they're in my funnel. They're in my, my ecosystem. I can now talk to them about joining my community or coming to my class or, you know, coming to an event. These— this is how we do it. We lead with value that is uniquely ours to give. And AI just helps us craft it up in a crazy idea called an advent calendar that you can get out the door in 2 hours. Like, are we excited? Like, this is so cool. I have so many projects that I built just because I got an idea, and that is what I think I think one of the biggest hopes we have for you as you go, as we push you out of the nest into the world of AI, is that you have the courage to just take the ideas in your head and just talk to AI. I know some of you are worried about security. The number one thing we did it in, I guess not everybody heard this, but in VIP, we answered a question about that. The number one thing you can do is just go into the settings of whatever model you're using and say, hey, do not train public models with my stuff. And what that means is that all of your stuff will just stay in your— we call it a tenant. I'm not trying to get too technical, but there is a way to secure it, and it's done pretty intuitively right in the settings. You know the reality? Most people never even go into the settings. Like 70%, they never even go in there. So now you're one— you're part of the— I love what Vishen Lakhiani says, like, we're not part of the one 1%, we're part of the 0.1%, because we now not only know how to do things, take our ideas, turn them into vision, but we also amazingly, right, know how to do it safely and securely, right? I gave you an entire framework of how you can use your words to tell a model how to be more secure. So of course, I'm going to just tell you really quick, really quickly. Oh yeah, questions. Okay, so let's see. I'm gonna see if I have any questions in here. Okay, if you had a question, maybe copy and paste it back in so I can see it. 70, yes, settings is, exactly, I know, right, Laura? 100%, some of us are settings people. We are also the ones that typically read the directions, right, on things. We are also the ones that, you know, often finish the books that we read. But many, many people don't do that, right? They jump right in. Lovable.dev. Yes. Oh, thank you, Manuel, for explaining it to your friends in room 1. That was awesome. If you know some of these tools, again, this is the magic of being in a community. It's also the reason, like, I have so many dear friends that I did not know a year ago that I met in Mastery, that right now I'm in WhatsApp, that, that texted me yesterday and was like, you rocked it, Noel, and like, don't make me cry. But it was so nice because we're all on the on the same path. And some of us, you're going to look around and be like, oh my gosh, that person kind of looks, looks like me. That person is kind of on the same journey. Oh, that person was asking questions I have. This is what it's about. It's about getting in the room and building together. That is the flex. That is the super prompt. Oh yeah. Oh, awesome. Oh my gosh. Elijah, Room 2 is in the house because Elijah just was able to capture my prompt. So hopefully someone else did. Actually, I'm going to go there. If you guys want to screenshot it, you can use AI to, to grab the text. It's not fancy, right? This is built. We created this idea directly from this event, right? Manon Dave came up with this off the top of his head. So it is kind of fun to play around with and see what you can do. Now, I will tell you, this will work differently on your machine than mine. And why is I do that because I am not worried about getting the most powerful AI model. I am building the most connected AI model, the most connected system. So the first thing I do is I go in and I'm like, hey, Claude, what do you have access to? What are you connected to? What tools do you have? I'll note— I'll show you over here. Look at these. There are lots of different options here, like customization, skills. Do you remember them talking skills. Again, I do recognize that sometimes we, we talk fast. I'm from New York, so I get it. We talk fast. That's why hopefully those of you in the VIP will get the replay, right? So you can rewatch them. But the most important thing to realize is that this is a journey. Every single person you heard on this stage talking from a place of expertise at one point had no idea what they were doing, and some would admit they don't really know right now and that they're just having the courage to step forward and use the tools at, at your disposal. Okay. Yeah. And I'm just telling you, this has nothing to do with OpenClaw. I don't use OpenClaw at all. I am just using the connectors inside Claude. You could do the same thing in ChatGPT and PayMeGPT is a platform that connects a bunch of things, lead landing pages, generative generative AI, video, imagery, all sorts of different tools are just put together. And that's what makes it magical is that it's not that it's happening automatically or somehow in a way that I don't control. I am configuring every single connection. I'm just getting— I'm giving the AI the freedom to actually build what I need based on the connections I've given it. And that is the future. Again, today you're going to be like, I don't know about this, but in 6 months, in a year, you are going to be like, oh, I get it. I know what Noelle was talking about now because it doesn't make sense for you to chase tools. Tools are going to come and go. What makes sense is for you to chase what we were doing. And I'm going to walk over to the vision, the board, right? Is for you to chase what you were doing on the, the thing right, right here in the Vibe board, one of my favorite things, right? Oh, I'll go back, I'll go back. So it gives us the ability to actually see the vision, right? The, the brain, the, the, the system, all of those things. It's a methodology and it works for a reason. So let's see, I'm just checking the chat. Oh no, Vladka, you are not in the wrong room. I'm just saying like, you know, help each other out. If you catch something and someone else doesn't, just throw it in your room. I see a lot of people helping each other. If you want to follow me on Insta, you can find me on Noelle.ai everywhere. Toys are sold. Let's see.
Oh, yeah.
Exactly. It's actually— so someone asked a question on Pay Me GPT, and it's a similar thing like we've talked about OpenClaw or any of these other tools. I want you to realize that this tool doesn't do any— like, if you go to Pay Me GPT, you're just going to look at the tool and be like, what am I supposed to do with this? It is an asset that becomes valuable to you when you've done the work, which is why we're doing the mastery, is that so few of us know what to do to make these tools valuable, right? We have to build the vision. We have to develop that vision, build the brain. We have to use that brain to create content that's starts getting the world to know what we're doing. We need to then, of course, right, go from that to building a team. And that's when we start talking about using AI as a tool, connecting tools together. And then finally, systematizing it. So it's not— I mean, so many of you probably feel like you're chasing AI tools every day. And certainly today, like over the last couple days, like, oh, let me write down that tool and that tool. And I mean, it's exhausting. It's not supposed to be. It's just the moment that we're in. But that's why we built the Mastery Program. That's why I loved it, because I was like, oh my gosh, I can give you clarity. Like, it's not the tool, it's the process, right? And so many of us in Mindvalley, right, we know this not just from an AI perspective, but from a human perspective, right? It's not like the work we do that identifies us. It's not how we do it that, you know, like it's not the specific industry we're in that identifies us, right? It's the journey that we're on. It's the journey of self-discovery. And it turns out that journey directly correlates, directly correlates to how to be a good leader of AI systems. Okay, cool. So I am so excited to be here. I hope you enjoyed the session. I hope you enjoyed my demos. Please take a look. Of course, let's be friends. But most importantly, for those of you joining Mastery, it's so great to see you. I can't wait to see you in the sessions there. There. Thank you all for having me, and I'll see you soon.
Bye!
