Evaluating Risk Tolerance Determines Passive Real Estate Investment Strategies

So whenever you are thinking about joining a syndication or passive investment to whether it's diversify or you're just done with the stock market and you want to, you know, get into more on real estate, you've got to sort of see where you fit along this chart. There's core, core plus value add and opportunistic. The higher the risk, the higher return. So let's talk about probably the most opportunistic, higher risk. That's more of a land development as an example. The biggest value add development there is is development, you know, taking raw land and improving it to make it a, you know, better use than what it was. Right. From a revenue value add standpoint. So with that, there's higher opportunistic costs that there are time delays, construction costs, interest rates. I mean, there's a lot of risks that can go along with that. Right.
