Soothing Morning Meditation To Awaken Your Body And Mind With Love

Welcome everyone to this group immersion. I'm Elena Bensonov. I'm here to guide you all through a beautiful morning meditation. To help awaken every part of your being and provide a safe container of love for all of us to begin embracing the gift of this day. Find a quiet space where you could sit or lie down during this meditation. Honor what is comfortable for your own body. Allow your hands to rest on your lap or by your sides. Close your eyes. Let's inhale deeply together now and exhale completely, knowing that each cycle of breath assists your body in releasing and clearing out old energies. Inhale again and exhale fully. We are partnering with our breath to thank the body for bringing fresh oxygen to every cell. With your next breath, release any tension in your face, neck, shoulders, arms, all the way down to your fingertips. Inhale and exhale. Now focus on releasing any tension in your chest, back, abdomen and hips. Inhale and trust that your body knows what to do. Let's begin our visualization and imagine that you are sitting in an elaborate banquet hall of a castle. We're all together in this ornate room, seated in plush high backed chairs at a round table. We're dressed in magnificent garments, silk and satin robes, all colors and designs. Imagine what yours looks like. What does the fabric feel like on your skin? You are completely comfortable and feel as if you've just just had a morning at the spa after a perfect night's sleep and now you've come to commune with beloved friends. You gaze around the room and take in the high ceilings, marble statues and intricate stained glass windows on every wall. The floor is covered with decorative rugs. Wisps of your favorite incense dance through the air and you notice there is some mysterious crystal orbs floating around the room. There is one particularly large one, a crystal ball at the center of the table where we're all sitting. You look around the table at one another and smile. Maybe you recognize someone in particular and share and knowing glance. The energy around you is pure love and support. The sun is rising outside and rays of light dances through the room in rainbows from stained glass windows. The ritual for greater connection to source has begun. Collectively, we join hands and set the intention to live our light. As we create this powerful chain of intention. The sunlight comes through the window at just the right angle to beam through the floating crystals around the room. The crystals transform and transmute the light to create rainbow beams that enter the crystal ball in the center of the table. Within our circle. As we hold the intention to live our light, the rainbows swirl within the crystal ball and threads of golden light begin to emerge from it until they form an incredible three dimensional flower of life. The sacred geometry symbol that contains all patterns of creation. The coding of consciousness. As you take in this awe inspiring sight, you feel a warm tingling sensation run up your spine, through your arms and hands, legs and feet, up to the crown of your head, activating your third eye. As the sunlight transmutes and transforms through crystals into the magical flower of life, so too does our sacred circle of joined hands send and receive the frequency of love, creating a powerful marriage of energies. Love and light together united with intention, we're connected to source energy and reawaken to remember the secret language of light, the legacy of our cosmic ancestors. Our collective third eye opens with intensity of purpose. Together, we witness the flower of life shape shift into a glittering pyramid. Throughout the cosmos, the pyramid structure represents a great unity of divine energies. We receive imprints of wisdom from this shape, from a form that has been working with humanity since the very beginning, embodying immense power beyond our comprehension on this planet. It then duplicates and spins, connecting and forming a star shape also known as the Merkaba, an ancient figure representing the human being at their ultimate state. Totally free, the Merkabah unlocks an energy gate of information for us to download. Feel your third eye light up, receiving this frequency and integrating it into the divine library within. You are suddenly aware that the cells in your body contain the entire history of the universe. And each of us have been led here to this moment by a divine plan. We are here to live our light together and help awaken this intention across the globe. Now a final symbol appears to us. A spiral. You receive a very important message from this shape. The message is, you may have been living life as if a grain of sand is slipping through an hourglass at each moment, but in fact, time is actually a spiral of golden stardust, infinite and omniscient. Visualize yourself within this swirling, shimmering vortex of time. You now understand that the journey into yourself is unending and the journey outside yourself is unending. Time moves through us and through many manifestations, guides us to recover what has been lost. Feel how special and incredible you are just by existing here and now in this vortex center, you're aware that there is so much more to your story, to our story. We're all part of the divine Spiral. Know that these symbols are more than just a sign or a hieroglyph carved in stone. They are manifestations of the language of light that have a life and purpose of their own. When a symbol aligns with you, it is a sacred partnership. It is important to know if you have dreamt of certain geometric forms or see certain symbols reappearing in your day to day life. It is an indication they're working with you now. Within the spiral, an energy gate opens to gift each of us with a special sign. A way to connect with a specific symbol that will help give you the courage to live your light. Even when it seems very difficult. Your sign is established and shown to you. Now. What do you see when you see this symbol? From now on, you know you are on the right path. This sign is imprinted to your divine library. Don't be afraid to ask for signs to be revealed. As you go through life, your higher self, angels and guides want to help light the way for you. Now the spiral of golden stardust dissipates and you return to the awareness that you are around the table with the crystal ball in the center, holding hands with each other. We have all reached a new level of spiritual attainment and we want to share the light we've downloaded with the world. Together, hand in hand, we summon a fantastic cosmic wave of loving light to transmute through the crystal, beaming up and up through the castle ceiling. A pillar of light glowing up to space as beacon of hope. We then shower the light down across the planet, picturing the Earth being showered in white sparkles across all continents and oceans, through the atmosphere and into the Earth core. The sparkling white light ignites sparks of love that every person on the planet can feel emanate from their heart. Now take a deep inhale together and let out in a deep sigh as we release hands. Return to our seats as we express gratitude to each other for being here today. Become aware of your body. Now move your fingers and toes and make a figure eight with your nose as you move your neck, feeling the special power activated within you. Open your eyes and take in the room. Feeling awake and ready to take on the day as a constant extension. The light you saw here today. You're motivated to live your light today and every day.
