All right. Hey. Welcome to Grace Storage Space in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a property we purchased with some partners in the fall of 2022. It's 125 units. Each unit is 20 by 50 in size. What we thought would be a lot of RV boat storage, parkers, really that's about 20% of our customers. The rest are businesses that have needed the 20x50 size. Initially prices were about 350 a space. We've got those up to 500 in just four or five months that we've owned it. Today we're out here, we're getting new leases, we're changing out locks and really just excited to see the progress for our investors on this one. Another exciting thing too is we've already done two cash flow distributions since owning this property. So more to come on this opportunity for the investors that have invested in this deal.
