It's been a pretty stressful day working through our asset management, working through, you know, just the joys of asset management and acquisitions. Right. But a silver lining came today. We just wired $5,625 to a passive investor, just one of our investors who invested on a deal with us. $5,625. He gets that on a quarterly basis if we continue with our distributions. That's what makes it worth it for me. Like, I really enjoy working my tail off to pay great distributions to our investors. And of course, he said thank you and smiley faces all.