All right, y'all, give it up again for Noelle Russell. Love watching her sessions. Could watch them all day. They're always so informative and so fun, and there's always so much energy. It's, uh, it's just so always so awesome to see. Uh, so let's make sure we got our slides up here so we know what we're doing here. Just give us a second. All right. Sorry, just one second here, guys. There we go. Cool. All right, awesome. So that was fantastic. Like I said, always love Noelle's stuff, especially the demos. The demos really bring it home for me because I get to see all the stuff actually working and connecting together, and Noelle is just the best at doing that. And she just built a business inside of a conversation. Like, that's not something anybody's ever been able to do in the world before AI is build a business inside of a conversation. And think Think about what you actually watched right now, what she created. A landing page and AI concierge qualifying leads, automations that are routing them, a sales pipeline, a nurture sequence, a delivery system, a retainer model. All of it was built live in one session starting from a brand that didn't even exist 3 days ago. That is the system, step 5, and you just watched it get built from scratch in real time. So now you have the complete method. You have the vision, the brain, the creative, the team, and the system. All 5 steps fully assembled from end to end. So take a second to actually feel that because 3 days ago you showed up, a lot of you, with a version of AI that was probably slightly smarter than a search engine or a slightly smarter version of one. And right now you're looking at a complete operating system for your business. Or for your career and for your life. I mean, that's not a small thing. So I hope you really see the gravity of what we've been showing you here, and especially what Noel just demoed for you. Now, for those of you who are already enrolled in AI Mastery, this is your moment. It is time to head into your welcome celebration. You have genuinely earned it. It begins in 10 minutes. Now, if you join the program, you should see the welcome celebration button on the dashboard. So we'll bring up the dashboard here just to show you so you can make sure you know where it is. But you'll see here on your dashboard, which you're probably all very intimately familiar with now, we'll have a welcome celebration button. Oh look, it's Inception. Sorry, we have a welcome celebration button right here that you tap and that'll bring you in. You click the button and we'll be waiting on the other side to officially welcome you. And for those of you who have not joined but decided you do want access to our amazing teachers going forward— Vishen Lakhiani, Sean Noel, Daniel, and Dominic, and you're just debating if it's maybe too late to join, we have a no one left behind policy. So our team is on standby to support you. And if it's right, to help expedite you getting into the celebration as soon as possible. There's another button on the dashboard here. We can just bring the dashboard up again. Talk to an AI program expert. So if you have any questions, you can jump in there. They can quickly help you. And then if it's ready for you, then we'll put you right into the welcome celebration, which will be awesome.
Awesome.
But for everyone else, we are not done yet. Take a breather, stretch, move your body, grab some water, grab a snack, and come back because Mr. Grateful himself, Dominic Ashburn, is closing out the summit. And this time he is with us live, right? We had him yesterday with the recording, which was so gracious of him to do while he was on his family vacation. But now he's with us live. And after everything you've seen and built over the last 3 days, I think what he's going to share is going to land in in a way that it couldn't have landed on day one. Because sometimes the most important thing at the end of a journey isn't more strategy, it's a reminder of why you actually started. We will see you back here in 30 minutes. Hello guys, and welcome to the welcome celebration. Look, you're all here. It's so good to see Isabel, I see you. I see all these amazing— Donald, so good to see you. Matthew Phillips is here. Michael is here. James Ramirez is here. Angie Martinez is here. She's also a really cool DJ in New York. I am so happy to see all of you here, all of your smiling faces. Are you excited? Are you excited for this? I am so excited for you guys. Yes, yes, that's right, raise the roof, Diana. I love this. This is so amazing because, you know, right now what we're doing, this is really about celebrating celebrating you. I want to be super, super clear about this. We are not celebrating that you committed to Mindvalley. We are celebrating that you committed to yourself, that you went all in on yourself, that you had the courage, the belief, and you know this is possible for you. And this is the start of your best year yet, and especially your, your deep dive into AI Mastery. We are so excited for you because you're also not doing it alone. This is not a do-it-yourself course. This is a done-with-you. You are supported by a team you are supported by a community and you are supported by an incredible group of mentors. And I want to now introduce you to your first new mentor, my dear friend Vishen Lakhiani. Come on, Vishen.
It's so good to have all of our new students in. And so I wanted to get out of the studio. I'm actually here at a retreat center in Mexico, so I wanted to get into the sun and speak to you from there. Firstly, I'm delighted to see you guys. I hope to meet some of you guys at one of our meetups that typically happens around the world. You guys will all be interacting with each other through our platform, and there'll be a feature where you can create meetups. You can invite people to come and hang out over dinner, over coffee. I'm going to take the first initiative. I'm going to create a meetup in London, which is where I live, maybe around April. And the first 12 people who are able to join me for dinner, I'd love to actually like host you guys. Okay. So, um, really excited to meet in person. That's something very important about how we do this. We want you as students to come together in the real world. Now, I wanted to share a little insight before you guys go into this class, and it has to do with this thing that happened to me this past week. So this past week, I started working with a new fitness trainer, and, um, really brilliant guy in London, and I signed up for 20 sessions with him for me and my son. So I went to him on Thursday just before boarding a flight to come to Mexico, and the session was mind-blowing because I learned so much from him. And this is what I wrote to my son. I said, Hayden, like, you're gonna love this guy, because Hayden had a session with him— is— was about to have his session with him. I said, Hayden, I always thought I knew to do the bench press well. I've been doing it for like 5 years, really proud of my results. But this guy showed me the little nuances that I never thought about. The fact that I had to like clench, clench my, um, my, my, my shoulder muscles at the back. The fact that muscle stimulation works best when I go for maximum. Okay, that's breathing and, and the way to breathe properly. I didn't know all of that. But working with someone who really understood their stuff, I got this nuance, and that nuance can make a massive difference as it adds on. Because I don't just learn it for that session, I learn it for bench presses for the next 50 years of my life. I'm expecting to live to 100. So that was one thing that was really interesting. And the lesson here for you guys is don't go into any class here as if as if you already know this. Some of you are really competent with AI, but the nuance, the tiny things are sometimes— and this could come in a 2-minute thing that the instructor says, but that could make a massive difference in your life. So pay attention to the nuance, show up, take notes. I'm going to show you how to record the classes using your voice memo app and how to use Claude to generate notes for you. We're gonna have Blinklife helping you with these notes as well. So pay attention to that nuance. The tiny things add up. But it was something else that happened at that fitness class. See, the instructor made me do a squat, like a regular squat, and I hate squats. And I'll tell you why. I did a squat 3 years ago working with a fitness instructor, and I badly injured my back, and I was so pissed off at my fitness instructor for making me do that squat. I said, dude, what are you thinking? I'm 47 years old. You can't make me do stuff that's dangerous. I had 3 months of back pain. And if you guys know lower back pain, it makes you miserable. It makes you grumpy. Like, I hate being on painkillers. So in my mind, I created this story that when it comes to the gym, I'm too old. I'm now 50. I'm too old and I shouldn't be doing squats. Too dangerous. My back can't take it. So this instructor said, you know, Vishen, we're just gonna try. I'm gonna teach you the technique. I'm gonna help you. I'm gonna show you the nuance. So I did the squat, and sure enough, after doing those squats, he said, you're doing good, let's add on more weight. And I told myself, no way, I do I did not want to go further, too dangerous. This is going to fuck up my back. But he made me add the weight. And then, I felt it. I felt the pain come on. And I was starting to feel all of that stuff come up again. Why did I listen to this guy? He's— my instructor's like 25 years old. I'm like, why? This guy doesn't understand that I'm 50. I cannot do this. And he said, Vishen, just relax. That pain is normal. It's your muscles creating microtears and it's going heel. Tell me tomorrow if you feel pain. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are going to be getting started back here for the afternoon of day 3 at the AI Summit in just a couple moments. For those of you who have joined us in AI Mastery and you are in our welcome celebration room.
That room is going to be shutting down, and you are going to be making your way back to the main stage.
So go ahead and click on the link that we are going to post in the chat, or exit this meeting and click on the Access the Main Stage button to go back into the main stage rooms. All right. So once again, for those of you who have joined us in AI Mastery, welcome. It is going to be a phenomenal 4 months. We cannot wait to spend this time with you, helping you to develop your AI skills for both your business and your life. We are going to be getting started back on the main stage in just a few moments. So if you would please exit this meeting, this is just for for those of you in the welcome celebration, you know who you are, and make your way back to the main stage. Thank you.
Hello everybody, welcome back. We are in the home stretch. 1 session left, and I want to tell you something about who's closing this out because I think it's the perfect choice. Now, back on day 2, you met Dominic Ashburn. You heard him talk about what it actually takes to onboard an AI teammate— the knowledge, the skills, the connection, the clarity. Do you remember this, this 4-part? I know it was just yesterday, but feels like it was a long time ago. That was the foundation, and today he's back live with us and he's going to go further. But here's the thing about everything you've learned this week. When you look at the method, the vision, the brain, the creative, the team, and now today the system, you understand all of it now, but understanding a system and having a system that actually runs, that produces results for you every single day without you having to push it, those are two different things. See, most people automate tasks. And what Dominic is about to show you is how to build a system that runs itself. Not theory, not inspiration, the actual bridge from strategy to execution. From knowing what to build to having it deliver daily results. This is the final piece and there's nobody better to deliver it. So please welcome back and live Dominic Ashburn.
