Construction Update on CREI Partners Build to Rent Community

All right, so we are at the crest and Dusan, right outside Lafayette, Louisiana. We have curbs. We're waiting for the asphalt to come in, hopefully any day. But I had shown a video a few months ago, but a lot of work's happened since. So we've got the road starting to come in. It's a little more defined. You'll see over there we've got our previous homes. We're going to be going 12 homes at a time, about a month. You know, the plan is to get the asphalt in, finish up these roads, then we'll have to do slab permits, and then we're going to start from the back of the development here. So we'll start back here, get our amenities, which is a playground, dog park, some trails, and then we'll start filling up from the back to the front. So we're super excited about this. It's been, I don't know, about a year and a half to get us to this point with all the permits. And, you know, a lot of this dirt is covering up all the plumbing and the sewer we've had to do. We've had to do a septic tank, which is over there, and then behind that there's a larger tankage pond. So a lot of work is done the horizontal before we can do the vertical. So anyway, exciting stuff. When I'm out here in a few months, hopefully we'll have some slabs on the ground and some wood going up again. This is the crest outside Lafayette, Louisiana.
