Real Estate Passive Investment Property Construction Update

Hey, there we are on our job site, our 20x50 in Bryan, just behind me, we are erecting building B. And then you see building C already going up as well. So we've got two buildings going up at the same time. And then behind me, we've got our new sign starting to go in. So highway signs going in. We've got the buildings being erected, and then we also have more of our drive lanes. So working. They're working really hard. We got multiple crews. And then over the next few weeks, we'll have our landscaping crew, we'll have our doors, you know, firelife, safety, electrical. So a lot going in. Focus is building C getting that live as soon as possible so we can start leasing, getting people occupied in that space.