Hey, peace, everybody. What is going on? Yo, good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening, wherever you are tuning in from in the world. Thank you. Thank you deeply for being here with me today. Hey, thank you to the host for a beautiful introduction. And thank you for the grace of everybody. I was out of the office and I was traveling yesterday, so I got to connect with you through the recording. I hope that went well. Real quick with everybody, I just want to make sure that all of my technology is working properly, that you can hear me. Can everybody put a thumbs up if you can hear me? Do I sound good? Do I sound okay?
All right, beautiful, beautiful.
Thank you. And do I look okay? Can you see me? Am I nice and bright and light?
Beautiful.
Awesome. I really appreciate you. Thank you, everybody. I can see your face as well. I see that, um, it looks like my light is reflecting upon all of you. You look very glowy and bright today, so thank you very much for spending your time with me. I appreciate you. So, um, in my introduction, and he said there's no inspiration, but I'm a very inspiring person, so you are going to have some inspiration today along with some actual technical workflows, and I'm going to give you some analogies so you can actually understand these concepts that I'm talking to you about, because they can get technical. So we need to find connections between life and this beautiful world that we live in and these new systems that we have to get used to if we want to build the future together. All right, so first, who was here with me yesterday? Who actually saw the, uh, the pre-recording yesterday? All right. All right. I see a bunch of hands up. Yes. Yes. I see a bunch of hands. And I love the applause sound effect. So I might just keep asking you questions that triggers that. All right. And then also, who has ever been to an AI Mastery with me before? Who are some previous AI Mastery students in here? Do I have anybody from 2025? Yes. Yeah, I see some thumbs, see some hands up. Welcome back. It's so beautiful to reconnect with you and to teach you today. Thank you very much. All right, so if that's the case, if you are both a student to a previous AI Mastery and you were here yesterday for the pre-recorded video, then that means that you understand my perspective and what I taught you yesterday about AI team members. So yesterday when I was teaching about AI team members, we got to look at the 3 departments of my business, which was communications, content, and product development. And all 3 of those things had AI agent team members, workflows that they were trained on that helped me to automate and process some of those systems that were inside of my business that were working when I didn't have to be present for them, right? I was able to give a task to to one of my teammates, one of my AI teammates, and they could go out there and do that work while I was doing other things once I was able to give it the purpose and set the vision. Can I see some hands up as well? Have any of you played with that since we've all been together? Since you saw that demo yesterday, has anybody gone in there and started to play around? Yes? All right, I see some hands up.
Good, good.
That's amazing. Even though this is just a— this is the summit before the actual classes, it's amazing to start getting your hands in there and start using these things now. Your brain will be lubricated for the actual classes with experience with these tools. So I really appreciate you diving in and trying those things out. So we used Claude Cowork yesterday. And Claude Cowork was found inside of the Claude desktop application. That allowed us to use the Claude Chat. It allowed us to use the Claude Cowork and Claude Code. And those 3 things working together is the host. It's the platform that hosts all of my AI teammates right now. And all of the demos that I showed you and all the demos that I will show you today, they are all demonstrations and built things specifically for this class just so I didn't have to give away any confidential information or any IP that might have been integrated into the business. I've been making those demos so that we can go through this process cleanly together and, you know, just respect the business itself. However, all of it is true. All of it is built the same way that I would build anything that is official, right? So with that being said, I am going to be sharing my screen today to show you Cloud Cowork. I'm also going to have some slides for you this time as well so that I can make some analogies and you can kind of pinpoint what these systems are that I'm teaching you connected to a system that you might be very, very familiar with. All right, so first let me share my screen. Let me get that loaded up so that you can see what's going on here and make sure that everything is smooth. All right, all right, beautiful, beautiful. So can you Can you see this? Actually, but now I can't see you. All right, just a moment, everybody. I'm going to get my screen loaded up here so you can see me. All right, can everybody see this slide? Yes? All right, all right, cool, cool, cool. Thank you, thank you very much. All right, so yes, today we are talking about systems. Yesterday you learned about the teammates. But what I want to talk to you about today is how those teammates actually come together to build a system, right? So do we have any system engineers in the classroom today? Do we have, do we have any systems engineers that are actually like build systems? All right, there's a couple. Yes, there is a couple of you. All right, beautiful. So you're going to understand exactly what I'm talking about today. And I'm not going to go as complex and deep as your knowledge is because we have about 50% of people who are just entering into the world of AI, then another 50% who's probably been here with us before and explored these things. So not going to go super deep, all right? So I might not like hit that little part in your head that like itch, that scratch that you have as a true systems engineer. But we are going to dive into how systems can be practically applied to the workflows that you have today. Okay, next is, do we have any astronomers or astrologists in the building? Any astronauts in the building? No? All right, good, because I'm going to talk about the solar system and space a little bit here as an analogy, and I don't want to embarrass you or embarrass myself. So I'm happy I don't have anybody calling me out in here. Beautiful. So if you can see my screen, we are on systems today. Welcome. We're talking about how those teammates and those, those, those AI agent teammates that we talked about yesterday, how those come together to actually build the system of your business. All right. So first, here's the itinerary for today. The itinerary is first, I'm going to just go into Claude so that you can get familiar again with what that platform is because because that's where our system is going to live. And just go in there, look around. I'm going to show you all the different components of that again so that you're familiar with it and you understand. You can start to make some neural connections and synaptic connections between the platform I want to teach you and the rest of the slides that we're going through. Okay, second thing that we're going to look at is how solar systems form, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit more about why we're using that as the analogy today. And it'll really create a clear, vivid visual picture of, of what a system is and how you can build one for your business using AI. The third part is we're going to actually run a diagnostic on you and you're going to be able to figure out what part of your business, what part of your life or your workflows is being, you know, out of alignment and out of coherence. Right now so that you can understand what parts of the system of today that you actually need to integrate. And you'll have some solutions by, by being able to understand what problems you're actually dealing with within your business and within these systems that you're building. You understand what piece of the system needs to be fixed. Okay? And then I'll show you in the platform actually where that is. And that'll be step 4. So once we diagnose and we understand, okay, these are the problems that I'm having, I understand the different components of a system. Now I'm going to tell you, and you're going to learn then, which piece of, which of those components need to be fixed in correspondence to the problems that you actually have. All right. And then 5, we're going to just talk about the shift, zoom out a little bit and just see how because of this crazy shift in how we work and how we build things and how we build businesses and products because of this shift, what then is going to be happening at, you know, a larger scale? Okay, sound good?
Is it—
is this a cool flow for everybody? You like this? Yes. All right, beautiful, beautiful. Let's dive in then. Okay, so first is not this. Let's dive into, uh, Cloud Code here so you can see what's going on. All Just a moment, I will be sharing my screen one more time. I have to bounce back and forth between the screens, so please just have some patience with me while I am doing that between sections and the systems here, okay? All right, just a moment, just a moment. Let me get this up and running. Okay, and here we go. All right, you can see this. It says good afternoon, Dominic. Yes, thumbs up.
All right, cool.
