Short promotional invitation from a speaker encouraging people to attend an informal meetup about investing (and related topics such as cost segregation studies). The speaker reassures newcomers that the group is friendly and easygoing, emphasizes networking and meeting like-minded adults, and encourages attendance while noting it's fine if listeners choose not to invest with them.

Meetups can sometimes be stressful. And I personally am not a huge fan of going into scenarios where I don't know anybody or what somebody might ask of me. We're not like that at all. Super friendly, easygoing. It's just a time to hang out with people. You know, I have some cousins that are in college and I tell them, you better use this time wisely because it's hard to come across people with like minded goals and hobbies sometimes as an adult. And that's, that's what we got. We're just here hanging out with other people that are interested in investing. You might be interested in investing with us and you might not be, that's totally fine. But we hope to see you. Have a good day.
