When we look at the year over year job growth rate ranked in the U.S. austin actually is seventh in the country among cities over 1 million people, and San Antonio ranks 10th. And so East Central Texas is still a hot hub for employment and economic activity. Some of the softening that we saw in Austin in particular was really in the information sector. You know, we've seen quite a bit of software tech jobs start to slow their headcount or even reduce their headcounts. You know, education and construction have also been positive spots in the Austin economy. For San Antonio, areas in education and health and Legion hospitality are still showing robust growth over the past year.
