This short YouTube walkthrough (uploaded by Wayne Courreges III, CPM®) features a single speaker describing a staged model apartment in a CREI Partners build-to-rent community. The speaker explains the unit is actively being leased, that furniture is moved between units to stage vacant homes (including previous similar setups nearby), and that staging helps prospective residents visualize the space and supports leasing efforts.

Chapters

Alright. Want to show y' all our model unit. We are actively leasing this unit and once it's leased, then we will take this furniture into another unit that may be vacant. We did a similar set up at another house across the street and at least so we had to move this furniture over. But residents, when they come in and they can visualize the space, just really helps our leasing efforts. Looking great.
