Multifamily Investment Repositioning Update

All right. We're over at one of our properties in Houston. It's about 101 units that we bought in August of 2022. So a lot of work has been done over the last year with our exterior renovations with the new roofs, new H Vacs, new siding. We did the paint. We've done a lot of interior renovations. This has been tough. This has been a deep, deep value add. That has been a lot of work. A big part of that was just changing out a lot of the second, third, fourth chance people that weren't paying rent, just really dragging down the property with crime and other issues. But I just walked the property. It is a night and day difference. It's a beautiful property. The property management team here is doing a fantastic job with mldc. Pool looks great. Really just couldn't be happier. So we're on the right path just to continue pushing the business plan and doing what we do every day for our investors. And that's just not giving up. Keep pushing even when things get tough. So hope all is well.
