See Yourself in a New Light with Mirror Work | Rachel Pringle

Rachel Pringle guides a mirror-work ritual for self-forgiveness and connecting with your inner child. You look yourself in the eye and say three things: I see you, I forgive you, I love you. It takes a minute and works anywhere, even while brushing your teeth.

All of us in the entire world need more forgiveness. And forgiveness always starts with ourselves. So today's ritual is about coming into deep, profound contact with our true inner self. This is one of my absolutely favorite things to do. And the beautiful thing about this tool and ritual is that you can do it any time of day, anywhere. While you're in the car, while you're passing a mirror at home, while you're brushing your teeth. Taking a moment to look deeply into your own eyes and remind the you, the little girl inside of you that is yearning for your own love. That you've got her. That you're here for her. That you've got her through everything. That you love her. That you see her, receive her, hear her. It is one of the most profound tools that you will ever bring into your life. And I'm so excited to do it with you. All right, my loves, let's practice remembering to bring your intention in. For this ritual. What are you focusing on? If at any point you feel slight resistance, just take a deep breath and come back to your eyes. The window to your soul. First, start off just by saying hi. Hi. Gently repeating the rest of the mantras after me. I see you. I see you. I'm here for you now. I'm sorry if you've ever felt alone. You are never alone. I hear you. I am listening to you. I receive you. I believe in you. I forgive you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for any moments where I hurt you. I'm sorry for any moments when I didn't listen to you. I am here for you now. I love you. I love you. I love. I love you. I love you. You are worthy of love. You are undeniably lovable. Your soul is completely pure. You are always supported and loved. I see you. I'm here for you. I love you. I love you. I love you. Taking a deep breath into that big sigh. Feeling this deep connection that you've created. And now, if you feel ready, lean into the mirror and give yourself a kiss. While looking into your own eyes with the internal mantra, I love you. Feeling the tenderness and sweetness of this connection. Reminding ourselves that we are never alone. That the inner beloved is always yearning for deeper connection. And you have access to her in every single moment. It.