I'm gonna have you doing thumbs ups, and this is the exercise that we're going to be doing today is thumb ups. All right, so just make sure that you have your thumbs up so I make sure that you're engaged. I can— I know that everything is working on my end and that we're on the same page. All right, I'm a very flexible teacher. If anything I'm saying just isn't quite like clicking with you, just let me know. Wave your hands frantically like this and I'll understand, and we can kind work through some things together. First, this is the Claude application. Now, this is what I was showing you yesterday in the demonstrations about teammates. Just a quick run-through again so you can understand what's going on here. This is the Claude desktop application. Right here we have the chat. In the very top here, we have 3 tabs. Chat, Cowork, and Code. This Chat, once again, is the basic conversational interface that you can use to talk to the large language model, Claude. This is how we just interact with an AI on its most simple basis is through chat. Hello, hello. Say hi to all of the Mastery students. All right, so this is the normal chat that you are obviously familiar with already if you are here today, okay? Next is Cowork. So Cowork is the place where we actually knock things off of our to-do list. This is where things get done, okay? So Cowork here has the access to my local files. It has access to my Drive, as we can see here. If I hover over my connectors here, it has access to my Drive. All right. It also has access to my Gmail and all of these other beautiful things that we're going to get into later. Okay. So this is where I can actually talk to it and say, hey, I need work done. Not just go grab some information for me, but grab the information and then take the next step. Go write that email, go build that file, go build that application, whatever it is. In code, Cloud Code over here, this is actually where those applications get built. This is where you can build true software and code solutions to your problems rather than just having that conversation back and forth. The beautiful thing about co-work here is that if you've used code enough, If any of you have been using like vibe coding platforms, especially Cloud Code, which is like top dog right now, if you've been using Cloud Code, it'll help you understand what Cowork is. So Cloud Code, particularly Opus 4.6, has been an incredibly powerful model for developing code to build applications. So they use this same model, Opus 4.6, within Cowork.
Work.
So when you're asking it, hey, I need you to build me a skill, or I need you to build me a workflow, I need you to build me a system, it is using the same code from Clogged Code in the backend to basically design a miniature little coded application for you in the back that runs automatically without you having to like design it, right? So it's, it's a bit hidden. It's just in the backend, but it's doing those steps and it's going through the workflow process just like a mobile application would or a desktop desktop application would, but it's basically just for local work. So when I say local also, I mean it's files that are on your actual computer, okay? Whereas connections, these connectors are things that are other tools. These are applications that are outside of your computer. So being able to run things on your computer and then connect that with different applications from all around the internet, that's where this true bridge and the power of Cloud Code Work happens. Okay, does that make sense for everybody? Do these three like tabs within Cloud Code, do those make sense? Uh, is it— is everybody pretty like familiar with that now? Yep, thumb up, one rep. All right, cool, cool. I think we got like 6 reps in of that already today. Okay, so, um, now that you're kind of familiar with this, I want to just show you around a little bit deeper so that you kind of— you're connecting with, with what what these things are because it might look overwhelming to some of you who only are familiar with just using a chat-based platform like this, right? So let me just go over the UI really quick so that you understand what's happening. So over here on the left-hand side, this is like our dashboard for all of the different tools and settings that we can use within Claude. So particularly when we're in Cowork here, which is where most of the actual work is is going to be done. I'm going to start here. So over here on the left-hand side, we have all of these different options. Um, from below here, we have projects and, you know, all of the recent chats. You're probably familiar with that. You can— this is where you can just go back and check out some of the other conversations that you've had with AI in the past. Okay, um, if you come up here to customize though, this is where things actually get interesting and they start to personalize things to you and to your workflows. So if you come up here to Customize, we have two of these things here. One is Skills and the other is Connectors. I'll talk about the plugins here in a moment. But Skills here, these are the repetitive things that AI actually— that your AI within Claude actually can just repeat every single time. These are kind of like those miniature applications that I was telling you about. So over here on the right-hand side, once I click into skills and then I select just, let's say, one of these skills right here, on the right-hand side we can see the description of what this skill is supposed to do and we can see the internal code. If we click on this, we can actually see this is the code and these are the instructions, the front-end instructions, like what you would see. This is— these are all of the instructions for what that skill is supposed to do every single time. If you've ever used ChatGPT custom instructions or like custom GPTs, this is very similar to that. However, it just allows you to run one of these in any of your chats and in a co-work. So it runs the skill and can do things, not just, you know, follow certain instructions within a chat, but it follows instructions by being able to build things using all those connectors in your local files. All right, so this is where all of those instructions for a skill actually lives. Okay, we'll dive into this a bit deeper later. Next is these connectors here. So these connectors is where I'm able to sync up my, my Claude to any of the other applications that my business has to use, right? And we will also dive into that later. Like I said, I'm just getting everything nice and nice nice and warmed up here so you know like what I'm talking about if I use any of these terms later on. Um, the next thing that I would like to show you is scheduled. So the scheduled tasks are the tasks that are set using those skills that repeat at the same time every day, every other day, every week, just on a recurring schedule, whatever you set for you. And these will run as long as your computer is awake and running. So So these will actually go through all of the steps that you give it, the instructions, along with using any of the specific skills that you have told that scheduled task to use.
All right.
So if I click into here, we can see that it has instructions here. It also has the different connectors or tools that it wants to use and that it is allowed to use. And then we see when it repeats.
All right.
Then if we want to, we can also just run it right there in the instance in that moment. Does everybody feel like you got a pretty good idea of what the Cloud Code and Cloud Code Work, the Cloud Application looks like? Do you feel familiar enough with it to where when I'm talking about it later, you can start to make these connections? Does it make sense? Yes? Okay, so somebody is frantically moving their hands. I see it. Thank you very much. Yeah, I see you. You're smiling now. All right. I will get back into it in a bit. Okay. That was just the initial overview so that you can see it. You're not supposed to totally deeply understand all of it right now. You will by the end of the mastery, right? But for now, as long as you know what it looks like, you know what the different like tabs are, and you've had a conversation with AI before. Then we'll be able to go deeper into that and get some of those answers, some of those questions answered later on. Okay. For now, I would love to get into systems. All right. And I might use some of those terms from the cloud application so that you can start to understand as well, like the analogy that I'm making here. So let's dive into the solar system formation, which I find incredibly interesting. So first, isn't it amazing? This right here is our Milky Way galaxy. And that tiny little arrow there is pointing to our solar system, which is so beautiful. Now, this is our solar system right here from up above. Everybody kind of has a mental model of what a solar system is already and, you know, and what that looks like. So obviously we have our sun here in the middle, and then we have all of our planets that that are orbiting around it, right? This is another map, just you can see. You don't need to understand, um, the planets right now. That's not the point. But I just found our solar system so beautiful. Okay, before our solar system, which is our planets orbiting around the sun— before the solar system was the solar system that we know it today, It was a nebula. And the nebula is essentially all of the dust, the stardust, all of the elements, very small particles, atoms, molecules, all scattered about in these different kind of random formations. Because they're so random, they end up making these absolutely beautiful sights with different gases and different colors, different, different forms. And they're absolutely stunning. They're beautiful. And even though they are incredibly beautiful, they are completely scattered. It's just a bunch of scattered gas and atoms and molecules that are that are just spread out. And then we have an unseen force that actually turns it from these nebulas into what we know as a solar system. How do we go from this to this? What is the process of getting this scattered beauty turned into something with structure and order and patterns and life, life itself. This is, you know, the miracle of our Earth, just that we went from something that was so random and chaotic looking into something that was structured and beautiful like this, and something that could host our intelligence, our consciousness, our life. So this process right here from going from nebula to solar system is the analogy that I want to make with you about building the system of your AIs. Okay, now pick solar system. Our solar system is a system, and it's one of the oldest systems that we know that is able to host something as miraculous as this human experience here. I thought about using an analogy of like a business. There's so many successful businesses out there who have good business models and good systems within their companies. But what more unified, what more magnificent than the system that keeps this entire experience running and has for 4.6 billion years? Our solar system is 4.6 billion years old. And we went from this scattered chaos into our solar system.
Okay.
