Vishen Lakhiani and Kadi Oya introduce the event location (referred to as Kulturi/Kulturi Katel), note that heavy security is in place because an EU event with leaders (named in transcript) is happening nearby, and provide a brief behind-the-scenes glimpse including B-roll footage.

So we're standing here as close as we can get to Kulthuri Kartel, which is the location of Mindvalley U. I'm here with Kadi Oya from Mindvalley Estonia. Now, we want to get you closer, but if you. If you look over there, you'll see that this area is having crazy tight security right now because there's an EU event happening here. Angela Mackell, Emmanuel Macron, they are there right now today. And Kadi, why did we get such a prestigious high security place?
Well, first of all, obviously, it is the very, very interesting, cool place in Estonia. And that's why all the leaders from Europe have decided to select this place to gather here as well. And it's a historical industrial building and it looks really, really cool. So you will see when you will be here what I'm talking about.
We wanted to go for the best now, because we can't get any closer because of the tight security. What we're going to do is we got permission to roll this video from Kulturi Cartel to give you a glimpse behind the scenes.
