This this is truly a team sport. I came in the mindset of like hey I'm do it all I'm trying to find the deal raise all the capital etc and you you your pride goes pretty quick when you I mean James it was a time in San Antonio where like it was 172 units it was an incredible location hit the returns we had it under loi and then you know raising the capital was know a challenge right and so we you know but ultimately you know the the success story is still yet to come. Like there are there's so much more work and and effort along this it's not anybody who's going to be an active investor truly needs to do it for the right re reasons and not like this is not a get rich quick thing. Like this is a long term take care of your investors first always and then you'll be rewarded at the end.
