Tired of being just an account number? How about being treated like a true partner in your investments? Hi, I'm Wayne Courageous iii, managing principal of CREI Partners. Passive investors want to feel valued by the sponsors they invest with. This means respecting their input if they have questions or concerns and acknowledging that without investor capital, the deal wouldn't happen. We make it a point to cultivate personal relationships with our investors. For example, I often hop on calls with investors just to catch up to answer questions not because I have to, but because I enjoy making sure they are comfortable and informed. We listen to feedback. After all, it's a partnership. If investors suggest they like updates delivered a certain way or have interest in a certain type of deal, we take that to heart. Also, we show appreciation. Whether it's a thank you note, investor appreciation event, or sending a book or article we think someone might find useful, we go the extra mile. In essence, investors are looking for respect and responsiveness. When you're treated as a partner, you know your money and trust are valued. That makes the whole investing experience more rewarding. If you want an investing relationship built on respect and genuine partnership, we're here for it. Join our free Passive Investor coaching program@ passiveinvestorcoaching.com and experience how we put investors first, not just in words, but in actions.
