I'm Wayne with CREI Partners and in this video I'll walk you through the high level potential for real estate syndication deals provide the diversification investors are looking for. Here's the thing. When you're investing in rentals, it takes a ton of time to get to know different markets. You get to find the right people, property managers, brokers and lenders. These are all the trustworthy people you choose to surround yourself with or who will become your team. Then consider this. You still have to find tenants and deal with turnovers. This all takes a ton of time and effort. When you become a passive investor in a real estate syndication, you get to leverage the partnerships you've created to invest in multiple different assets in different markets. You're not tied to the market that you are in or a market that you really know well. You can leverage the experience and the knowledge of those sponsors in the other various markets to really spread out your investments.
