Build To Rent | Louisiana Community| Multifamily Investment

All right, we're at the Crest in Doosan, Louisiana. Really excited about this development of the project. Came here a few months ago and shared a video and a lot of progress has been made since. So these cute cottage type homes, these are all build to rent. So think of it like horizontal multi family where we have a property manager on site. Every property here is managed and leased as if it was like a traditional multi family. So last time I was here there was a lot of construction, a lot of, a lot of work going on but you can see already people moved in and there'll be a lot more development over the next several months. But really excited about the progress not only from the construction standpoint but from the leasing velocity that we've done. Just to come back and just see cars in the, in the drive lanes is a great feeling. So very appreciative of our partners and investors and everybody that's helped us partake in this project.
