Chapters

So every week on all of our properties, we have asset management calls. Every day I get reports, KPI reports, that show different things happening. Like, you know, if there's a unit that's gone vacant, maybe a move out, it'll start tracking how many days until that unit is renovated or made ready so we can get it back on the market. And then when we meet on Wednesday, for us, it's Wednesday, it's a long afternoon. But we start diving in on strategy. Someone's always got to be on point. And if you don't have the time to give this your 100%, then it's not. And now we have employees too, that are full time that are also supporting the property.
