Career Growth with Real Estate Syndicator Wayne Courreges III

So Washington D.C. was promoted there as a real estate manager and then had an opportunity I was 27 years old had an opportunity to come to Houston to manage a high rise 52 story property downtown Houston which was huge milestone for me. The managing director there took a risk. You know I was pretty young but I had a lot of experience leadership. They looked at that Marine Corps experience as like hands on leadership training which which you should. Anyway so managed that property in Houston for a few years and then had another high rise property in Houston. So anyway over time not was I managing trophy class A assets but I was growing into leadership roles within the market. So then I had other managers, senior managers who managed other properties rolling up. So then it became more of a director role, associate director role. Anyway that's what I was doing. It was like I said it was great career because I was able to touch every aspect of commercial real estate.
