Multi-Family Housing Supply En Route to Market

You can see that, you know, for the most part these are, these are very rapidly growing markets. So what we're doing here is we're taking what's currently under construction and what delivered over the past year and dividing it by the existing inventory in that market. So for San Antonio, for example, it's about 210, 220,000 units in the entire eight county area. And when you look at that, you know, Austin's five county area, San Antonio's eight county area and all these other markets and their, their MSAs, you can see that, you know, here in Texas we are growing at a relatively quick pace. This is a surprise to very few people. As many people know, we build a lot here in Texas, especially central Texas. But this helps put some numbers to a lot of the anecdotes we hear. So you can, if there's one thing you can take away from today's presentation, it's that there's a lot of multifamily supply. Excuse me en route to market today.