So how did that happen? Well, there's an invisible force, an invisible force that is kind of, you might be kind of able to see it through these grid lines right here that all kind of point towards the sun and it's gravity. Now gravity pulls things basically. I don't know how many space documentaries you've seen. We have this almost, you know, space and mass within space creates almost a dent in like the blanket of our space and pulls things closer to it, right? So the more mass something actually has, the heavier it is and the more it accumulates more mass. So these very early particles and molecules, atoms, started to form together and clump together. And because it got heavier and it formed together, it had more gravity. So then they started to turn into rocks. And those rocks floating around for hundreds and thousands of years started to get more gravity and pull in more mass, more atoms, more molecules, more elements. Until eventually they got so big and started to accumulate so much mass that they started to turn into planets. Moons. And those planets, because they were close to the sun, where in the center of solar systems, basically like in the center of a nebula is where it's the hottest. So only the heaviest and densest metals and materials and elements can live there at the center. So that's why we have the sun and it's the largest thing in our solar system. And it has so much mass that it has pulled all of our our planets around it, right? Each of our planets that has formed by accumulating more mass then orbits around our planet— or, I'm sorry, orbits around our sun. And that orbit is predictable, and it's constant, and it's on a predicted path, right? So we went from here to here, right? And I believe that that might be What some of you are trying to do with your business is why you're present here on this class right now is because you're trying to go from something that is completely scattered or, you know, you're trying to go from nebula to system, right? By using and incorporating these new AI tools. And it's never been easier to do that than today. Now that we have artificial intelligence and especially Claude Code that I'm talking to you about. Now that we kind of understand this, I'm going to start to make the connections between what all of these components of the solar system is to the AI system itself. Okay. So first, we have our nebula. Let's start there. You have your nebula. Let's imagine that this is you. Okay. A bunch of data, a bunch of scattered information all around. Don't feel alone in this if that is you, because that was actually the internet itself. When we got the internet, we were just pumping in content. We're pumping in videos and pictures, books, articles, um, PDFs, numbers, code, graphs, uh, all these different formats, all these different applications. We're just pumping the internet full of so much data, petabytes and petabytes of data. But none of it had any structure. It's just everywhere. And actually, if you were to zoom out from the internet and look above, it probably looked something like this. It probably looked gorgeous and it was amazing, but it didn't actually have anything predictable about it going on. It was completely random, right? Because it's just people from all over the world with internet access adding to it randomly on their own accord, right? But then what happened is we got 3 big breakthroughs. Okay. The first big breakthrough was ImageNet. ImageNet was essentially a company that started to label every image. They started to label every picture across, not every picture, 14 million pictures, but a lot of pictures. They started to label all of the pictures across the internet and other companies started popping up as well that would label different information. Like they would label files and label books and label code and label words themselves and and give weights and things to the words, but we don't have to get into that. They started to label the information so that now it's not just a random file with a random name on it. It actually has a consistent keyword that is connected to it, that is connected to a larger dictionary of vocabulary within our language. Then about 8 years later, we had something called the transformer arrive. And all of you know about the transformer now because you are in the AI Mastery. The transformer is that T within GPT, ChatGPT, a generative pre-trained transformer. Now, the transformer is essentially the architecture for how our large language models work. It's essentially, it just allows certain words to have weights weights on them so that an AI can understand the meaning between words without having to go through everything sequentially. It can understand the meaning between different arrangements of words, different arrangements of meaning and intent and purpose without having to go in a sequential chronological stream. And this was so important because now our AIs and our neural networks can start to make connections connections between different points that we ourselves might not have ever even seen before. And this gave it agency. It gave it the ability to start making decisions on its own and understand the world in its own way. And now we see something from 2020 and plus, now we're in 2026, where that has just been scaling. And every time the AI gets a new piece of data and a new piece of information, it gets smarter.
Smarter.
Then because it's smarter, it can make connections that it didn't have before and have the capacity to get more data and information. And now that it has more data and information, it gets even smarter. And the smarter it gets, the more data it can make connections to. More data it gets connections to, the smarter it gets. Does this sound familiar? I was just talking about when it comes to gravity and the formation of our planets, the more mass it had, the more gravity it has. The more gravity that it had, the more mass accumulated, the more mass it accumulated, the more gravity it had, and so on. The same thing is happening right now with this runway effect of scaling our AI tools. And this process is called accretion. Accretion is the process of accumulating more mass and then that mass basically pulling in more information or more data in our case scenario here. So that is why right now we are in such a golden age because because that accretion, that scaling of the intelligence of our systems doesn't seem to slow down. As we know it today, that process is just going to keep going. The line just looks like it just keeps going up. It looks like it's not going to stop. So this transformer architecture that we have right now, the more data it gets, the smarter it gets. And that has just been almost a law, right? The more information, the more data we give it, the smarter it gets. Bits, period. That's what we know so far. So what that means is you can take advantage of that. The earlier that you start building your own system with these AIs, then the smarter your, your own system is going to get over time. The more of these planets or AIs, these planets with their own systems within, with their own ecosystems, their own moons, their own rings, right? You can imagine those planets as your AI systems, those teammates that I talked to you about yesterday. Your AI teammates are essentially your planet, which has been able to form because we've had so much data and we can build these AI models. But what's next for you is you allowing your AI, those AI teammates, to now start to accumulate information about your business, about your intent, and get feedback on itself so that it can start to accumulate more information and get better and better and better for you over time. Not just as a mass entity, not just as AI models, but as an AI built for you. And the more of those that you start to create then and make sure that it orbits around the sun, which is you, which gives it purpose and a path, then the more powerful, the more intelligent, the more mature your system can get. Okay? This is the same architecture. I want— I really want to make like the, the, um, the, you know, the connection, the parallel between these AIs and the solar system very apparent for you here. So I just put it out there. The sun, which is right there in the middle, it's the hottest, densest, most important thing. Without it, everything else would just be scattered and lost into the ether, into space. It's the sun. And the sun is the direct connection to your purpose. It's your clarity. It's your goal. It's your mission. It is you. It is you that these AIs, that these, um, that these planets, which are your individual AI systems, is what actually orbits around, right? It's your mission. It's your goal. And you can have multiple of these, actually.
You can have multiple goals.
Which I'll show you later, with different AI systems that are operating around it, right? And eventually you can create a universe or something. All right. Next is the gravity. So the gravity is that unseen force that you, like, we all know it's there. We feel it, but we can't necessarily like see it until something actually falls, right? So that is the AI models themselves. It's the servers and the data centers and the internet, right? It's all of that stuff that's invisible. It exists. It exists in the backend. You don't necessarily see it, but it's there and it's what's allowing you to interface with it, with, with the AI, right? It's pulling everything together. So in this case scenario, the AI has the more information it gets, then the denser its gravity gets. Bits, right? So, uh, because gravity here in this case scenario is, you know, the model itself. And then next is the planet. So each of these planets is then your workflow with the feedback loop, and we'll get into the feedback loop here in a minute. But, um, basically your planet is your AI teammate. It is the workflow, uh, that includes your, your AI teammate. And then there's a little system within which is basically, you know, Earth has an ecosystem. Each of those planets, each of your AI teammates, has systems within it itself that you are going to build, and that is the workflow. So when you have multiple of these workflows together, then it creates your system, right? The planet's mass. So the planet's mass, in this case scenario, your AI team member's mass is its information, it's its learning. So what we're going to do is we're going to create a learning file, and this learning file allows your AI teammate to have a running log of the most important things and findings and connections that it's making as it is going through its system, through its workflow, so that it can start to improve over time. Okay, then we have the orbital connections, and orbital connections is basically like how, how do all of these planets fit together into one system, and that is the connections. So So that's being able to share data between one AI system and another so that they all are part of a singular system. And then we have accretion. And accretion is the thing I was talking to you about before. It's basically just that process of that runaway process of things getting smarter and starting to expand. OK. Let me connect with you again. How you doing? I know I've been talking really fast for 20 minutes about space and AI. How we doing? Can I get a thumbs up if you're okay? Are you with me? Yes. Yes. Are things making sense?
All right.
I'm getting, yeah, I'm getting fireworks. All right, cool. I think we're good then.
I love it.
