What Happens When You Unleash Your Intuition | Sonia Choquette

Sonia Choquette describes intuition as your inner guide, a spiritual connection that operates beyond the ego's separating logic. When you tune into it, you notice synchronicities, receive sudden downloads, and feel less fear. Everyone has intuition; the work is learning to notice what's already there.

People have asked me, when working with intuition and your authentic self, how do you know you're in your ego? How do you know you're not in your authentic self? This is a big way to know. You feel like it's me against you and you don't feel connected. You feel like you're the other or they are the other. And a sixth sensory person has a different paradigm. The sixth sensory person feels connected to others, connected both horizontally I'm connected to the world around me and vertically I'm connected to subtle energy, non visible energy that can guide me and direct me in life. A sixth sensory person is an intuitive person. And that person is someone who understands. My authentic self is spirit. My authentic self is infinite, expanded spirit. If you take the word intuition, what it actually means is inner teacher, inner guide. And that inner teacher, that inner guide, your spirit. And the spirit of you is not limited like the physical body or the ego brain. The spirit of you is the part of you that picks up on what we call the quantum field and begins to receive and perceive energy that isn't what we call local energy. Just right in front of my five physical senses. It's the part of you that can pick up things telepathically. And we often have had that experience where we pick up things in our dream state, where we, we have sudden and spontaneous flashes. Things begin to happen that you wouldn't believe. For one. Your fear subsides. And because your fear subsides, so does your stress. Which means that you begin to physically feel more at ease, more relaxed, more comfortable in your own skin. Then the next thing that happens is your creativity expands because you're not fearful in protecting and defending yourself all the time. Your awareness frees up. And with that you become available to new ideas, new inspirations. What people call in our intuitive world downloads. All of a sudden, horrible ideas pop in your head. Not just inspirations, but even entire ways of finding solutions. You start actually shifting your point of view away from problem, problem, problem, and you start tapping into solutions and ways of moving forward. Where otherwise it seemed like things were impossible, obstacles were insurmountable. When you begin to work with your intuition, your heart lightens up, your vibration elevates, so you become a more magnetic person. When you're not intuitively engaged in life, you are disconnected, you are fearful, you are figuring things out, you are struggling. Your world diminishes and gets smaller and smaller. And things just don't work out as well they could. At best, it's a struggle for often, often for people it's far worse than a struggle. It's just a mess. Let me help you. Maybe you can think about a situation where you thought about someone and within a few minutes you receive a phone call, or they pop up on your text, or you run into them face to face just like that. That is a type of intuition called touch telepathy, where you picked up on someone else's frequency and recognized it. Other than your conscious mind, your body recognized it. So that's a telepathic experience. It's always subtle. And our key to working with and developing our intuition is to actually sharpen our awareness so that we can tune in to these more subtle vibrations that are swimming around us, giving us information all the time. Can you think of some intuitive experiences? I'm sure you can think of at least one. Even if you didn't pay attention to it. I'm sure you can think of just one. And the reason why, I'm sure, is because every human being is intuitive. Every human being whose heart is beating has intuition compass them there. And we just need to reawaken it and turn it on and start paying attention.
