When it comes to properties though, and this comes with a diversification. You know, the idea of somebody putting in 1 million to get, you know, 8 to 10% so they're getting 80 to 100,000. It's pretty unrealistic for a W2, you know, unless they're a business owner and they've got, you know, other side income. So I think the reality is we're speaking to a hard working W2 employee that has a family and you know, everyone's has increased costs and you know, groceries, etc, it's you know, doing 25,000 or 50,000 into a syndication and doing one a year. So think about this like if, if you did one a year, whether it was a $25,000 or 50,000 over 10 years, you would have 500,000 if that property didn't sell or anything. No. So if you, if you put 500,000 and say you get a 1.8 or a 2X, well that's 800,000 or a million dollars in 10 years.
