Consistency is Key for Real Estate Investment Syndicators

We are consistent and that we, we send out, there are active campaign newsletters every other week. That's a lot. You know, we, we consistently do that. We consistently stay transparent in our financials of our real estate holdings. You know, we, the same management report that comes to us monthly from our property management teams is what is sent to those investors on that deal. We don't, we don't remove the general ledger or remove the income. You know, the delinquency reports, like that package is transparent to everybody. So what that has done is, has brought many repeat investors, and the checks do get larger, which, from a fiduciary standpoint, is exciting. But it's also scary at the same time because I'm like, you're taking on more of their diversification within their real estate portfolio.
