Um, yeah. So in 2019, really was having a moment of, like, do I continue on with cbre? Because it was such a great company, and I really did have really great clients and experience, but there was still something pushing me to do my entrepreneurial path and also find ways to grow wealth for friends, family. You know, I was doing a lot of it for institutional tech clients. Yeah. So switching to more retail people, you know, like you and I, who, you know, want to grow our wealth through real estate investing. So at that point, I started CRI Partners again, focused on multifamily, got into a mentorship program to learn more on the underwriting and have easier access to to their vendor partners, et cetera. So that helped, you know, scale it a little bit faster.
