This short transcript is from the YouTube video "Picture Perfect | The Art of Looking Good in Photos" (Vishen Lakhiani). Speaker A argues that being photogenic is a learnable skill—not an innate trait—and describes their decade of experience helping clients become confident on camera, framing this work as part of a Mindvalley initiative to teach posing, comfort in front of the lens, and personal-brand presentation. Speaker B briefly underscores the value of photos as fleeting memories. The segment sets an intention to create an inner experience that leads to confident outer expression.

You know, the reason why people sometimes screen gentle photos of themselves is very simple. They usually are convinced that they are not photogenic enough. Being photogenic is a skill anyone can learn how to be photogenic, how to be sexy on camera. And you know, in my 10 years of working with the clients from all walks of life, I have only become reassured that everyone can be great on camera. Being photogenic is not a quality. It's not a trait you're born with. A lot of people convince themselves that they are not good on camera, that they are not camera friendly. But in this era you have or you are trying to establish a personal brand, looking great on camera is an essential part of it. I love to photograph people. I love to show them how good they look like. I love to help them to fall in love with themselves, with their own image. And that's what inspired me to make this quest with mindvalley. To help you to overcome the challenge of not knowing how to pose, how to be in front of the camera, how to be comfortable in your own skin, no matter the lens, no matter the photographer, no matter the set. My intention with this mindmailiquest is to give you an inner experience, to create a bridge to confident outer expression.
Life is about memories and the moment, and it's fleeting.
You can never get it back.
But photography has the power to tell the story and to capture that moment in your life that can last forever. So how about we do it right?
