This is a YouTube clip titled "CREI Partners Portfolio | Houston | Texas" (created 2025-07-23) featuring an interview-style segment with Will Swenson — a senior portfolio manager at CRI Partners — and an interviewer from CREI Partners. They discuss the Majestic Apartments in Houston, covering property renovations (painting, gazebo additions), high occupancy/long-term residents, and the focus on generating cash flow for investors.

All right. I am here with Will Swenson.
Our senior portfolio manager at CRI Partners. Will was one of our strategic hires in January 2025. We are so grateful for all the work he does managing our portfolio for our investors. So, Will, what do you like about Majestic Apartments here in Houston?
Yeah, Majestic residence. A lot of long terms here. High occupancy. We've done a lot of renovations to the property. We've recently painted it, done some additions to gazebo ins. But main goal is we're going to be cash flowing for our investors, and that's what's mainly important for us here.
