Trailer-style conversation between Vishen Lakhiani and Robin Sharma promoting Robin’s Mindvalley masterclass "The Genius Formula." Robin argues that genius is shaped more by habits, core beliefs, daily routines, social circles, and environments than by genetics; clarity of purpose enables mastery and ‘making luck.’ The clip emphasizes that change is difficult initially, messy during the process, and rewarding at the end. The video functions as an endorsement/introduction to practical personal-growth shifts.

Genius is less about genetics, and it's more about your habits, and it's more about your core beliefs, your daily routines, the people that you are around, and the environments that you are in. You're right. You're absolutely right. This has even made me rethink how I structure my company and our meetings. God damn it, you're good.
