Es ist halt eine duale Ausbildung, man geht halt in die Berufsschule und im Betrieb, dass es Berufsschule ist, halt wie Blockunterricht, bist du halt mehrere Wochen weg bis in der Berufsschule und dann hast du noch einmal die überbetriebliche Schule, was wie eine Praxisschule ist. Da tust du halt ein paar Gerüste mit auf und abbauen lernst du das halt so ein Auf nochmal ins Detail. Genau, man hat bei seiner Gesellenprüfung, hat man einmal ein Einzelwerkstück, wo du ein Gerüst bauen musst, einzeln, wo du dann den Plan bekommst in einer gewissen Zeit. Und dann hast du nochmal ein Kolonnenstück mit einer Kolonne, wo du im Team arbeiten musst, dann auch nochmal mit Plan und in einer gewissen Zeit. Grundstück ist halt jetzt wie typisch, du fährst aus Baustelle raus, hast ja auch zwei, drei Leute bei dir und das ist dann auch in der Prüfung so, da hast du zwei, drei Leute, bist in einer Kolonne und baust dann halt das Gerüst gemeinsam auf.
