The Funnest Mindvalley University Video Ever & Tips on How To Do Mindvalley University | Skip Kelly

This is a spoken transcript of a Mindvalley University video segment featuring Skip Kelly giving informal, energetic advice to attendees. Key messages: embrace new experiences (a deliberate "yes" experiment), prioritize quality connections and presence, attend classes (including those you think you won't like), listen to your body (take breaks or alone time when needed), and be open to deep social interaction (hugs, finding your people). The tone is playful, encouraging, and experiential.

1,000 year old friend. 1,100 or 1,000? 1,000. 1,000 people from in the Pola. Yes. Holiday. Holiday. Yes. What you're looking for? We've been waiting we won't wait no more. Every season, every memory made all the dreaming let us here too today can you see it? We got a beautiful story every moment on and on. We got a beautiful story and we've only just begun. The best is yet to come. The best is yet to come. Never found my heartbeats so wild. While the sunset sets the night on fire. You and me here and it feels alright. We got a beautiful story every moment on and on. We got a beautiful story and we've only just begun. The best is yet to come. The best is yet to come. Hello. Hi. Hi. No. Amazing. I like it. I like it. So smart. We got a beautiful. Ever had a moment where you feel like you're unf withable or you can feel yourself busting through a brawl? Or you know that you've actually just gone way beyond the culturescape now and you've got that moment? That moment. Any moment, actually. Actually, any single moment, any moment is an opportunity to raise your energy. Right, guys? Hi. Welcome to Mindvalleyu. So this month you're gonna try out so many new experiences. Don't hold back. Even if you've never done it before, just go ahead, have fun. Because these memories are going to stay with you forever. Bye. When you're at Mindvalleyu, just make sure you connect with a lot of people. And when it comes to the connections, go for quality over quantity. Prioritize being at your best state so you can show up at your best. Being in Flo will be a better experience for you. And for what you bring up for everyone, always go to class, even the ones you don't think you're going to like. Because it turns out the ones that you don't think you're going to like are going to be the most interesting because you know nothing about them, which means you can learn everything about them. In the last couple years, I've gotten really, really great at saying no to lots of things in my life. No to people that don't empower me. No to opportunities that I'm not super excited about. And so this month at Mindvalley University, I just decided everything was going to be a yes. Boat trips, yacht trips, island parties, whatever people want to do. If I have the time, I will say yes to those things. To just do a little yes experiment and find out. What do you think, Kyle? Yes, Sa. This is what you think boat trips look like. This is what boat trips are like. Listen to your body, your mind, your spirit. You don't have to go to everything. It's okay if you miss some things. Just check in with yourself and make sure that you're good and you're always coming from cup fuller and overflowing. Can I swear? Yeah. Have a lot of fucking fun. Really try to find your people. The fact is, you are an mvu, so everybody is your people. But find the special few that you can make a deeper connection with. Connect with the people, talk to the people and see what's going on outside the main events and be there. Show up. I think Mindvalley University can be so intense, and sometimes you just feel like you need some time to reflect and stay by yourself. Do that. Take the time, reflect a bit, and then go back in the crowd and get energized. Be inspired. So many. All right, JG Pro tip. The person that you are talking to at MBU is the person you are meant to be talking to. Don't worry that you're not. You're missing out by not talking to somebody else. The person you're talking to is the person you are meant to be talking to. Be present, be grounded. Learn everything you can that you could possibly know about them, and your experience will be amazing. Be prepared for hugs and lots of them. And when you have to go to the bathroom, put your head down because you won't be able to get through the crowd without getting a bunch of hugs. Okay, guys, I'm gonna drive you, okay? Are you filming me eating? Yes, he's totally filming me. Eat right now. It.
