This is a short YouTube transcript excerpt (speaker: Amanda) in which Amanda, approaching age 53, attributes her strong health markers not to exercise, cosmetic procedures, or conventional anti-aging practices but to what she calls "exquisite emotional hygiene." She explains she annually gets blood work, avoids Botox/fillers/hair coloring, and teaches emotional hygiene as a method to transform emotional baggage into energy that fuels relationships and success.

I don't work out. And I know that probably someone's going to come up to me after this, talk about my bone density. And I've got to work on that for future. Because if I fall and break my hip, I'll probably die after that because the recovery is never good. I know. My husband tries to remind me of this, too. I know I'm going to get there. But I had my blood work done. I do my blood work every year for my birthday. I'm about to be 53. I've never done. Thank you. I don't do Botox. I don't do fillers. I obviously don't color my hair. I. I had my implants taken out. I'm very natural. I had my blood test done, and what she said to me is, amanda, you are some kind of an enigma. I don't understand. It actually doesn't make sense at almost 53 that your numbers are this good. And I said to her, Dr. Thompson, it's because my emotional hygiene is exquisite. And it is. And that's what I teach. I teach emotional hygiene in a way that doesn't spiritually bypass the hard stuff that goes right in and alchemizes all of the fossil fuel, all of the tar pumping in your bloodstream, and turns it into renewable energy so you can create abundance from that in your relationships, in your business, in your bank account, in your bedroom. But we. Otherwise, we're just performing.
