One of the things that I've really tried to do is just stay conservative and sometimes staying conservative I look back and I'm like dang, I missed, I missed an opportunity. Sometimes like your biggest regrets are the properties you didn't buy. We're on our third property manager. That manager though has been with us since December and she's done outstanding. Our Google reviews are five star. She's leasing up the property. She's done incredible.
