We listen and then we learn. Because I want to make the moment all about you. When I find out about you, I know how to add value to your life. When I find out about you, I know the pain or the gain that you have in your life when I find out about you. So I'm leaning in. I'm listening. I'm learning. So when you learn and gather that information, you confirm it so that you affirm them and that you validate that you heard everything that they said. We just want to be heard.
