Hey, it's Wayne Courageous with CIF Partners. I'm over here at the Crest in Duson, Louisiana, which is right outside Lafayette. I just wanted to show y' all some home updates since the last time we were here. These units are in their final clean stage. We got some landscaping in, got the interior and exterior painted. We have these homes over here going to be finished over the next week or so. So a lot of great progress. Over 55 homes that have started and we are working heavily on our lease up and excited to push this project through in 2025 with the 98 single family, three bed, two bath, built a ring community.
