All right. Yesterday we checked out the rodeo in Houston, and today Emma and I are checking out Majestic Apartments and then followed by our Ivy at the Galleria. What do you think about our property? Yeah. What do you like most about it, Emma? The grass. The grass, yes. Because it's artificial turf, which helps our low landscaping, which helps increase our net operating income and value of property. So we just walked in. Everything's looking clean and together. And so we're doing another distribution for our investors this week, actually, for the Majestic. So this will be, I don't know, maybe our fifth or sixth distribution since we bought the property.