I love it. Beautiful. All right. Now we're going to be on to the next part here, which is now that we kind of understand what a system is and how an AI system is very kind of startlingly in parallel with our solar system, with the largest thing that's keeping all of us together here. Now that we understand that, now let's diagnose. Where do you have a break in your system and which, which one of those components needs to be fixed? And then I'm going to show you actually how that connects then to the actual components within Claude, which we talked about in the very beginning. All right, cool, let's do it. All right, boom, we're in here again. So, Symptoms 1. I am now Dr. Dominic, and we're going to go through, uh, the different symptoms that you may be having, and then I'll tell you, uh, what your systematic disease is. All right. So, systems, symptoms 01. First is you're optimizing things that don't matter. I don't mean for you to call yourself out here, but call yourself out here. This is called calling in. All right. Something I've learned recently. I'm not going to call people out. I'm going to call in and just call into myself and see what's going on with me first. So if you would call in, please, and put a thumbs up or a thumbs down if you can do that on Zoom. If one of these things relates to you when I say it. Okay, first, are you optimizing things that don't matter? Are you feeling like you're constantly working, you're doing busy work, you're always doing something, but it just seems like once you build that thing, it doesn't actually have like a direct impact on your end outcome? Like, what are you even— what are you working for, right? Does anybody feel that way, even a little bit? You can just do You can do this. Yeah, just a little bit. All right. Do you feel like your workflows might feel disconnected from each other? Right? So like you go over here and make content one day and then you'll go over here and like do some outreach and communications, but how you're doing outreach and communications and the people that you're trying to reach out to and talk to, you realize like it doesn't actually have any correlation with maybe the content that you're making or the product that you sell might be a little bit different from how you're actually communicating it through your content. And then when you try to talk to people or do outreach or something like that, like the connection isn't quite clear between those, you're like what you're saying online and then what your product is. Does anybody feel like that little bit of disconnection between like what they're building and what they're doing and then like, you know, all the different departments? Does anybody, anybody feel that way? At all. And by the way, I'm going to raise my hand for all of these because I had these problems. I was literally, I was going through this. I have started many businesses, right? Most entrepreneurs start many businesses and fail a lot of them because they've been through these problems right here. They've had systems that they thought were systems that just like didn't quite work and they were disconnected. So my hand is up for all of these. I can only call this out because I could call it in.
Okay.
I've dealt with these before. For? Okay, you can't answer what is this for if you're— if you were working on any given thing in your business and somebody— I walked up to you, I was like, peace, fam, what is that for? What are you doing? And you might say, oh, well, it's so I can get more followers. But if I asked you again, okay, what do you get more followers for? And then, okay, what is it once you get more followers? And what is that for? And then, you know, so on and so on. Where does that lead if I ask you why 5 times? Where does that lead? What is your— what's your actual end, end goal here? What, what's, you know, what's going on? Okay, these are symptom set number 1. Does anybody feel that they have these?
Any of them?
Some of you? Yes, thank you. Thank you for being with me and being honest. I appreciate you. If so, if you fall into this category, then what you're missing is the sun. You're missing the purpose. And this is going to take some meditation, some praying, some sitting with yourself, some trying to really figure out like, what is the purpose here of what I'm doing? You probably have, you know, workflows and systems, and you're doing work, and things seem to be like, you know, like progressing, but they're not actually going towards any particular thing. Your planets are just like kind of off in a different thing. They're not actually orbiting the same purpose. Right? So if you had any of those problems, it's really good to sit with yourself and figure out then what is the, what is the purpose of what I'm doing? What is that end goal? And it really should be like one sentence, just one sentence about what is the purpose of this thing? Okay. I'm not asking you to figure out your life purpose, but what is the purpose of the business that you are building this system for?
All right.
Next. All right, Dr. Dominic here. Um, seems like you have, uh, 3 problems here, and we need to figure out what that is. So first, do you feel like you're doing the same thing every week and the results haven't improved? Does anybody feel that way? Like you are constantly working, but it's just not like— it's, it's not getting you to the place where you thought it would. You're being consistent, Everybody told you be consistent, do the thing, and you're doing the thing, you're being consistent, but it's just not actually making you progress. You might be posting all the time, but none of the posts are getting more love, or you're doing so much outreach and you're out, you're doing your sales process every day, but nobody's buying that thing. Does that feel— maybe, maybe you don't know what's working or why something is broke. Let's say you do post a piece of content, it goes viral. Or you do do a sales outreach and it lands. One of them lands, but you're like, why did that one work and all the other ones didn't? I don't get that. Or why did all of this stuff work but then a few of these over here broke? You might have like a 60/40 success/failure relationship here, and like you don't really understand why it's 60/40, or you know, whatever it is. You don't know why something's broke or, or why something is actually working, right? Maybe we put our hands up for there if you feel me on that. And the second one is if you've ever hired somebody, I'm sorry, third one, if you've ever hired somebody or you've built an AI teammate, but every time they come in, they just start from scratch. It's like you have to build, you have to like raise a baby every single time that you have somebody new join your team. Does anybody feel that way? Anybody who's gotten to the, to this stage of hiring or building teammates? Yes, thank you, thank you. If that's the case, if that's you, then you're missing feedback. You're missing the accretion part. That accretion is you're not actually able to accumulate or grow because there's no information that's coming back to you. You're doing the same thing, but every time you do that thing, there's not a feedback loop. In that case scenario, all you have is a process. You don't have a system. So a system has to have feedback so that the next time it comes around, it knows what it did wrong or right, and then it can change and pivot and do something better the next time. And then when you go around that process and you do that loop of output, or I guess in this case scenario, it's getting input, and then, right, like the AI is getting input. It's doing its thing, it gives you an output, it gets posted or published or builds a thing, and then that's it. Then it just stops. Well, how would you be able to improve that system at all? You wouldn't. It's just a linear string that's just going to keep repeating like this over and over and over again, but there's no way for it to circle back here. That's what you need. You need for this end part to circle back to you so that you can then understand how to improve upon the process on those next steps, the next go-around, right? So if you feel like you're doing the same thing consistently but you're not improving, or you don't know why something's working or not working, or everybody starts from scratch every time they enter, then you're missing feedback, and you need to find a way to get feedback on your outputs. All right, symptoms number 3. Does every cycle start from zero? So every time you go around this loop, you just start at zero again. You got to start from scratch every single time. Maybe that's in your content, or when you do your outreach, you're writing emails or whatever, you feel like you just start over every single time. Maybe your best insights, you might be a genius, but all of it is just in your head. Everything, all these ideas, all the processes, everything that you know needs to happen to run your business. And you might be doing it really well. You might actually be running your business and doing really well in life, but all of it is up here. All of it is in your head. Nobody else would be able to understand how to do it. AI wouldn't be able to understand how you do it, even if you built one, because everything that you know about what you run is in your head. Yeah, that's a big one.
100%.
