Are you a cash flow investor? Or are you an equity investor?

Hey, everyone, are you a cash flow investor or an equity investor? This is a question you should ask yourself before investing in a real estate syndication. So what is a cash flow investor? A cash flow investor is one who is wanting cash flow to supplement or replace current income. Typically, these deals are probably less risky from a standpoint that they're more stabilized. Their business plan is to do moderate renovations and live off, you know, live off the cash flow that's at the property. On an equity investor, you can benefit in a cash flow, but typically, typically that doesn't happen until at least six months to a year in the project. And there's more upside because you're doing a lot of forced appreciation, a lot more renovations, maybe you're changing out residents and improving the community. And so when you invest, you just want to know, ask yourself, when you're looking at a deal, which one are you? So that way you can make the right decision for yourself.
