In the Marine Corps. My first rental property was actually in 29 palms. It was a one bed, one bath stucco home. And we rented it to like a good buddy of mine. He got married, rented that house and then I got stationed in Okinawa and when I told him, hey, I'm leaving, he came back on base and we tried to sell it. Anyway, so my experience with the rental, that was my first rental home. I think it was like 19. It was like $80,000, whatever. But anyway, then when I got out of the Marine Corps a couple of weeks later, Lucas Group was a military officer recruiting program. I wasn't an officer, but I had my degree at the time. So they hooked me up with a hiring conference in Washington D.C. and that's where I got with CBRE. So I was with CBRE for 16 years. And I mean CBRE is, you know, maybe 115 Fortune company, you know, around there. Biggest real estate brokerage partner manager in the. In the world probably. Absolutely.