That's a big one. We, we all live up here a little bit too much as well. And because of that, it leads into system to this third symptom here, which is you can't hand that workflow to then somebody else to do it. That means you can never delegate. And if you can't delegate, that means you can't grow. So if you can't delegate and you can't grow, then that definitely means that you are a victim here of symptom number 3. All right, so can I get some hands up for people who might be in this boat right here? This is, this is our boat number 3. Yeah, yeah, I see a lot of activity there. Yep. Well, if that's the case, you're actually in the perfect place. It's probably why you're here is because you're missing your workflow agents. You're missing the planets themselves. You might have a very strong purpose within. You hold everything within, but But when it comes to actually trying to like delegate things and like, you know, grow the business itself and make it beyond you, as you know, sometimes we want to do, we want to be in control of everything. But if you're not allowing those things to expand beyond yourself, then you need to at least hire some people. I guess that's also a solution here is you can hire people, but that's not what I'm here for. I'm here for AI Mastery. So in that case scenario, you are missing workflow agents. You're missing these agents that understand your business. They have all of those ideas that are in your head, and they have it. They understand how those processes work. Your AI agents understand the different departments and areas of your business so they can make connections together. And because now you have something that has its own system, its own mass, its own entity within your business, it can start to learn over time and do some of that work for you, and it is going to solve those those 3 symptoms. You're not going to be starting from zero every time. You're not going to be scattered with all of your notes. They'll be organized, and you'll have somebody who actually knows what those things are. Okay, system 4— symptoms 4, sorry. Your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing. It might be flipped to you, so I might look really silly right there if I am. Your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing. Is that you? Basically what I mean by that is this department doesn't know what this department's doing. Your marketing department doesn't know what your sales department's doing. Your sales department doesn't know what your HR department's doing. Your HR department doesn't know what your marketing team is doing. So on, right? Um, your finance department doesn't understand your content. It's like, that's really important. So does anybody have that where your departments feel just a little bit like stretched? Question. They, they don't feel connected. Do you have to manually transfer information between workflows? So basically you have to be the connector between everything. If your product team over here is building a thing, but then your content team doesn't have that stuff, you've got to manually go over here, talk to them, figure out what it is, and then communicate it over here to the content team so they can make the right content about what you're actually building. And then you have to talk about, you know, the right things in your content and make sure those things are aligned with what you're talking about to the people you're selling to or your partnership outreach or whatever. Does anybody deal with that where you have to manually talk about everything between people and it's just disconnected? And because of that, then opportunities fall between the cracks, right? You might have some sales and really good stuff that's coming into your content, but nobody over here in sales knows about it. So they're not able to lean on a lot of the things in the messaging that's working over here on content. Or, you know, maybe a lot of people are giving you feedback about the product that you're building, but your product team doesn't even know that. So they missed a feature that they're supposed to build or an offer that you're supposed to give your clients that they don't even know about because there was a missing communication. Does anybody feel like they deal with that a little bit? It? Any hands up at all? Does anybody feel like they deal with that? A lesser group. If so, you're missing connections. If you are missing this, it's good that it's a small group of people because it's actually so easy to fix that. You simply have to make connections and have a single hub. So you have to have somewhat of a hub of truth, which for me it's like, um, you know, a Google Drive. For Mindvalley, I knew— I know that they use, uh, Airtable a lot, and I know they've showed you things about that so far. You need connections. You need every department of your business to be connected to a single hub in one place. Okay, that is very important. So everybody take a breath with me after going to the doctor. I know it's hard. I know it's hard getting diagnosed with all these problems. I know it's hard getting told you got so much wrong with you, but luckily you do have Mindvalley, Dr. Dominic Mr. Grateful here to help you build the solutions to these problems to the AI mastery. So take one big deep breath with me so that we can settle into that energy and understand that our problems can be solved. Thank you. We're here. All right. Now that we understand those problems, let me show you how those actually connect into what we build in Claude, the application on our desktop that I told you about earlier. Okay. I want to give you at least an overview here and a demonstration of when you have one certain, a certain problem there that it can easily be solved within one of these, you know, within one of these AI agents that lives within Claude. Okay. So let's dive into that and let me show you what we have going on. All right. I'm going to go back to my keynote real quick just so you can see this. We're going to go into Claude, of course. But let me just show you this first so that you can understand, like, where these things are supposed to be. All right, so the project here, we're going to be looking at 5 different things within here. I'm going to go over them briefly, but first is the project. The project here is where our purpose is going to live. All right, it's going to be the Sun. Our skills, which I did show you earlier, the skills then are that repeatable process. It is the— it's the planet. It's, it's like like, it's like the orbital path of the planet. It's the, it's the planet itself, really. It's kind of like a part of the system within the planet, okay? And then you have a learnings file, and within that learnings file is basically what allows that planet to start accumulating mass and accumulating intelligence over time. Then we're going to have our scheduled tasks. Now, our scheduled task is the orbit, right? It just keeps going around. Day turns into night, night turns into day repeatedly every single time. You don't have to schedule in the sun to rise. You do not have to schedule the lunar cycles. They just happen, right? That— well, you don't— I'm sorry, you don't have to tell the sun to rise. Uh, it's just on its own schedule, right? So in this case scenario, you give a schedule to, um, to your planets, and they're going to orbit on their own on repeat without you having to tell it every single time, right? That's the big differentiator as well between having a chat and then having an AI agent. And then fifth is your Google Sheets. So this Google Sheets, I love to use these as the connection point. So this, this is what actually allows everything to operate and get that feedback back and forth. And personally, I have like a, you know, it's like a hub of truth and it is the Google Sheet here. So without further ado, let me just dive in here and show you where each of those things is within Claude. And then in the classes, when we get into those, we'll actually be able to like build these things together, which I am so excited about because I've been loving this. This came out in January actually. So it's very young. It's still in beta, but it has been so fun to work with. It's not perfect every time, but it just is going to get better and better and better and better and better and better and better.
Okay.
So first, here in Cowork, let me show you then first, the first thing, which was the sun. Now the sun here is going to be in your projects. So if you click right here on create your first project, I wish I could make all of this bigger for you all so you can see this here. Let me zoom in again.
All right.
How's that? That might be a little bit better for you. So right here in projects, we can click on the plus sign. And when we click on a plus sign, we can create, uh, you know, start from scratch. And these instructions here is exactly where we're going to put our sun, which is our purpose. Okay, so within my projects, I believe I have one over here for the Sacred Act, which is one of my things. Yes. And if we look at this, I can click edit details and we can see the description here. Period. Build the app to $5 million ARR. Wow, I had $5. It was about Give me a terrible business. $5 million ARR by Q4 of 2027. That's the purpose. That's the only goal. That is exactly what every AI agent within that project is supposed to be working towards. Okay. That is what everything orbits around is making sure that this app makes that much money every single year by a certain date. We have a specific goal. That's what we're aiming towards. That's the purpose of every single one of these AI agents. It doesn't matter if you're in content, if you're in finance, if you're in sales, if you're in marketing, if you are in any, if you're in, you know, outreach, if you're in product development, doesn't matter. The goal here is $5 million ARR for every single one of those planets. Okay. So in the project here, that's where I put that because I can then take each of those different AI agent chats that I have and put it in that project. So it is informed about that goal. Every single time. Okay, the next thing that we have to look at is our skills. Now, those skills is the planet itself, kind of, right? So if we come here to Cowork and we're in our customized section here, if we go to skills, each one of these is a skill that my AI agent has. So I have to zoom out. I'm really sorry. I know it's a lot of text. Um, actually, no, I don't. Here we go. So each one of these skills that I created here, we have partnership outreach, which is its own skill. We have the sacred act, contemplative content. This is that AI agent, the teammate I showed you the other day that consistently just creates content for X, right? We have feedback. These are all the different skills that our planets or our AI agent teammates have that allow it to consistently have its own system going on and working on the inside. So that every single time it can repeat, it can operate, it can have its own rotational point on its own axis, right? It can have its own system, repeatable processes that create its own internal system that's repeatable and consistent every single time. All right. Yes. And then the next thing that we have here is our learnings file. So within— and let me— how do I show you this? Okay. So we have a learnings file basically that actually lives on our computer and what I call it is the hub of truth. Okay, so if I come here to choose a different folder, you'll actually be able to see what I'm talking about. I'm actually going to go to the file itself. Oh, you can't see that. It doesn't pop up for you when I, when I open that up. Okay, um, how about this? How about I just stop screen sharing and I share my entire screen with you so you can see it? Let me do that. I'm going to share everything. Here's Desktop 1. If you can see this, Yes.
All right.
