A speaker (Vishen Lakhiani) argues that ~90% of app ideas fail because creators either build unneeded products or products users won’t pay for. He advocates releasing ideas quickly using no-code tools to test with real users, learn which features matter, iterate fast, and either kill or evolve the product based on actual usage data rather than assumptions.

Who has some idea of an application that you would like to release. Okay, quite a lot of people. I'll make you Sad because in 90% of cases probably this idea will fail. Why? Because either overall you build something that people don't need or maybe people need but they are not ready to pay for it and then you don't have a proper monetizable business right? But what no code enables you to do is to release the app your ideas into the market as soon as possible without overthinking and then either you see okay it doesn't work and you kill it, you go on with your life or you may see that it has potential but the features that you personally thought are important are actually not and you see that your users are using something else right? Or asking for something else and you can iterate very fast and develop exactly what the people need based on the actual data not some imaginary data in your mind.
