Short Mindvalley masterclass trailer featuring Anodea Judith and Vishen Lakhiani. The trailer contrasts the separated mind-body paradigm with an integrated, chakra-based approach originating from Tantric yoga; Anodea invites viewers to join her masterclass to learn the chakra system as a map for healing and integration. The video includes a brief bio of Anodea (master's in clinical psychology; doctorate in health and human services) and a closing call-to-action.

We have a paradigm in which mind is separated from body. We have a paradigm.
Of separation. Anadeya holds a master's degree in clinical psychology and a doctorate in health and human services, and she's published more books on chakra healing than anyone else out there.
A lot of people are trying to get up and out. They want to go up here, but they haven't cleaned out the basement. They haven't worked on their wounds, they haven't healed their issues. They're going to doctors to fix the body, but they don't look at the spirit and what's going on. So we need a system that integrates mind and body in one holistic paradigm. The chakra system comes from the Tantric period of yoga and Tantra means weaving. So it was a weaving of polarities, masculine, feminine, heaven and earth, mind and body. And the chakra system is the map for that integration. If you've been trying to figure yourself out or how to follow a spiritual practice, wouldn't it be nice if somebody gave you a map? Hi, I'm Anadea Judith. If you want to learn more about your chakra system, join me in the masterclass.
