Vladimir Ribakov expects gold to retest 153 and potentially drop below 152 and 150. He sees two main scenarios: an ABCD pattern leading to consolidation around 5,000 before a major sell-off, or range-bound consolidation that also precedes a decline. A divergence could eventually offer a buying opportunity.

As it holds, my bearish view remains solid, unchanged, and I believe we're gonna retest the 153, most likely even below 152, and very, very possible below 150. And gold, what's up with this one? So my view did not change from the last week. It didn't really do anything this week. It was flirting around the same levels. So nothing interesting there. I still see this one as one of the two options. We either complete the ABCD here, back to the zone here, or maybe even this consolidation at 5,000, and from there some major sell. Or it develops as some range here. It's also an option, something like that. And of course, there is a very possible scenario that the peak is already completed, and as long as the resistance holds Uh, that we could experience here some zigzag, 2 waves down, 2 waves up, and then the breakout, uh, and a sell. My view remains bearish. I don't— do not think the gold bearish move is completed. I think these waves should complete themselves, and then once the divergence appears, um, it will be probably good opportunity for the buy.
