All right. Today we are at Grace Storage Space. Wanted to do another video on just some value add changes that we do. Not only do we look at increasing rental rates where possible, when we have a high demand, like this project that's 100% leased, but we also look for ways to add value, such as parking spaces. So this spot here and these two other spots are leased at $175 per space. On this side, we've got another few spots that are leased, see by bus and a trailer. But this is just one example. The other example, too, is we look to add storage or, you know, extend our property where possible. So where you see this tree line, there's another five acres that we're looking to add another 67 units. So love value add opportunities to increase value and distributions to our investors.
