It is a promotional announcement by a single host inviting investors to a recurring virtual meetup (fourth Monday each month except December) for passive and active real-estate investors across the U.S. The host describes past topics (Quest Trust/solo 401(k) options, private placement memoranda with attorneys, CPA tax documents) and asks viewers to comment "Meet up" to receive the link.

Chapters

Did you know we have the largest passive investor meetup group in the United States? It's true. The fourth Monday of every month except for December. Our virtual meetups welcome investors from all over the United States to talk about topics that are valuable to you as an investor. So far this year, we've talked to Quest Trust with solo 401k investment options. We have talked to attorneys about PPMs. We've talked to CPAs about the tax documents that come along with being an investor in real estate. It's great. Whatever questions you have, we're going to find you a professional to talk about it. Comment Meet up down below and I'll send you the link. We hope to see you later this month.
