So the risk factors, this is where when I'm looking at a ppm, where I look the most, this is where I tell my clients, I'll read, I'll go through it, I will review it, I'll give them notes, but I will say, hey, read this part. This is typically one of the longer chunks, at least in my ppms. And this really gets to me is the heart of it. This gets into those risks that we're talking about, that disclosure, that transparency that the issuer has to have. So when I do a ppm, one of the questions that I ask at the end is I say to the issuer, what keeps you up at night? What are the things you're worried about? What are you afraid that could go wrong about this deal? And the reason that I asked that is that's going to help inform me of the types of risk factors that we need to include.
