We did 10 years of work in 6 minutes using AI

We realized that AI could do like 80% of the work that we were previously doing over the last 10 years. The fear that many of you have is that if I could do it in 5 minutes, people wouldn't want to pay for it. The truth is the right type of customer will pay for the outcome, and if it's quicker, they'll pay more. So speed to value goes up. In one of the businesses that I run, we realized that AI could do like 80% of the work that we were previously doing over the last 10 years. All the stuff that we used to take 6 months to do we could push that button and it would be done in 6 minutes. So we had to make a decision. Do we think our customers will pay more or less for that? And we went, "Pfft, they wanna do it in 6 minutes." So we had to build the AI portal. And sure enough, our prices have gone up and our customers love us even more. And it's freed up time and energy to create community, to create experience, and to create exclusivity.
