The other thing I want to do from a CRI Partners is provide our investors the ability to invest in diversified asset classes. I'm a big believer in multifamily. I think it's a strong asset class. There is a housing shortage there. It is a basic need of people to have a place to live Right. So I love multifamily, but I really like storage as well. We've invested in a deal in Huntsville, Alabama that's more of an RV boat storage, and it cash flows really well. We've already provided two distributions to our investors, but that's a little different. It's a different asset class. There's different risks to it as well. But I do like the storage aspect and I think it's going to be continue the growing of the demand.
