Multifamily Property Visit Discussing Value Adds to the Investment

Hey everyone. Today I'm at the Majestic Apartments. This is a property we're expecting to close in the next few weeks. We're going to meet the property manager and some investors on this one. One of the projects that these people are doing out here, doing sidewalks and extension of this drive lane. And when I first saw the property, I was like, man, it's a lot of construction going on. But seeing the vision of what they're doing in the sidewalk here is really going to add a lot value just to our residents and people just getting around. Across the street here is a massive park, playground and softball court, etc. So those amenities right across the street, especially the accessibility of the sidewalks, makes it super easy for our residents here at the Majestic. So super excited about this deal and more to come as we close and start our value add process on this.