Within my files here, what we have on my local files is I have a Claude HQ and this right here is our hub of truth. So this right here is our development hub. And if we look at this, you're able to see that this right here is the learnings file of every single time that something happens within the content, it comes here and it's able to— I'm sorry, this is for the feedback specifically. So this is a learning file. So every single time it logs a new piece of feedback in this department, it's able to learn from that. So over time, it's able to make connections. These things aren't scattered out across a bunch of different chats, right? They're all in one place. So this AI is able to go here to this learning center document and see what is happening over time. And what happens over time, maybe there's repeated feedback, multiple pieces of feedback actually give the same advice, or we're seeing that there's a similar sentiment around how people are talking about the application, whatever. Maybe there's more bugs than there are actual performance issues. These are the types of learnings that can be discovered because we have a hub of truth here. This is that learning file that the AI is going to be able to accumulate information and learn over time. And the more of this information it gets, then the more we can actually understand what's happening within the business. Then we can make those connections. There's not going to be any more of those opportunities or things like falling through the cracks. We're going to really understand what is happening on a large scale. And the more of this information we get, the more intelligent it gets. And then the more information we're actually able to hold and communicate and make neural connections. From, right? Okay. The third piece here, I'm sorry, the fourth piece.
Where is it at?
The fourth piece here is our scheduled tasks, right? So this is when the, uh, those AI agents are able to work without you. All right. So, and I just went over this in the beginning, but these are those scheduled tasks. So for example, every day at 9 AM, uh, I'm sorry, every other day at 9 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays. Is it is going to do some outreach for me. These are the scheduled tasks. So we can actually come here to new task and just type in exactly, you know, what skill it is supposed to use. And let's say, uh, you know, we need the notes filer here or the Sacred ACT images. And then this one is supposed to, you know, generate pictures every single day at the same time that is in accordance to one of our content campaigns, for example. And then we can hit frequency here and set how often it's supposed to do that. In this way, we don't have to babysit the AIs. We can tell the AI, hey, use this skill, do this thing repeatedly at this time, and now it's in orbit and you can expect that sun to come up at the same time every single day without having to worry about it again. Right? Yes. And then that last thing here is that Google Sheets. This is the connection. So in the connection here, If I come here to any of the new cowork chats here, I can hit that plus and I can make sure that all of my connectors are here. So every single AI agent, all of the planets, they're all held together by the same gravitational force, the same space, right? They're all connected through the fact that they're all in the same space. That's what our connectors allow. So our connectors will allow us to connect to our Gmail, our calendar, our Supabase, which is where I hold all of the information for my application. This is where all the user data is stored. Our Figma, our Drive, everything is connected in one space so that every AI agent is able to understand the connections between all of the others. They're not solo, they're not isolated, they're all connected.
Okay.
Beautiful, everybody. Yo, in these AI Mastery classes, what I'm going to show you is exactly how to actually build all of that out. So how do you build the system? How do you build the, um, how do you build those connectors? How do you build the skills? How do you build those AI agents and make sure all everything is connecting and flowing and working as it should, turning your nebula into this beautiful solar system that we have, uh, made this very clear, uncanny, um, parallel to. And I am so excited to get into the AI Mastery with you so that we can build these things out together. Shout out to everybody who was there last year and the previous years. Shout out to everybody who was here yesterday for the pre-recorded class. Thank you for your patience and your grace. I love you very much. I'm very thankful. I become a better student and professor every time that I'm here. You make me better just as I make you better. I'm very grateful for you. Thank you for spending this time with me. Shout out to Mindvalley and our beautiful host. It's been lovely. Peace.
What a way to close it out. Thank you so much, Dominic. I really appreciate it. So awesome to have you live this time too, which is even better. And man, the backgrounds, man, the prerecorded and the live backgrounds are just like— I want to learn how to have AI create that for me. That's insane. Listen, guys, 3 days ago, Some of you were using AI like a slightly smarter search engine. We all done it. We've all been there. No judgment. And somewhere between then and now, something changed. So let's just take a moment and actually name what happened. All the way back on day 1, you mapped your vision. You found your freedom number. You identified the tasks that were quietly draining you, the ones that were never supposed to be yours in the first place. Vishen showed you the brain, Vikantas connected it to your inbox, and Manan built a brand called Rooftop Royals from absolutely nothing in under an hour. Day 2, Daniel blew us away when he told you the truth about what's changing and why moving first matters. And Dominic showed you what an AI teammate actually looks like when it's fully onboarded. Noel built out the AI workforce architecture, and 4 real people— Joe, Natalia, Yasmin, and Emilian— sat right where you're sitting and told you what their lives look like now. Today, Sean, absolutely incredible, reframed everything. Not tools, systems. Not chatting with AI, delegating to it. And then Noelle came back and did something I've genuinely never seen done live before. She took the brand that man installed that he built on day one, the Rooftop Royals, and built an entire business around it inside of a single conversation, a complete operating system live in front of all of us. That is the method. All 5 steps, and now you carry it with you. Now, I started this weekend by telling you about my 40-page Google Doc. You guys remember that? All that brilliant output, all the paralysis, all the proof of everything I hadn't done, done yet staring back at me in a single space from the screen. And I want to close by telling you what's on the other side of that story. The same curiosity, the same willingness to feed AI everything about who I am and what I'm building. And when it gets pointed at the right problems with the right foundation underneath it, well, we've seen it answers my most medically sensitive customer questions without burning through my day. It helped me walk into investor rooms sharp sharper and more prepared than I'd ever been. It built my financial model when I had no idea where to start. And it did all that because I stopped collecting and started building a real system. And the difference between my 40-page Google Doc and all of that is the system. And now you have all 5 steps of the method that created it in your arsenal. So on behalf of the entire Mindvalley team, Vishen, Noel, Manan, Daniel, Sean, Vikintas, and Dominic, every single person who poured themselves into these 3 days, thank you. It's been an honor and a privilege to spend this time with you, to hear your stories, to witness your ahas, and to watch you take the first meaningful steps into making your vision a reality. So thank you. Thank you for showing up, for staying, for doing the work even when your brain was completely full and your time zone was it was absolutely brutal, you still showed up. You didn't come here to learn about AI, you came here because somewhere, maybe quietly, maybe loudly, you knew there was a better way. But before you go, I want to do one last thing together. So here's what I want you to do. Grab all your notes from the last 3 days. I don't care if they're electronic notes or they're on paper or they're in a notebook or whatever they are. Everything that you wrote down there, everything you circled, everything that landed for you. I'm gonna take just a couple of minutes, and I really want you to make this real for yourself. I don't want this to be something that just becomes, you know, shelf help as they call it, just goes on a shelf and is never seen again. So let's take a couple minutes right now and go through all of it, and I want you to circle everything that you see that is a to-do, something you actually want to go implement. So if we could turn on some music for a couple minutes, and I want you guys to go through your notes and circle everything that is a to-do, anything that you actually want to implement. Take that time for yourself right now, please. You'll thank me. All right, and you did it, right? You actually went through and circled everything. You didn't just like take a pause and pretend. Okay, good. So now here's what I want you to do. I want you to take that list that you just made and I want you to whittle those down to 3. What are the first 3 things that you're going to do? Okay, this is really, really important. What are the first 3 things you're gonna do? Take another 30 seconds or so, go through that list and circle those for me as well. All right, fantastic. Now last thing we're gonna do here is I want you to do something that's probably the most important part, is put a timeline next to each one. Because here's what I've learned, and I know you've all experienced this too. If you don't have a plan for Monday, you you don't have a plan. A day becomes a week, a week becomes a month, a month becomes a year, and then you have no idea where all the time went. So look at that list. Really take it in. You have your plan of attack now, but if you're staring at it and you're feeling that familiar thing, that mix of excitement and overwhelm, that, you know, I know what I need to do, but I'm not entirely sure how to get there feeling, we've all been there, it can be really disorienting. I want you to know that's not a sign that you didn't get enough out of this week. It was a lot. It's a sign that you're ready for the next level of support. So our team is on standby right now, and I don't want you to leave here with any questions that you should have asked. Don't go out there and try to do this alone when you don't have to. It's definitely not too late. Just because you missed the welcome celebration doesn't mean you have to miss the next 4 months and these incredible teachers and this amazing community that we have inside of AI Mastery. So let's free your Fridays together. Don't go build this alone if you don't have to, and we'll see you on the other side. Take care, guys.
